The sun was already high in the sky by the time Karvanis released he was deep in forgien lands. Looking around, nothing looked familiar, this wasn't anywhere Karvs had ever been before. The lands smelt different, the trees a little taller, a little greener.. He found himself wondering why he was led so far a stray.
"Help me!" he heard, looking around frantically, looking around before glancing farther in "This way, help me!" the voice shouted again. Unable to avoid the crys of a madien in distress he continued deeper into the forgien lands. Desperately looking for the maiden, Karvs oblivous to the changes taking place.

Layed out on the cool rock, Rohit found himself, again, by the water's edge. It was just a small pool hidden deep in the brush, but he loved laying beside it, letting his small paw float in the shallowest end of it. His golden eyes were quite glazed over, seeing large splotches of red starting to bloom all around him. He was still trying to figure out what they meant, because they had to be a sign of something, but he could still only see them as blurs.
Flicking his one ear up, he heard something rather large and noisy coming towards him. It seemed to be a bit odd, as Rohit had always come to this pool to get away from the noise and the more outspoken of the pride inhabitants.

Karvanis came barreling through the bushes and tumbling into the little pond, crashing full forward sending water all about. By this point all he could make out in his head was a heavy buzzing, no longer could he hear the maiden he had been running for so long looking for. Exhausted and worn out, he crawled out of the water panting.
Laying on the shore, pulling his massive paws over his head trying to block out the buzzing. The changes not suddle as before, Karvins slowly became to believe this buzzing was the assault of some sort of great evil.

Squinting his eyes as water droplets came crashing on to his face, Rohit was very roughly knocked out of his daze. Pulling his paw out of the water, Rohit had a very apathetic look on his face. Thanks to this bumbling stranger, his visions of red splotches had disappeared.
"You're not from here, are you?" Staring at the large lion quite coldly, Rohit could see that this lion wasn't used to the land. He had seen many strangers come through the land, all behaving quite similarly. He never knew what it was exactly that they weren't used to, but he just knew that they looked quite odd every time he saw them.

Karvs pulled himself up slowly, trying to act brave to the little guy. "I was following a call.. but I've seem to have lost all trace of it." said with a heavy sigh. Despite his best efforts Karvs couldn't hide the fatigue from his long chase into the Kizingo lands. The effects slowly taking hold of him, keeping him prisoner to his deepest desire, to be a Hero.
"There's something evil in this land, I can feel it.." he said pulling himself forward. "I've felt its pressence since entering these strange lands." said while panting. Karvs sat his bulking body down for a moment.

Feeling a smirk rise on his maw, Rohit loved hearing all the different stories outsiders had to tell. "No one ever calls out here." Grinning, he tried to remember someone who had always heard voices. Maybe this guy was like them?
"It's not evil. You're just not used to it." Twirling around, Rohit brushed the tip of his tail past the large lion. "If you stay here awhile, you won't notice it anymore." Grinning, he found the lion's suffering quite comical. "I'm Rohit. And my voice is real."

Looking up and down the cub, Karvanis eyed him carely. Twitching once and again as the effects finally began to take their final grasp on him. Karvanis believed their was a great evil here, and that he was called to this land to save it.
"Maybe, but I feel there is a great evil here" he purred in confidence. "This land has called to me." he proclaimed, rasing his hulking body, feeling a second wind about him.

"Well...whatever." Rolling his eyes, Rohit had never heard the 'hero' story. There had never been anything evil in his pride, so this lion was fighting an imaginary cause. "But you know, you could at least accept it, while you're here, instead of curling up on the ground with your paws over your head." Giggling, he rolled onto his back, pawing at the air. "I'm Rohit, Mr. Hero." Swishing his tail behind him, he was fairly curious as to what the large lion was going to do.

Karvs turn and looked to the cub "Karvanis.." he paused for a moment and looked forward "Super Karvanis, is what they call me." he said with an air of confidence and convinction. The effects of the land fully taking over him now, never letting him go.
"Tell me of this land, young one." he spoke again, the changes now more noticable. His head held high, scanning the foliage for anything unusual.

"Super, huh?" Super something. Rohit found the title quite humorous, but maybe this lion was something super. Or maybe he was just like everyone else here, but just refused to admit it.
"Here? This is the Kizingo'zaa lands." He grinned, thinking of his homelands. He really did love this place. "The land where everyone is just a little bit 'special.'" Laughing, he stared up at the sky. "Or so they say." His face growing a little serious, he tried to think of what he was taught. "They say there's a curse on these lands. But I think it's more of a blessing." Smiling, he turned his head to look at Karvanis. "I rather like the way things are here."

Pausing to think for a moment "..a curse you say?" this word did not sit well with Karvanis. "There must be some evil at work here." he was confident, he now released why he was sent to these lands. He was called here to protect and save these lands.
Thats when he first heard it, that voice in his head. Not yet coming to an understanding of who or what the voices was or coming from, he knew it was absolute. "Kizingo'zaa.. Yus, I have been called here."

"Whatever you say." Rolling back onto his stomach, Rohit slowly rose to his feet. He was getting rather bored with this lion, and he was sure he was going to see him again anyway, especially if he was going to 'save this land' or something.
"Well, as much fun as this was, I have some self-discovery to get back to." Walking back over to his previous spot beside the water, he laid back down, slowly dipping his paw into the water once more. "You go back to your mission or whatever." Closing his eyes, he could see the red splotches start to return, and it made him smile.

Watching the little cub for a moment he looked back to decide on the direction he knew what he had to do, but not where to begin, he had much to learn about this land, and much to do. Sniffing the air, scanning his surroundings he took off into the foliage. off to find this unknown evil, as the voice told him to do.
