We have a week until the first, so I think we can have our avis submitted by then. Then we have our avis submitted and are doing the actual event at the same time. :3

I also worried about submitting this coming week because there's a few people that have mentioned that they'll be away on / near the submission deadline- Pig sent me a PM letting me know she'll be away for a few days, and I believe she intends to participate.
