As things wind down to almost completion in GRAVITE, I'm officially going to assume my trusted role as the Moderator of the Haven, and my first act is a complete remodeling.
Wielder's cleared most of this subforum out of the dead clutter, something long over-due. I've posted a new AMP, which will replace the previous one. Ive posted a new set of rules, which I expect everyone to go over; and they too will replace the previous ones. There's a new addition, the RP Classes thread, which goes over the different types of role-players quickly. Now on to what's to come.
The Role-Play Rank thread posted by Nero is going to be remodeled by a new, but similar, set of ranks. I thought the old ranks didn't cover the variety of abilities in the separate ranks, which correspond with the RP Classes in the RP Class thread.
Which brings up the concern of ranks, and in relation, Gear's Rank Fix thread. Any posts, from page 1 to page 5 will be reevaluated by myself, and those who have posted will be given new ranks. After, I will open another thread similar to the Rank Fix for the current active members to get re.... re-ranked if they think they can do better then their old post in Gear's thread. After some time and new members, I'll close that thread, after....
I make the Department of Role-Play Efficiency. It's essentially a Department that deals primarily with helping role-players improve their RP abilities so they can upgrade their rank, from Illiterate to Advanced.
Another change will be the Profile thread. It's going to be moved to Revres, since it contains mostly GML Characters. I'll replace it with another thread that RP Creator's can use to post their RP profiles in, or they can keep them in their RP's. Oddly, profile threads were never brought up in GRAVITE, and there's no place to have them besides the Parlor, and it's the same thing for OOC threads, however I'd rather have the profiles in the Haven then the OOC, eh? The reason I don't want to let profile threads and OOC threads to be posted in the Haven is that I don't want it to get too full with anything else but role-plays.
Last, but not least, we'll be adding the Research and Development Dept. to the Haven, which will be divided into two divisions; Physical Sciences, and Ethereal sciences. We plan to maximize the use of the R&D in a number of ways, but I'd rather not say to much on that yet.
The first thing you need to do, is read the new rules. They're the single most important thing you need to read. I don't tend to overlook it when someone breaks a rule, iight? If you have any questions, post them here and I'll answer them as best I can.

I think Ferregar would be perfect to take up Darius' old responsibility as Haven Mod. Consider this a recommended nomination.
As well, I support him whole-heartedly throughout all arguments on the subject.
