ACTUALLY, you are not supposed to use a spoon, you are supposed to do it on the side of the plate--this coming from my girl's 100% Italian grandparents.

patsa doesn't taste of anything and is really plain!! but have it with sauces etc its cool... I was in Italy for quite a while and stayed in Napoli (Naples) and Rome and it was good over there Spaghetti Carbanari is my fav' but I can't say much for thier pizzas! give me a dominos anyday!
ergh I just remembered in Napoli a lot of Italians liked tripe! who else does?

Am I the only one who thinks that spaghetti sauce looks like it has beans in it??? eek Chili Beans to be exact!
