heart If we're talking anime, then I've got 2, one of each gender; Mistress 9 (adult) and Prince Diamond (though does he really count since he turned good in the end?)
As for manga, I like Galaxia's original. The whole thing about her in the anime is kind strange and confusing heart
is the beginning of all knowledge

I was always attached to Beryl and the four soldiers. Then again, I never read the manga like I want to or saw anything having to do with season 5. I barely remember the latter halves of season 3 and all of 4. I feel like a bad fan haha.

Demon Warrior Takeshi My favorite would have to be Prince Diamond. After him would be Sailor Aluminum Siren. After her would be Wicked Lady. If you break a demon's heart can she feel it?

My favorite- -Idk if this counts- When Alan and Ann summoned the pink lion that nearly killed Lita's guy friend and she had to donate blood to him--- anyone remember that? That thing was like major beastmode along with the Lake episode when Darien was with the Negaverse - and he awoken the spirit of the lake and it was a snake/mermaid lady....

Oddly enough, my favorite villian character was Darien.
Remember when he turned evil for like a whole season or something?
And he would try to steal Sailor Moon's crystal or whatever?
I liked evil Darien biggrin
