well i can only hope and assume that this is the thread Chris directed me to, if not... i hope i can move it >.>

Alright, i have been searching around for a while, reading up fanfictions, and searching basicly every site i can find. i did find an entire write up of the ffvii story... but it sucked.

My goal is to gather together all of the best writers i can, and to write out a novelized version of the game.

depending on how many people decide to help, affects how much each person has to write. i thought i could break up the writers into teams:

Disk 1
Disk 2
Disk 3

after choosing a team (or in case of lack of interest, i may assign you to a different team) that team exchanges emails and breaks the Disk down into what segment you are going to write out. you then post what segment you are working on here, in this thread, and complete it. when your segment is finished, you then email it to me, and i will compile it into one, very long document, edit it, then convert it into a thread (with assistance of course)

However, if you wish to take part in this long term project:

You HAVE to be dedicated! You cannot just leave us all hanging. if something occures that you are no longer able to continue writing, send your reasons to me, Via PM, and send me what you have written. i will then assign the unfinished work to another person, or attempt it myself.

You have to be literate! I realize i am editing it, but i am not wonder woman! i will perhaps have a team of three or four editers to go over it once i am finished, but do try your hardest ><

Due to personal preferance, and an unnumbered amount of web polls on various web sites (except for gaia...) there are going to be no gay guys in this write up, or any odd couples.. i suppose i will have various polls randomly stuck up in here to help decide if Cloud likes Tifa or Aerith (Aerith forever!!!) just to help keep the writing straight.

alright! i have a few people willing to give this project a go, but i need a better way to publicise (sp) and search for writers. anyone who wants to make a banner or something to put into your signature, PLEASE DO! this story (i cannot believe i forgot to include this) will all be written in crying /font_preview_ttf.png" class="user_img" alt="User Image" /> just so everybody can keep the story in the same POV. i did not consider what tense to write it in, so please tell me what tense so i can set one!!!

please do not forget to email me your writing!! by the end itwill be too difficult to track it all down in the thread, but make sure that you put FFVII in the subject bar, then i can filter it. also include what section you are writing, and who you are.

be prepared for any changes, i will send you an email regarding the changes, but i will change writing as i feel fit (so will the other editors i am sure) so do not get angry with us if you find any changes to your original work.

okay guys, new poll. i guess we are calling Aerith Aeris for this project. if there are any mass problems with that, then i will repost the poll, but for now i have a slightly more pressing matter. what tense? i vote present tense.

in true FFVII fashion, i want no mention of the words "******** b***h whore" and so forth. any of those sorts of words, write like FF. @#%!! . wee! anyways, liable cursing: s**t, damn, b*****d. and whatever words were dialogued in the game. all others areto be expressed with little symbology.

Okay... and now we have yet another problem. i do not know what happened to Constantine wolf, but unfortunately, he was one of the novel projects writers, and i was actually waiting for him to PM me his finished product. this is a blow... because he had been writing on the Shin-Ra invasion. We have to assume the worst and go with the idea that he is never coming back. the Shin-Ra invasion is now an open slot, anyone interested, please tell me.

your founder made yet another mistake sweatdrop in the confusion of recieving samples from other sources than gaia, i lost track of who was writing what.. so um... help basicly ><. please can everyone tell me what they are writing for me? i am a little hopeless in terms or organization, however a friend is going to help me set up a nice decent webpage to keep all the writing together and to help me collect all writers. maybe, it is still in the planning stages

all right, for some reason i am getting the feeling that everything is slowly falling to pieces, so listen up, this is what i am going to do. starting tomorrow, i am going to go through the pages one by one and find out what writing i have collected and have completely finished the editing process. After i finish collecting the writing, i will save it in one large document on my home computer, and i will mark off in my second post what i have and what i do not. If you gave me something and i did not mark it off, please PM me right away, if possible with your original work. i will then contact my editors and check to see if they have the writing. if they do not, then i will re-edit your work and send it down the line.

i want to get everything together again! the webpage is important to me, but the novel is even more important, so please people stay with me and help me out okay?

Okay! i have just recieved a new piece from cruxender, and now it has to be edited.

i also recieved a message from evandre via email ((i believe, there was no signature)) and we have encountered a small problem.. her shampoo bottle exploded all over her usb while on vacation in germany. she tells me that she remembers most of the edits and if her usb does not work then she will redo all the edits. I myself am interested in this. It could be rather succesful. I am literate and can be dedicated to this, but as far as my skills as an author go I am not too sure. I'm in the midst of writing my own story at the moment.

I'll send you a pice of my writing but you will have to give a few days. I am making corrections and adding in many pieces to make it better and more descriptive. And also the disk that it is saved on is a school disk and I will only be able to take it home at the end of the month... sorry if this is inconvinient.
