*Battlefield Data: A lake side battlefield, A large lake that sat in the middle of a field with a tree line that lined one of its borders. The lake is close to a town but is a good distance away.*
Cody was standing near the lake, observing the surrounding area. He looked at the crystal clear still waters of the lake, he felt the breeze that sweeped over the lake and onto the shore. He adjusted the leaf village headband on his head and continued to look around, "I was told to come here for an assignment but theirs nothing here... how troublesome."

3C walked forward to see a lake. On the other side, the ninja she was suppost to battle. It was a ninja she had never met so she had no idea who he was. She was happy it wasn't one she knew cause that would be difficult. She began to walk across the lake to meet her opponent. Hope this battle ends up better than my fight with Lucain she thought.

Cody looked over at the lake to see someone walking across it, "Who is that?" He looked to see that she was wearing a shinigami outfit, "Well if it isn't a Shinigami... I was starting to get a little bored out here!" He said to the newcomer. He grabbed the hilt of his Tanto and prepared for anything.

You know it would of been a good idea for you to practice or maybe meditate if your opponent is late. she said almost to the rim of water which seperated her from her first battle with a ninja. But come on, you couldn't have been waiting that long. she had made it to the other side of the lake and face her opponent.

Cody shrugged, "I did honestly feel like meditating and yes I did only get here a while ago but thats for another time." He looked at her, "The name's Cody by the way, Jounin of the Hidden Leaf Village." He bowed slightly, "So who do I have the honor of fighting today?"

Well Cody, you'll be fighting me. And my name is 3C, I am the lieutenant of Squad 3. she pointed out her vice-captain badge. So, your move first Cody. she said keeping her zanpakuto close. Im not sure how strong this guy really is so im gonna have to stay aware of what he does. Still can't believe im fighting a ninja. Dont underestimate him remember that. And use your surrondings to your advantage. Not you guys again! I got it. I'll be fine.

((It happens to the best of us!  )) Cody looked at her but didn't unsheathe his tanto just yet. He looked at her, "So im fighting a lieutenant huh... this will be interesting!" He performed a couple of hand signs, 'Water Clone Jutsu', Three clones formed behind her standing on the lake surface. A smirk appeared on his face, "Shall we begin?"

Lets see....she said. Alright my best guess it that he uses water as a natural element. My best hope would be to keep a good distance from it. She turned to see 3 clones of Cody behind her and the real one in front. Before I unsheathe anyhting lets just test how strong his clones are. But shoot there on the water. But I doubt anyone would pull out there strongest move at first. so.... she began running on the surface of the water to take out the clones.

The three clones saw her running towards them, each one of them got in a fighting stance ready for anything. The real Cody walked to the shore and found a good angle to watch them fight, "Good luck!" One of the clones rushed at her, his fist at the ready.
((Oh and your Chibi Kakashi is pretty cute...))

She saw the first one with a fist balled and ready to launch. She quick stepped behind it and side chopped it in the back. The next two came at her. She rushed forward the two, ducked and slid when the both where about to hit her with another fist. She roundhouse kicked one but it ducked so she hit the second in the face then was left with the first.

Two of the clones turned to water, making a loud splash as the hit the water. The last clone stood there looking at her ready for the next attack. The real Cody on shore watched as she fought, 'Huh, even without drawing her sword... shes a force not to be messed with.'

For the last one she ran up to and right when she was about to punch it she disappeared. But not even a second later she reappeared behind it. She tapped its shoulder and when it turned punched it right in the face. It turned into water with a splash. So Cody, tell me. Are you going to send more clones or step in this time. She said crossing her arms smirking.

Cody started clapping his hands, "Bravo 3C... Bravo and yes, I will be stepping in!" He performed a couple more hand signs, 'Water Sky Convergence', water from the lake started to lift in the air and floated around Cody. The water started flowing around him, "Lets begin!" He than started running towards her.

Water began to circle around Cody. That says alot she thought. She got in a battle stance and prepared for anything. Then he started for her. When he got to close she quick stepped out of the way. Touro, touro she thought as she waited for his next move.
