Alright, i am hereby recruitng all hands to go into the world of Gaia and advertise for the Guild. Fireboy14 was our last volunteer join request and that was about three months ago now.
Therefore, I am issuing a press gang to go out into the Gaian public and order you to bring back as many as you possibley can. Ship fulls if possible. I want posters posted in ad-threads and anywhere else you can possibley get them. Infact, if you don't obey the Gaian Ad rules, and it works... I'll eat my boots.
If there be a need for an official ad poster, let me know and I'll knock one up.

what happened with fireboy anyway... I've not seen hiim post since the mutiny thing... I know a few people who might be interested. I will make a propostion when I see them online next...

Ah, I see you've got the same problem we do. My only suggestion for recruiting is this; choose only people that you think will post. Don't choose someone just because they have the word "pirate" in their name. That's doomed to failure.
My suggestion for where to recruit would be the Barton Town forum. There's usually two or three pirate type RP's running amidst (and sometimes with) all the vampire ones. They'v produced the better RPer's that I've recruited recently.

Make sure the people you recruit are informed about the guild too, otherwise theyll just ignore it

I found a few who are interested... however they all just started back to classes stressed
They don't wish to join if they can't be active... I'll ask the one again, she seems to have adjusted to her schedule.

Please inform him that on Gaia, it is frownd upon when someone creates a Guild and knows nothing about what it is to live as what the guild is based off of.
In lamends terms:
Apprentice as a Pirate before trying to become a Captain. Otherwise your Guild will fail. Miserabley.
