A lot of secondary power here is used for conversational telepathy - the ability to talk to other people through a mind link. This is not to say that the person can read that person's mind. Such a power is considered god-moding and will not be allowed. If your character has more than one power (again, max is two.) copy this area twice... and list them separately for sake of ease.
