The evening looked bright from the full moon rising over the horizon. Weaver's nostrils flared, taking in the moistness still in the air from the afternoon rain. Something seemed amiss tonight. The young stallion looked around at the other members of the stag herd. Most were dozing, some lazily grazed. Weaver wondered what else might be out and about tonight.

Akasha Slowly stalked her prey, following his hooves and feet as they flickered in the moonlight. "They looked almost like Fireflies" she mused under her breath " what better father for my children" She had followed the stag herd for some time, hoping to find a proper Male to Sire her next generation of Killers. "come along my pretty" she singsonged softly..."come hither"

Weaver's nostril's flared again. He often up picked scents of lone kirin that traveled past the small herd. There seemed to be a strange scent in the air tonight. It didn't feel threatening, but it did raise Weaver's curiosity. The young stallion wandered away from his herd mates, his golden hooves picking their way carefully through the underbrush.

Akasha became 'in the zone' as her kin called it... Stalking her prey... she started humming softly and sweetly, hoping to lull him into a false security. " walk along love, walk along. My time to play, now that the sun is gone. Walk along love, walk along."

Flicking his big white ears back and forth, Weaver thought he could almost hear... something. A sound so faint he wasn't sure if he actually heard it, or just imagined it. He paused.
Looking back over his shoulder, the young stallion, not always sure of his own decisions, wondered if he should let someone know before he went wandering off in the night. There was no plan for the small herd to move to a new grazing area any time soon, but he didn't want to chance being left behind.
But.. that sound.. if he didn't follow it now, it might not be here when he came back to look for it. Indecision stilled his hooves.

Akasha stepped out of the tree line just enough... to let the moonlight give her shape. She was Obviously Feminine, she hoped her siloette was enough to entice him closer. She raised her voice and sang " Come to me love, come to me... come and ask, how i can make you free"

The sweetest song that Weaver had ever heard caressed his ears. Looking for the source of the melody in the moonlight, Weaver's blue eyes alighted on the outline of a mare. With the moon behind her, Weaver couldn't make out her coloring, but he could see her long trailing dark mane and tail flowing in the evening breeze.
Her words, 'Come to me love', beckoned him. The red and white stallion had no thoughts of hesitation. His golden hooves moved of their own accord towards the crooning mare.
Reaching the mare, Weaver looked into her red eyes and asked "How can I make you free?"

Akasha smiled, "it's very simple... you have to see what i see... and, by the end of the night, after i have shown you all you can become... if you desire, i will make you free"
It has to be a choice she knew that. If they don't want to become, and get bitten anyway, they poison the one that bites them. Aka had to be careful. She stepped around him. He was a Fine specimen. Would be a Shame if she had to EAT him. She sighed lightly and Sing songed again "would you like to run with me, see the moon as only I can see?"

The young stallion took in the vision of the mare glowing in the moonlight before him. Her white skin contrasting under her flowing black mane and tail. Somewhere in the back of his brain, he felt a nagging that said this mare was dangerous. His desire to be closer to her smothered the warning in the back of mind and he took a step closer.
"My hooves wish to fly with yours," whispered Weaver. "Let us run together with the moon as our only witness."
