Setting: the soul society rukon district in front of a tea shop.
Time: Twilight...soon to be night.
Weather: Raining heavily.

Cre sips the hot tea that he has just purchased and watches the rain come down outside. He notes the particular weight of each drop, it might even sting to be outside right now...

Icarus smirks at the sight of his squad captain...it was in his mind shameful to be attacking his captain though he knew to be recognized for his power..this was inevitable. He saunters to him and stands next to him. "May I sit?" He asks questionably before shaking off the rain on his kusodoe and hakama. He glances down as he smirks slightly and removes his straw hat placing it in the chair adjacent to him to the chair on his right.

Cre smiled at his 3rd seat, you may, what brings you out this way Icarus-kun? Cre noticed that he had not ordered any tea but made no indication of it. surely you know that it is late my friend. please make this short, i need to get some sleep.
((i told you to change what seat you are. this is the last time i wall ask you to change it nicely. you are not my LT.
im going to bed i have work in the morning i will pick this up tomorrow))

Do not think just because I am 3rd seat that you can treat me as such....He swallowed dryly before staring his captain straight in the eyes, harpooning him with his intently set gaze. "Sir with all due respect I'm challenging you for the title of captain." He blurts out quickly before sighing and taking a seat.He watches as an attractive women passes,diverting his gaze from his captain to this women momentarily. He continues to stare, he was well aware of the possibility that he could be attacked though his captain didn't seem like the man that would do that when a mans back is turned. He sneezes into his elbow before turning back and watching his reaction. (I thought you said that you did it?)

Cre continues to sip his tea, noting his 3rd seats distracted nature. are you sure you want to challenge me Icarus-kun? i do not think you are strong enough... Cre knew that he was going to be persistent. Cre frowned slightly and whispered to Icarus-kun whenever you are ready
Cre was ready for his first move.

Do not think just because i am 3rd seat that you can treat me as such....He was indeed persistent,but he would rather attack him farther from the populace. "We need to leave this place and go outside..." He was already preparing as he often did, steel, sodium, oil, and quarts shifted under there feet as he prepped them and conditioned them for a lengthy battle. He grips the hilt of his blade as he remembered his mantra for fighting...it wasn't words just the style of fighting he choose. Start of small then go into more creative and eventful attacks...He looked up at his captain slightly before pondering whether or not he could take his fighting style...he usually ended his fights quickly but he wasn't sure how this would turn out..his power was equal to his captains, that he knew...it had to be. (Are we doing this by the since that because your a captain i can't beat you....because i'm not going to overpower my character...'m just saying that if i get you in a jam or anything we have to be at the same power level for it to be a fair match. Sorry about the bad literacy..i've been busy lately and i just wke up ><

Cre nodded and stood up. if you are really going to go through with this then we would need to...Cre vanished only to reappear several miles away in a small field of rice. he placed on hand in the handle of the Crystal Daggers that he had stored in the back of his sash, and waited for Icarus-kun to appear.
((no if you can accually beat me then you can take my Captaincy. Itchigo will tell you that i am a fair fighter, i will not over power my character))

Do not think just because I am 3rd seat that you can treat me as such....(Cool) Icarus does the same but does this at a much slower pace then him. He smiles as kids pass him by in between flash steps. He nods to one that had picked up a coin he had dropped telling the small boy that it was alright to take it. He finally arrives to him and nods to him, the eagerness visable on his face as he points to the lantern on his back. "It's going to get dark...i think this will help..." He smiles as he sets it beside him on a very stable rock and walks 20 feet in front of his captain and draws a small bit of sodium from his hand and places it on the ground. before setting up a small barrier of iron for it so that it does not make contact with the rain just yet. He glances back at his captain and draws his zanpakto. His eyes widen as he spaces out his legs and puts his blade into a stabbing position to the right side of his waist. He lunges with it as the handle stays in his hand the blade extends to impale him in his left kneecap. His attack was incredibly fast and diffucult to follow. He was going to start out slow and gradually use more force in his attacks.

Cre smiles, this was going to be fun. He knew that Icarus-kun was toying with him, and that was fine, he would return the favor. Cre hopped and then landed squarely on the tip of Icarus-kun's blade. running up the blade and going straight into a spin kick aimed to the chin, landing only a couple feet behind his opponent if your not going to use the sodium, then i will Cre lifted on hand as the sodium shot out from under the iron barrier into 5 small marbles that hung in the air around his wrist.

Do not think just because I am 3rd seat that you can treat me as such....This was much anticipated....he knew his attitude and what sodium does once it touches rain...this was going to be interesting... His blade extends upwards from the hilt and makes a small steel wall,blocking his attack as he turns and smiles wildly. His eyes where lush with a luster of personal pride as it begins to rain....the sodium floating around him begins to spin and shake as a chemical reaction happens causing them to harshly explode around Cre. To feed to this Icarus raises his hand up causing oil to spring forth from a newly formed crack in the ground.The chemical reaction explosion causes the lighting of the oil as it completely engulfs the area in flames. Icarus jumps back a couple steps as he makes sure that none of the oil touches the grass...that would be catastrophic at the moment. The rain did nothing to douse the growing flames around Cre as Icarus makes small iron rods spring from the ground... lightning began to sound around him..this was a perfect setting and weather for him...he loved it...

Cre laughs though the entire reaction, it almost got through his sand armor. Standing on one of the iron rods, your attacks are far to weak if you want my seat Icarus-kun... i have not even drawn my daggers. Cre would take his time with this match, it went against everything that Cre was but he had to teach Icarus-kun to use EVERYTHING when fighting a superior powered opponent. He knew that this was a match for Captaincy but Icarus-kun was still a student...
((lol and you should be more specific about your elements, Sodium Sulfate explodes when mixed in water, Sodium Chloride is common table salt. Its the sulfate that reacts not the sodium. lol ill let that pass this time just be more specific next time))

Do not think just because I am 3rd seat that you can treat me as such....(I was talking of a pure chunk of sodium so I was almost positive that it has a chemical reaction...thank you ^^) The ground shifted slightly as an iron rod bursts through the ground into his hand...his captain my have sand armor...but his armor was a weapon...and much more versatile. He grips the rod tightly as the tip shifts into a large and pointed curve...this was a nagitana,...and one of his finest pieces of craftsmanship at that. Small buds of steel branched off of the hilt right before the weapon begins. If..only he had used more sodium..and he hadn't of split it..it could have worked... unfortunately he never used sand so he could not control his armor...this was pestering him...Lightning sounds in the distance as Icarus takes this mans works to heart. He raises his arms up as from the left and right side of Cre two giant rods shoot from the ground, iron rods protrude from them and touch the rod he was standing on as they launch into the clouds. Lightning strikes it as it passes on the charge onto the rods and into the rod that his captain was foolishly resting on. If he wanted his all he was going to get it. He simply waited for the result as to not pass on the charge to him..if he where to attack him it would be probable that the charge would pass on...he did not feel like messing up his hair today. He was eagerly awaiting the results as he continues to watch.

Cre laughs, with a twist of his hand the iron flecks in the sand form into a diamond shape around his body. remember your science if you want to beat me, lightning takes the path of least resistance. Cre knew he would have to stop being so defensive. But Icarus-kun was a very promising student, after the match if Cre was still captain he would offer him a place on his research team.
raising one hand Cre whispers Ĺkasen a flash of yellow energy erupts from Cre's palm and heads for where Icarus-kun is standing.
