It'd be nice if he made TH 13 instead of another spin-off game.
I don't really like the fact that Cirno is the protagonist. It might fuel the "moronic" sectors of the fandom. But oh well.

Usually, spin-offs are a sign that means the creator is having trouble making the next game/book/series/etc.
Making a Spin off is less stress on the mind than making a new story.
I for one take time when making stories (fanfiction or the original on my Deviantart page "Project-1".) And indeed it is hard to make as i have to choose words correctly, add characters at the right time, twists, and other elements.
If you look at the megaman series, the fans call 1-10 of the original blue kid "First Gen". 10 is considered a chain into Megaman X and i forgot which number the Zero series ended up on but in between the series, they made the Mega Man Battle Network series and tried there hands at an RPG style (waiting for Megaman Legends 3 crying ) while making the main story.
in short, Spin-offs= "Wait for us to make a new plot for our series Dammit!"

I'm happy with anything so long as it is fun.
So do you freeze the danmaku or something? Got to learn me some Japanese, though I still suck with english so maybe I should get that down first.
