 GypsyTrail yawned. He was back in...Shadowclan...territory. It took him a moment to come up with the right name... Stupid clans and their rules... He stretched and trotted across the boggy land. It was just as well the ran had come and went. He found himself a nice dry spot in the sun. His black pelt was warmed by it and he purred. Perfect... The perfect place and perfect time for a well deserved catnap.
He layed down with a huff. His stump of a tail wagging slightly. He closed his blue eyes as his head rested down on his paws. Perfect.. Now for a few Z's
His golden earring was glittering in the sun and his black pelt was shinning with health.It was obvious he wasn't hiding... He was out in the open... waiting for his next opponent... He loved mind games and when cats of these clans found cats hiding on their land.... they instantly attacked... But he found that they didn't know what to do when the cat in question wasn't hiding.

Rippledawn daintily crossed over a mud puddle by means of a thin, rocky, and rotting log. Hopping off she continued forward in no particular direction. She could as well just went around the puddle but every once in a while she had to use her talent for balance as to not let it go to waste. Surveying left and right she had an eye out for invaders. Lately Shadowclan land was treated the same as any old dirt that could be found outside a marked territory...
And then, not to her surprise, she saw an unfamiliar face. She waited a moment for a gust to come and she quietly identified his scent as a breeze brought it over. Definitely not Shadowclan. It carried a faint remnant of Shadowclan perhaps but he was definitely not of any of the clans. She scowled and approached him.
She padded within a few feet of him, not caring if she alerted him or not. "Leave," she hissed, tail lashing.

Sooner then he expected he heard the squish of the mud around him. He only heard because he was listening...but sit it came all to soon... Without moving a muscle he sighed. "Must I?"
He opened one of his light blue eyes. Looking at the she cat he inwardly smiled. She would do... His luck even astounded him sometimes... So far... These clans sent their beautiful women to do their dirty work.
Deciding to give her the time of day he pushed himself up into a sit and fixed both his crystal blue eyes on her. "Give me one....good... reason i should...and i will go willingly. And nothing about these stupid clan boundaries... Boundaries are for kits...not fully mature cats..." He waited... He enjoyed a good fight as much as a battle of wits... so he was prepaired for either.

Rippledawn gasped, "oh no, you're right! These borders that keep the peace between the four clans are positively stupid! And I can't think of one good reason why I should drive off a trespasser who could possibly pose a threat to the safety of me and my clan! Here, lemme go back and find the others to help me think of a good reason- no wait, even better! I'll just go and ask Moonstar to change EVERYTHING about our rules and traditions!" She turned as if she were about to leave but after a second she whipped back with a more hostile face. "Leave," she said flatly. "Want a reason? You're ruining my view. Happy?" She unsheathed her claws and kneaded at the ground.

He was tempted... oh so tempted... to laugh. He kept his face in a charming smile. "Don't tell me you have never wanted to feel the air of the moors... or the dryness of the forest..." He twitched his ears... His golden earring jingled.
When she turned he raised an eyebrow.... She was just going to leave? A rogue on their land and she was going to... And then she was back to glaring and hissing.
Gypsytrail yawned. "You're view? How could i leave when My view is so lovely." His crystal eyes glittered.

"What view? All I see is a bog and a pesky rogue..." This conversation had gone on long enough. If words won't sway him, then... Battle? ....Pfftt! No way was Rippledawn going to attack him! The last time she fought was probably her last day of being mentored! Padding forward she tried to shoulder him, and she would continue to push him every inch to the border if she had to.

"and I see a beautiful she cat." He watched as she moved toward him. He raised an eyebrow. He shifted his weight ready to jump. But all she did was push him... He took a step back and then another. Until he realized just what she was doing. And then he stopped. Using his blunt strength he plopped himself down. Sitting...Waiting to see what she would do.

"Don't flatter me," she growled, still pushing despite the dead stop. No one had ever complimented her looks but she wouldn't let his comment get to her. Besides, in my world the perfect tom loves me inside and out. She stopped pushing for a moment and let her little sappy dream relationship flood her mind. In the occasional moments where she let her secret imagination run wild she never tagged a name or face on her dream tom. After about a second she quickly stopped her thoughts though, realizing she just tagged "that pesky rogue"'s face onto him.
And now I feel like I'm forgetting something... She looked up, and remembered that she was burying her head and shoulder into Gypsytrail without making much progress. Backing off in a hurry she lashed her tail, not flustered but quite embarrassed. Glancing around Rippledawn checked to see that no one saw that.

Of course...GypsyTrail had seen her... "Why can't i flatter such a beautiful she-cat..." He smiled and stood running his cheek against her shoulder and headed past her..."Until I get your name I will give you one... ok...How does precious sound?...Im leaning toward 'my pet'... but Beautiful works too." He smiled and sat once he got closer in to the territory.
"So, beautiful... do i get to know what they call you?"

"I'll tell you--and maybe even ask for yours--if you get off Shadowclan territory first," Rippledawn spoke dryly, before glancing around once more for other cats. She couldn't have others know there was a trespasser again and that she didn't have the nerve to attack them!

"Ooo...Very tempting offer... Alright love... you win" He stood and walked toward the way she had been pushing him."This is the nearest boarder?" He trotted, stopping every now and then to make sure she was following, once the smell of the boarder came into range he stopped to make sure she was still there, before he turned and stepped over the boarder. "Alright... So what is your name, beautiful?" He twitched his stubby tail.

Rippledawn followed. Not just because she was a cat of her word but also because she couldn't have him wandering around. Sitting once they arrived she dipped her head, "thank you. I'm Rippledawn. And your name is...?"

He flicked his ears. "You have a lovely name... It fits you well..." He smirked and stepped back over the border... "So what do you do around here for fun?" He batted at a twig, his short tail twitching happily.

"A little bit of both. And for Starcan's sake!" Her temper couldn't take it anymore and she pounced him with sheathed claws. "Would you leave Shadowclan be already!?" Her jaws snapped at his ears in attempt to rip off one of his earrings.

He rolled under her. He looked up at the female. She had missed his earring... although... just barely. He flicked his ears. His earrings jingled. "Well...miss rippledawn...I would say this is a bit forward." He smirked.
He rolled again. Placing his large paws on eather side of her head he smiled. "So is this the play part?"
