This is the best restaurant in town. It's not too fancy, but not to shabby either. It's just perfect if you want to go get a casual meal with someone. They have any kind of food you could want.
The restaurant is name after it's high altitude, 203 feet above sea level. It sits on center of the rock column, below the RaiKage's office.
