 After a pretty average morning of sleeping in, waking up and wandering around aimlessly, Loki decided it was just about time he found something to do. Of course, that didn't make anything spontaneously pop into existence to entertain him, so his afternoon was shaping up to be quite like his morning. Walk around. Be bored. Meh. Fortunately for him, he would soon come across a pretty sight and a place t pass the time in. Flowers! Red flowers, which rather amused him. They were a brighter red then his own, but it was just a funny coincidence to Loki. So the maroon male stood and stared at the flowers for a few moments before glancing around and making sure Ukuu wasn't around. He'd never hear the end of that. Once sure the coast was clear...
Loki jumped into the flower bed with cubbish delight, prancing around at first before settling on the floor. He supposed he was better off lying around in a pile of flowers than walking around, boring his brains out. At least it smelled great.

 She was up and about early this morning as usual. Sokota loved rising with the sun because she always felt so refreshed and relaxed. Today had been a good morning so far and Sokota had been rather productive. She hated wasting time but she usually set aside time to have fun. Now that she was finished with everything she needed to do today, Sokota began wandering around until she noticed a small flower next to her paw. She looked up and saw the large flower patch and a maroon figure jumping into it. What was it doing?
Sokota moved closer and noticed that it was another cheetah. "Hello there!" Her face lightened up as she looked at the red flowers, they were so beautiful.

Loki had hardly expected that he'd find his company for the day while rolling around in a pile of red flowers. But he heard a voice and peered up from his position on the floor. Ooh, and a girl. That was great. "Hi, " Though Loki was very happy to see her, his voice didn't sound over eager. He really just liked the company! He didn't hurry to roll off his paws, and calmly stretched a bit, almost sleepily, before sitting up.
"I'd offer you a flower, but that seems kind of silly now. " He glanced around himself.

Sokota followed a trail of flowers to the big flower bed where the other cheetah seemed to be frolicking. She looked around at the flower patch with a grin on her face. It was the middle of summer and flower patches like this were rare. The cheetah giggled slightly at his offer and felt a little childish when she responded, "It's okay! Mind if I join you?" She hadn't interacted with another cheetah in a long time; her home was relatively hidden and she kept to herself most of the time.

This was rather pleasant to Loki. Usually, he'd be the one asking to join a lady, or asking if they would like to join him. (Of course, he was always pretty respectful!) "I don't mind at all, some company would be lovely! " He smiled his best smile, and stood up, stepping aside the way someone would let another into their home, "After you, miss... " He paused, but didn't really lead off to wait for a name.
"I'm Loki, by the way! It's a pleasure to meet you. "

Sokota smiled slightly at the other cheetah before responding, "Why thank you, sir." She took a step back and leaped into the flower field rolling around on the floor. She hadn't done something like this in ages and it felt great! Sitting up on her haunches, Sokota looked over at him and called out, "Sokota is the name and the pleasure's all mine, Loki."

He smiled, happily beginning to pounce around in the flowers again, not so much because he was still as interested in it, than just for her not to feel awkward by being the only one doing it. "So, what brings you all the way out here, Sokota? " He asked casually, though he really was more interested than he seemed. After all, it was important to know if she had any boyfriends around that might want to beat him up; something that has happened before.

The cheetah was a little surprised that he was out here pouncing in flower beds in the first place. That was a little strange and she didn't know any males that felt secure enough to prance around in a flower bed. "Nothing really. I had some time to wander and explore and I noticed the flowers a distance away." Sokota had a very strict schedule during the day and it was rare that she had free time like this. And maybe a little lucky too?
"What about you?" Sokota had lived alone for the longest time and there were definitely no boys in her life. She had never even had a romantic relationship in her life and had never thought about it before.

"So, are you usually busy, then? " He asked, since she mentioned having some time to wander. "Am I even lucky to have run into you? " He paused in his prancing to smile at her, before stopping to fall onto his pack and stretch his paws out to the sky. "About the same, I guess. " He shrugged.
"I saw the flowers, figured there weren't any guys around and thought I'd have some fun. But, I didn't think I'd end up with such good company! " A little flattery never hurt anyone, right?

Turning her head to sniff a flower, Sokota smiled and nodded at him. "Yeah, I usually keep myself busy and my free time is limited." That was the nicest way she could put it... She didn't like explaining her daily schedules to random strangers because it could scare others away. Sokota's schedule didn't use to dictate her life but now she just didn't know what happened. "So yeah, I guess you are a bit lucky to have run in to me." Smirking playfully at him, Sokota hoped that she wasn't making a fool of herself; she second guessed herself often. She wasn't used to being complimented so much.

Loki nodded, it made sense to stay busy. His life might be a little better if he had more to do, but... At the same time, Loki also loved his life. "I can understand that. " He smiled at her, and purred. "And don't I know it? " Really, he could hardly complain. As was common with him, Loki was immediately fond of Sokota. "Do you have any more plans for your evening then, since you are such a busy lady? " He really just wanted to know how much time he could have in good company, before he would go back to his wandering.

Sokota nodded a little as he spoke but her thoughts couldn't help but think about all of the things that she still needed to do today. She was definitely a sucker for charming individuals and Loki definitely fell into this category. "I believe I do have a few more things to do but I think I can spare a little bit more time." She looked up and observed where the sun was located in the sky wondering how much time she had spent with the other cheetah. "What about you? Are you free for the rest of the day?"

He smiled, happy that she was willing to stick around a bit longer, but paused. "Are you sure? I don't want to get in the way of anything, " He did actually care about people lives outside of when they were with him. "Well, I didn't have any plans, but I might have some now, I guess. " Loki purred at her, bowing down his front side in a somewhat playful position.

Smiling sheepishly, Sokota almost felt guilty that she was about to deviate from her schedule and the longer she was out here the more unbearable it would get. "Yes, I'm sure and you're definitely not getting in the way." She couldn't help but feel a little foolish trying to flirt with this other cheetah; she couldn't tell if he was just trying to humor her by sticking around. Now what was she supposed to say? Sokota mentally went through her memories trying to figure out what was supposed to happen next. She was horrible at being spontaneous and carefree especially when it came to being flirty. The cheetah sighed and and laid down on the flowers gazing up at the sky just trying to enjoy Loki's company.

"Okay, then. " He smiled, because this was going pretty well. And often it didn't go well, despite his natural charms! Loki thought she didn't seem completely relaxed, though, so he thought maybe he should give them something to do. Often, it seemed people just liked some action rather than standing around talking!
"Hey, wanna go somewhere? " And by somewhere, he really just meant anywhere. Lets just start moving!
