Each rank you can be depends in the positon of you on the guild
Members
a)Team Rocket Grunt- You Can prettey much do all you do now, just a fancy name for member razz
b)Supplier- You are a normal team rocket grunt but you help in the guild by suppling, Items,banners, or anything you can.
c)Agent- You are the highest rank of team rocket grunt you will be sent on missions Weekly.(missions start date isnt yet specified)
Crew
a) High Rank Agent- moderate the guild.
b)High ranking officer- You Moderate the guild, own a subforum(it needs to has to do with something of the guild)
Vice-Captains
a)Elite Officer-You SEND missions, moderate the guild, help by adding anything you want to the guild
b) Second-Boss-Captain of the guild if for some reason 009D cant.
