This pickled vegetable...Sure. Ya know, I don't think I ever got what faith you subscribe to. I'm not really anything. I believe in a sort of "power" but nothing so sophisticated as any version of a "deity". ... could kick your a** !!

XD I technically should call myself Agnostic, but I am leaning more towards Ecclectic Neo-Pagan. I am still learning which Pantheon I follow most and it often switches from Egyptian to Roman. I'm a little confusing, but in my head it makes sense.

That's odd. Most people I get along with really good are either Aetheist or Agnostic. Not that I don't get along with Christians or anything. I guess I just gravitate towards people more like myself.

This pickled vegetable...Don't get me wrong, I get along with people for every group. I've just noticed that the majority of my social circle here on Gaia is pagan. ... could kick your a** !!

I do have a hard time getting along with Jahova Witness. They are a little too different for me. I worked with a woman and she was very interesting. She brought in bible verses to give to on of our Bi workers. And the girl was like "I'm Christian you jerk". I think if I did not work with her I would have gotten along better with her, but she was all "doom and gloom".

This pickled vegetable...Doom and gloom gets real annoying real fast, but I can put up with it. Its the self-righteous ones that I just can't stand. Doesn't matter what they believe or where they come from, if they start with "holyer than thou" type bullshit they make my list. ... could kick your a** !!

That's my dad.... I seriously hate him. My mom always said "You don't hate him." No, mom. I hate him with every fiber of my being. He is a hypocrite and thinks he is this amazing Christian. Even when he was blatantly cheating on my mom. So glad they are divroced and I don't have to see him... But that Jahova's Witness told me the reason my dad cheated on her was becasue she did something to deserve it. Um.... My mom raised four kids with no help from him. He abuse all four of us in one way or another. I really do not think my mom and us kids did anything to deserve that. I really do not understand the logic there. I understand Karma, but that is a little different.

My sister's husband is one of those ******** up hypocritical Christians. He's one of those guys that believes men are better than women and constantly tries to use the Bible to advocate his abusive bullshit. For instance, he ripped an earring out of my sister's ear because, according to the bible, women aren't supposed to wear pants to church and my sister wanted to wear a pair of slacks.
Now granted, the whole story isn't here and my sister is known for doing off the wall things where I can understand if someone's fuse gets flipped, but nothing that deserved anything like that. The bible and Christian excuse just made it ten times worse.

I also hate when people use the "I'm Christian" and "the bible says..." as an excuse to be hypocritical or rude. My step mom once told me I was under a generational curse because I hated going to her church and didn't share her exact beliefs about God and the Bible when I was in high school (and I still don't share her beliefs and dislike going to her church). She knew this information because she said that she has the spirit of discernment and the Holy Ghost, so therefore she could tell these things about me. rolleyes

Alright so next time I get in to a fight with someone I'll pull "The bible says..." something and see what they say XD All my friends know I'm not christian. They don't know I am Pagan, but we don't really talk about religion. I wonder what a total strangers would say to something like that.

Haha, walking up to a random stranger and saying "The bible says..." Imagine the looks you'd get or maybe even the comments.
I know this lady that had a lemonaide/proselyting(sp?) stand. The lemonaide was free, but you had to listen to her tell you about her views on the Bible, salvation, etc. I think she was trying to gain converts to her church or some thing.

Ugh being in Texas when I used to work at Barnes and Noble, most of the book signings we had were for Christian authors. It was horrible, the authors would get right in front of the entrances and just start preaching to everyone that walked in the door, using the excuse that they were promoting their books. Drove me crazy.
