The night was just starting. At least, for him. The sun had gone down at least an hour ago. Though, this time of year he had little night time to enjoy. Mostly staying in caves during the day, or sleeping most of the time, he found himself really hating the summer months. He yawned as he slowly moved through an open plains. He wasn't sure exactly where this was. He had landed here shortly after the sun had gone down. Though, lingered around the area for quite awhile. Seeing how no one was really around here, he felt it was a good place to wake up a bit.
His fluffy leopard-like tail flicked about as he slowly took steps towards a small water hole. It was almost dried up, but it had enough for him to enjoy a drink. And many others for the next week or so. Of course, he really didn't need it, but it felt nice to have something cool rush down your throat. He stretched his wings as he walked. How he hated to fly, yet he did it anyways. He was lazy in that aspect of things. Much would he rather walk, and have the feel of the earth below him.
Though, he did enjoy it sometimes. Which was when he did fly. Which was when he reminded himself when he landed on how much he loved the ground so much better. Perhaps he was afraid of heights. Though, he'd never openly admit that to anyone. He reached the water, finally. Stopping just at the edge of it, were the earth was slightly wet, but not wet enough to make the dirt mud. He wrapped his braid around one of his paws and held it up as he bet down to lap up some water. No sense in getting mud in it, after all. He didn't really much like the feel mud made while in his long mane that was almost too long it seemed.

 Lucilius gave a yawn as he slowly made his way to where he knew water was. the sun was going down so he wanted to take a few minutes to check over his reflection and grab a cool drink before getting to bed. ruffling his wings and yawning again, he flipped his hair out of his face. a bit of a irritated look was on his face when he realized someone was already there and gave a dramatic sigh. a roll of his eyes, he strutted over to the waters edge like he was the best thing there.

Mychasi didn't notice the purple god walk towards where he was. His mind was upon the water, and taking a drink of it. Eyes closed, and enjoying the sweet taste of the water rushing down his throat as he licked it up. When he had his fill, he untangled his mane from his paw and lifted his head. Which instantly he noticed someone else. It was kinda hard not to. The young.... -girl?- was very white and purple. Mychasi had quite a disgusted look upon his face. He really didn't have time for this. He just got done dealing with one godling, why had he just ran into another.
Though, he didn't speak and just kinda looked at the other stupidly. Hoping -she'd- just leave. His tail twitched in the dirt next to his back leg. His wings kinda twitched as he just stood there. Almost looking as if he might be half retarded. Of course, that was more for the fact that he wasn't pleased about running into another god cub. He really didn't like them. Any cubs. They weren't exactly something he could handle, yet... He did it anyways. His frown deepened.

Lucilius took his sweet time taking a nice cool drink. he was always careful about getting any part of his self wet. only if he had gotten dirty somehow, would he bother getting wet in anyway. after his drink, he gave his hair a flip and raised a brow at the other god male. " haven't seen someone better looking than you before?" a smug look was on his face now as he strutted up to the other god. of course he couldn't help but admire the other god's lovely braided mane, but he would always say his own hair was far superior to his.

"If you must know, I'm debating weather or not your a female cub, or if you are a male cub" He shrugged " My guess your a female" He said with a completely serious look upon his face. The thing sounded like a female to him at least. "I'm sorry, but I don't like little girls." He said with a frown as the cub came closer to him. What was he to do, the little thing wouldn't leave him alone. He raised a brow at the cub and just watched it. Still trying to decided if it was female or male.

" you must be blind if you can not tell that i am a male. i may have beautiful looks far superior to yours, but that does not mean i am a female." it was clear Lucilius was not pleased with being called a girl. sure he loved to keep his looks perfect and could be a bit of a drama queen but he defiantly was no girl. he felt insulted that the other older god would think he was female just because he had amazing looks. " i would also like to point out that i am not that little even though i am still young." flipping his hair with a huff, he already was highly annoyed with this other god and it was showing in his tone of voice just how irritated he was.

"I'm still certain your a girl." He said. No male took that good care of himself. At least, that's what Mychasi had noticed. No matter, the cub even sounded like a girl, but he wasn't going to say that to him. He could tell this wasn't going to be a pleasant encounter. Less pleasant the the other cub god encounter, anyways. He could handle them just fine, but once they turned Cocky, that was it for Mychasi.
A frown crossed his face, more noticeable then normal. "For someone so young, you already are on a road of getting yourself hurt." He told the cub. "With the way you speak, you'll find yourself with a god less tolerable then I who might want to teach you a few things."

" then your as blind as a bat to be thinking i'm a girl." huffing more, it was clear as day that he was not going to get along that well with this older god. " i highly doubt i will ever get hurt. my father is the god of conflict and he is a vicious beast that doesn't like anyone messing with his kids. he also doesn't let me go off very far ether so i'm very sure he is somewhere near enough to hear me yell if i'm in trouble and will kill the one messing with me with out a second thought." a cocky grin was on his face now as he eyed the older god. " so do you honestly think someone less tolerable will get away with 'teaching' me a few things?" HA oh how he loved getting the upper hand, though once he was an adult he knew he couldn't play that card of dear daddy coming to the rescue but thats where his forced training will come in handy.

Mychasi frowned. How could this little god bring in such innocent night creatures? He didn't like it. It was a sorta soft spot for him. The night hung on... Slowly. Stars sparkles as he continued to frown at the little god cub. The moon was out, and very bright, Making them both easy to see. At least for a normal visioned lion. Mychasi could see almost perfectly no matter how dark it was.
"I believe your father would like to see you through your own mistakes and problems, then." He simply said. The cub didn't get it. Parents weren't always going to be there. And he knew that better then most any god. "Perhaps you shouldn't be as comfortable as you really are, young one." He simply said with a shrug. It seemed he was trying to frighten Mychasi. Which wasn't working at all. Sure, he wasn't going to mess with this cub. He couldn't hurt anyone unless they tried something first. And they had to be at least the same sizes as him.
"Yes, I still do." He said with a nod. "One day you'll realize it, and then that's when you can learn to be a real god." He said.

"says the fool who thinks i am a girl." Lucilius couldn't help but laugh at the older male. " i'm not stupid enough to rely on my dad forever. he made sure my siblings and i could be able to handle ourselves when we are on our own." giving his hair a dramatic flip to get the hair from his eyes. " and if your so smart, what kind of god am i if i'm not a real one? i am the god of Vanity so i think i am a real god." smirking, it was clear Luci saw himself as the superior one and defiantly tried to prove that as a fact by being a snobby smart a**.

Mychasi hardly believed the little cub. He looked like he'd be more worried about his looks, then to fight. Running away from fights to daddy, was what he'd probably do. Siblings? This guy had sisters and brothers? He quickly thought of many little self-centered twits running about and it made him wince slightly. He hoped never to run into them. Or him again. He seemed more like a female then most females he had run into. Or at least the stereotype of female he heard males talk about while he was trying to take names and they didn't see him.
"You're a self-centered spoiled brat." He simply put. It was true in his opinion on what the cub was. "There's more to being a god then selfishness" Unless they were the god of selfishness. He wouldn't be surprised if that's what this fe.... male was.. "Just having a title doesn't make one a god." He said shaking his head. he didn't know how much more of this he could take. No.

Lucilius just rolled his eyes and gave a flip of his hair before starting to strut off. it was getting late and this older god was annoying the hell out of him. "whatever. i have to get going anyways, so enjoy being a idiot." smirking to himself, he really thought he was better than Mychasi even if he was way younger.

Mychasi didn't bother trying to go after the cub. He was in fact, relieved that the little brat was leaving. He was in a fowl mood now, and just wanted to get away. He stretched his wings to take flight. He took one last look at the leaving cub, before frowning and shaking his head. Spreading his wings wide, and taking flight.
