Stretching his large paws, Teleza was glad that he was up and around during the day. It had been awhile, but he was recovering at his own pace. It had killed him not being able to be up with his girls when he should be, so he was glad that he had come this far since the incident.
Looking around for the familiar shapes of his girls, he saw one not far off. She resembled him more than her mother, but he was glad that her eyes had more life and vibrancy in them than his did. "Yamilet, how are you today?" Walking up to her, he lightly pressed his forehead against her, nuzzling her small frame. He was kind of proud that she was larger, like him, though he hoped that her frame wouldn't hinder her in life.
