 He was bored so bored.
His sister was off with her new play thing and his parents and brother were not doing anything special. Thus Chu'mana was out on another walk, to explore the lands and get to know some more people. He did not have any friends, he had his gang but besides that he did not get out much. That was not by choice he just always seemed to be doing something, having a sister like Nukpana was a full time job, she was always getting him into some kind of trouble.
He wondered through the fields were he usually played trying to find Tuli. He knew he probably was not but it was worth a try. She did some out at night more than anything. He flicked his mane and pouted some, was he the only person on earth or something, where was his entertainment.
"Yo dudes! anyone out there!"
He called, his voice echoing in the trees which surrounded the field, birds that were on the ground taking flight all at once.

Mouse moved daintily, tentatively along, her body almost hugging the trees as she slipped around and between them. Her mother wasn't so very far away, the dark blue filly had just slipped away from her a few steps, trying to be brave on her own.
It was working a teensy bit..until she heard the yell. Mouse twisted her body around in a panic and running straight out from the trees, headlong into the owner of the loud voice. She crumpled in a heap, curled into a ball and lay still on the floor, breath held and not even daring to look up to see exactly what it was her blind panic had made her run into.
She was trembling though, a quivering heap on the floor and so playing dead wouldn't fool anyone for more than a second.

"Huph"
Came the voice once more as he stumped forward flightly, trying to get control back into his hooves, finally regaining balance before he fell onto the floor. He raised a eyebrow and truned around, however nothing could be seen, what was going on here? He stepped forward a little, his eyes drawn to the floor at a trembling little creature curled up in the floor.
He tilted his head and lifting up his leg and giving her a gentle kick to the back, more to get her to stir than hurt her. He knew damn well she was not dead, maybe if she was he would give her some sympathy but no, she just clobbered him and he wanted a apology.
"Ahem."
His eyes scanned the blue filly. He had never seen another one, besides his sister. So it was a new experience for him.

She winced as the colt tapped her in the back with his hoof; not out of pain for it wasn't hard enough to inflict any but out of fear. She was panicking, he'd seen through her attempt at playing dead (though given how much her body was shaking any 'attacker' would have to be blind not to see through it), and now he probably wanted to..talk to her!
She slowly unwound, bringing her head up last and fixing a pleading look on her face, her eyes moist and her lip quavering. Mouse's whole attitude yelled 'don't hurt me!', which was good as right now she couldn't find her tongue to speak.

Chu watched on as the filly looked up at him, with eyes that resembled a lost little puppy. Was she crying? what the heck? she looked like she was going to blubber however he did not know why. He had not gone anything. Oh, dude. Just his luck.
He tilted his head to one side slightly. A small pout on his face.
"Whats wrong with you?"
She asked raising a eyebrow and flicking his mane in a small huff. It might have not been the best thing to say, however its what came out. With his family he was not used to girls beeing so sensitive. For some reason he knew it was the wrong thing to say.
So he tried to make up for it. Tried.
"Erm... I mean, are you okay?"

Mouse shivered at his first words, distressed at the tone of his voice on top of the fright she had just received, Not only had he surprised her, but coupled with the impertinent tap to her back and now the manner of speaking caused the threatening tears to become actual ones, and they rolled down her cheeks as she wailed at the colt.
'You scared me!' she cried, her tail still jammed between her legs, her posture still small and submissive.
