Shoo was smooth, Shoo was sly, but he was also think and a bit on the 'i'm way too full of myself' side to understand when he did wrong, so, when he hurt his lady friends feelings, well... he didn't understand how or why she was upset, what could he have done to hurt her so much?
He didn't want to help her find lizards. Oh, oh no. Not that! Gosh, she really had baby-skin.
He rolled his eyes and sighed, she wouldn't stay mad at him forever, would she?

Tahki was on a mission and that was to rid the pride of all lizards. The demonic little things from hell she was determined. It was thanks to them lions had died and they would continue to be little a** holes if no one did anything. Why didn't Shoo understand?
Tahki had a mouth of lizard when she found Shoo. Her eyes narrowed when she approached. Her anger was a little on the childish side but she had no idea. Tahki really didn't know or want to believe that those murders so long ago had been done by a lion and not lizards. She didn't want to believe.
The female dropped the lizard infront of Shoo.
"You still dont want to help do you, " She pouted.

Leave it to Domevlo to stumble upon the most curious of things. Determining it to be none of his business, the large lion tried his best to pass by undetected.... For one his size it was not a task to easily be done. Though honestly, if one were to wage war on a creature of the swamps, why not the frogs? That was, after all, what the goddess had turned Mysmyr into.

Shoo knew Domevlo and couldn't pass up saying hello to his best friends beau (or at least thats what he thought they were); As he tried to walk by unnoticed Shoo called out and waved.
"Domevlo!"
Oh man, this was so going to get him out of hunting lizards.

Shoo was right about getting out of lizard hunting. Tahki smiled over at the larger lion. She gave him a warm smile in greeting. He seemed familiar some how.

"Shoo,.." Domevlo greeted with less enthusiasm, now planted to the spot.

Shoo must have been slow because he had forgotten what mess he got Dome into last they spoke.
"What are you doing?"
He questioned and pointed to Tahki.
"This is my girlfriend."
He smiled really big. Yeah, that's right. Girlfriend. He wondered where Mono was... but wouldn't ask.

The female gave him another smile.
"Tahki," She said and took a seat. Her tail wrapped neatly around her front paws and an inviting grin rested on her maw like it normally did.
She hadn't noticed the tension.

Shoo glanced at him and frowned. Oh god he wasn't thinking of paying it forward, was he? If he did anything to mess this up, so help him god, Shoo would murder Domevlo. Really. No. That lion was too strong for him, but he could wish.
"Anyway."
Shoo said with wandering eyes.
"Yeah. Tahki, Dome here is Ico's beau. I think I told you about him, I 'unno."
He glanced away, trying to seem 'manly'; Maybe they better leave soon? Shoo had a big mouth.

The female thought really hard about it. Had he told her about him. No. Maybe? She couldn't really recall honestly.
"I .. don't think you did," She tilted her head.
"It was nice meeting you Dome. I need to be getting a go though and finish what I originally came out here for, " She gave him a kind smile and gave the smile to her mate before getting up and starting off.
Yeah.. her mission was not all that secret. Anyone who knew Tahki knew what she was setting out to do. Kill more lizards.

Domevlo, however, did not know Tahki and did not know her mission,...and decided to ignore Shoo.
"What you originally came here for? And that would be?"
Hmn, maybe it wasn't his business to know, but he had no where else to be, so one may as well ask.

Shoo glanced from side to side and shifted a paw.
"Maybe... we should be going."
He muttered. He didn't want her to go around telling people her... fears. At all. She made him feel... well, weird. He sighed. This failed.
"Yeah..."
He awaited her answer.

Tahki looked over at Dome with a very serious face and replied , " To go kill the evil lizards of course," She gave him a smile.
Then Shoo cut in. Time to go? The lion shrugged and shook her head in agreement, "Guess we should get going. We can cover more ground that way." The female turned back to dome her maw harboring the sweetest smile a lion could muster, "It was nice meeting you Dome. I hope you come round our den some time and we can get to know each." A friend of Shoo's was a friend of hers. Again the female had no idea that tension was stirring between the two.
Tahki went onward back toward the den with a bit of a child like skip in her step.
