Description of Appearance: She wears a green cape with gold lining it. Her armor is plate male covering her chest. Her shorts are also green with gold lining it. Her boots are a brown leather. Her arms are bare. Her hair tied into a pony tail is a light brown. Her eyes are both Hazel.
Skill Set: Lightning user -beginner
Weapons Carried: Nagiinita and yari
Weapon Ability: Lighning charged yari. Yari can generate a storm which is at Rina's control.
Signature Moves:
lightning bolt: Mostly self explanatory She throws a bolt of lightning.
lightning strike: Calls lightning from the sky to shock an opponent.
lightning arrow; Alike to the lightning bolt only weaker. It also is ethereal as the arrow of lightning can stick into an opponent and then stays after charge is lost
Electronize Object: Covers a touched object in electrical energy. This can be used as a weapon later.
Static: Charges her body with a static energy that has several uses afterward.
Background Story: Biography: She was in the first group to be attacked during the
downfall of a school for magic. Her group survived but they have no
knowledge of each others survival. Rina was born not having her access to magic known. She was one day assaulted by a male who's goal was to strip her of her virginity but ended up finding out she had magic. She was framed as a murderous which but she escaped and made it to the school where she was trained in the ways of magic. There where quickly two groups of magicians that became school widely the best. She was in one of them they being the rivals of the main characters. She survived when the war between non-magic and magic enveloped her school and annihilated it. She was saved by the actions of one of the others. She walked away with the group being completely alive and free but not feeling satisfied with her training. She like the others suited to find the capitol of the now loosing magical side, (Will they survive as they look for the Famed Dragon's Peak Another book possible series I'm working on.) As for her in person she isn't to battle experienced other then that fights that took place at her school some of the others are more experienced but not as powerful or creative with their magic.
