Personality:
A very sweet lioness, just... forgetful. Anju has a hard time remembering faces, so she treat anyone she comes in contact with as if she's met them before, just encase she has. Naturally the lioness is very nurturing and loves taking care of anything smaller than her. She dreams of having a large family someday.

The Atmaja is usually loyal to her beliefs, but isn't very observant and doesn't ask many questions. As a result she is easily manipulated.

She's just reached adulthood, roughly around the same age as Kafei. She's a huntress, but often neglects her duties. Anju's friends have told her that doing so will get her in trouble, but she isn't very worried since she's been able to get away with it so far.

Background: She is an original member of the pride. Born, raised, and have never stepped foot outside of it's lands. Her father died when she was very young, but she lost her mother more recently. Both casualties of the current Shatkona's rule, however in both cases she was lied to about what caused their death. When she was young she was told that her father died suddenly of an illness, and the Ligi that informed her of her mothers death credited to a hunting trip gone bad.

Anju is one of the few still ignorant to the plight of the pride. Up until her death, her mother did everything she could to hide the corruption and true horrors that had been going on around her daughter. Although it was done with the best of intentions, Anju now thinks Sahen has done a great job keeping the peace, along with the Ligi members. While she has heard horror stories from other pride members, Anju has a hard time believing them.

Personality: A normally softspoken creature, Iaeratu knows when to hold her tongue and when to fight for what she believes in, which will normally get her in trouble if she is not careful. As a hunteress, she spends most of her time taking care of the old or the very young, so she is constantly sacrficing her time to help others, rather than hunt for herself.

The death of her mother hit her hard and caused her to be a little more sneaky when it came to disobeying the Ligi, whom she is firmly against due to their part in killing her mother though she would not outright defy them, for fear of reprocussions.

Her general attitude is to believe in the best in someone, but is paranoid around people she does not know/does not know their beliefs about the Ligi. She tends to be a little reserved until she discovers their opinion and will then open up if they coincide with her own views.

Background: Born to the head hunter in the pride, Iaeratu was raised all her life within the pride. She was taught from a young age how to hunt and how to take care of those who needed her within the pride, and has carried that lesson well into adulthood.

Living as part of the pride, she has seen some of the worst that has happened under Sahen's reign and it has hit her hard. Her own mother was killed by the Ligi for speaking out against their actions and so Iaeratu has been known to toe the line of 'acceptable' behaviour, but never stepping too far out of the worry she may offend the Ligi and cause her own death.

Personality: Generally a rather laid-back character, she doesn't seem to take much seriously. She has an air of confidence about her, and is not easily intimidated by even the largest or highest ranked lions.

When duty calls or another lion pushes her buttons, her fierce temper can show itself in the form of her fighting ability. At that point she shows no mercy, regardless of who's on the other end of her paw strike.
Background: She was once from a family of relatively lower-ranked lions, but has since made a deal with the devil to live a much more comfortable life as a Ligi. So far she hasn't regretted it in the slightest, and while she doesn't always agree with the Shatkona's decisions she has not qualms when it comes to taking orders. "All in a hard days work." ((I'm going to be looking for maybe a sibling of some sort for her, so sorry if her family BG isn't very specific atm.))

Personality: Perun is a Lady by birth, but not exactly by nature. She tries to be tough stuff and isn't anybody's princess or their damsel...even when she is in distress. She might need help on more than one occasion, but that doesn't mean she wants it. Her temper is her biggest downfall, closely followed by her stubbornness, and both tend to get her pretty darn frustrated when she gets stuck between admitting she was wrong and doing something stupid.
Background: The only daughter of an Atmaja Lord and Lady, she could have been one of the few to escape the terror of Sahen's reign...except for an 'accident' with one of the Ligi. Being a cub at the time, she never fully understood what happened to her mother, or where her brother had gone. Death has little meaning to a cub. Still, she was much loved and raised with tenderness...perhaps a bit too much as she might have been a little spoiled into her stubborn snappy self. He also hated the Ligi with a passion that was only kept under wraps by his need to care for his daughter. He died when she was an adolescent, of 'old age' for all he was hardly ancient. She was old enough to look after herself then, but young enough to make foolish and rash mistakes...like aspiring to get rid of Sahen and his Ligi once and for all.

Personality: Tasso is a strong, confident, sometimes cocky male, but is always looking out for the little guy. He tries to make the most out of the opportunities that Indira has given him and takes pride in his role in her plans.

Tasso has one big weakness, and that is a pretty lioness. Not to say he doesn't want a more formal family one day, but... he's young. And a male. His hormones lead him to make some questionable decisions when the oppurtunity with a female presents itself. Most of the time he's the one doing the "hunting", but he doesn't mind being used either as long as he gets what he wants out of it.

Although Tasso had always been big for his size, he was the youngest of his brothers. Because of his bulk, he isn't the quickest lion and he's realized this with time. When it counts, he depends heavily on brute strenght and has started to concenrate on that while training. Never the leader in the maturity department among the bunch though, and that trait still lingers with him into adulthood; he is painfully easy to work up.

He takes pride in being a rather masculine fellow and works hard to come off as such around other, but Tasso has a big heart. He can get incredibly emotional when he starts talking with lower ranked members and what they've gone through, but tries to keep them in check so that he can offering comfort.

Background: Tasso is one of Indiras boys. He has been trained from a cub to be a weapon against Sahen's rule along side his brothers. For the most part he has been sheltered from the harshest realities of the prides, but has heard enough stories to make up for not seeing them first hand along with Indira keeping them wise to the cruelty of the Shatkona and his other Ligi. (I THINK YOU KNOW THE REST?)
