He is probably the best hacker on Mario Kart Wii. He basically forces you to gain VR every race.

Nope. Does he do anything else that's cool? I encountered a hacker on MKDS once that chose battle arenas for us to race on. We only got to do one, and it was pipe plaza. It started us at a created starting line, counted down and we could drive around. Curiously I drove into a pipe and then my game froze.

He basically bombards you with infinite items and speeds around the course with a bullet bill. He gets in last place on purpose so everyone gets VR.
