Background History:
Toku is the next heir to the Kishin Clan title of Jinkun. His older brother Tairu was recently appointed Amekage, along with himself becoming a Chuunin. He dazzled the Chuunin Exam's with his unrivaled speed, and was deemed the Rookie Of The West, because of his great chances of becoming a Jounin at a young age. He can even run on par with his brother in a footrace, a extremely hard thing to do without being of Kishin decent. He is also very advanced in the use of Jinton style techniques, knowing all but the sealing jutsu as he has yet to enter that stage of training. Overall he is a good person, and is very likable. Currently Toku is in waiting to meet his assigned Genin Squad, who he has decided to name "Bricksquad" for some apparent reason.
