Throughout Naruto, we have seen several ninja who have been able to summon what seems to be only one animal/structure (Ibiki's cat prison thing, Danzo's elephant, Tayuya 's demons, Etc). A personal summon is the alternative for ninja's who do not wish to be bound to a summoning contract. It's almost like a calling card if used often, or as a method of last resort. You decide.
Rules:
- A personal summon cannot be created by someone who has already signed a summoning contract, and Vice Versa.
- A personal summon may not be above Jounin level in rank.
- A personal summon does not have to be an animal (though it can be). It can be a structure, a defensive mechanism (Like the rashomon wall), or anything else you imagination can cook up......within reason.
- Personal summons can only be utilized by the creator. No one else can summon them.
- Only one object or animal may be included in a personal summon.
- RPC's with personal summons cannot acquire Sage Mode.
- The main purpose of an original summon is to give your RPC a little originality. If you didnt want to summon an animal, or didnt like any of our choices, now's your chance to summon something else.

RPC Name: Ukiyo Sumizome {( Jounin ]} Name of Summon: Excalibur Description:  =Jounin Ranked Summon= The fabled sword of legend, and as the stories tell it is capable of cutting down anything. This is more then a weapon, it is a soulbound companion to whoever is chosen to wield it, and it chose Ukiyo. This sword is summoned by Ukiyo and works like a living and breathing organism. The sword is able to cut into any material, even chakra. With Excalibur Ukiyo can use his sword to cut into and defend himself from certain ninjutsu techniques. Their are a couple of requirements that must be met though. Excalibur will not be able to cut down any projectile attack that is of S Rank chakra, the most it can do is be used to defend against the jutsu. Other S Ranked attacks can be cut at but it would have the same effect as an steel sword cutting someone wearing armor. At first it would only leave scratches but eventually it would be able to crack the armor. There will almost always be a stalemate between A rank chakra attacks and Excalibur. If the chakra of the attack is B rank or lower, Excalibur will be able to cut it. Keep in mind that some moves will be easier to cut then others. Also excessive cutting of jutsus will cause the blade to dull and eventually shatter until the next time that it is summoned. Name of Jutsu:Oni Musha no Jutsu-Shining Truth Rank of Jutsu:A Rank Jutsu's ElementN/A DescriptionThis skill has the same effect as Genjutsu Kai. It releases Ukiyo from A ranked and lower genjutsus once he realizes that it just an illusion. RP Sample:Ukiyo was standing face to face with his brother Yakuza. The two had always sparred with each other and the result was always a tie, but this time Ukiyo had something up his sleeve. Sweat trickled down the side of his forehead as he prepared to finish the fight. Holding out his hand, Ukiyo envisioned his newest blade, Excalibur. In his mind the sword spoke to him, it longed to be summoned. A transparent form of the blade appeared in Ukiyo's hand as it started to solidify and shine with a golden beautiful glow. Ukiyo smiled as his brother looked astonished by his new weapon. Running towards him, Ukiyo let his blade drag on the floor as he let out a large battlecry. Yakuza tried to work quickly, he did some hand signs as he let loose a D Rank lightning blast from his finger tip, trying to shoot down Ukiyo. The beam of lightning sparked and cracked as it can ripping towards Ukiyo. Holding his blade with two hands, the young swordsmaster cut cleanly through his brother's attack and continued to run. Swinging his sword horizontally at Yakuza, Ukiyo was just able to cut Yakuza across his chest before he was able to dodge, but that would stop his brother from trying to take him down with a stronger jutsu. Yakuza did more handsigns as he slammed down his hand on the ground and attempted to send C ranked shockwave through the ground. The electricity spread across then grass land like a wild fire, leaving Ukiyo with not much time to think of a way to react. He stabbed the Earth with his sword as he crouched down behind it on one knee. He felt a minor resistance as he picked his sword up quickly in an upward slash. Yakuza was impressed, but not defeated. Ukiyo was running towards him and he needed to do something to counter. He figured that a B Ranked technique might end in the same result so he let loose another lightning blast that was A Ranked. This attack was stronger then the first beam and faster. Ukiyo guarded against it, he tried to push past it but it proved to be to strong. The lightning beam evaporated, Ukiyo's charge was stopped and Excalibur was slightly weakened. Yakuza smiled as he finally found out what the limit of Excalibur was. Pulling out his summoning scroll and biting his finger, Yakuza was able to summon his Boss Summon, a large wolf. (( As much as I hate to make this comparison....its about the size of the ones in Twilight. )) The beast charged towards Ukiyo and snapped at him. Ukiyo was able to roll to the side and perform a heavy slash at the wolf's right legs, making it bleed a bit but only dealing minor damage. The Summon charged at Ukiyo once more and this time jumped towards him. Ukiyo rolled again but the wolfs paw managed to scratch his back, dealing moderate damage. Wincing from the pain, Ukiyo stood and ran towards the Summoned Beast, doing another heavy slash at its tail, cutting off half of it. Ukiyo jumped back, his back was still hurting and he almost couldn't take the pain. He stayed focused though as he ran toward the wolf who was already charging and growling. The result came in a flash. The two had crossed paths and were now standing at least ten feet away from each other, with their backs facing their opponents. There was a dramatic pause as Excalibur shattered and Ukiyo fell to his knee. He looked over his shoulder, seeing that the summon had been cut in half. Apparently, the summon had not be perfected so the fight had not lasted as long as it probably should have. Ukiyo looked up at Yakuza who smiled. They were both drained of their chakra, so the fight was declared over. ((yeah i didn't do a sample for the Shining Truth thing because I figured you already know how that jutsu works since its just like the Genjutsu Release thing. Do you think I should be adding more abilities...I wasn't sure if what I had so far was already too powerful.))

I think that it being able to block S-ranked projectile techniques and cut through non-projectile S-ranked techniques (I assume you mean like walls and what not) is a little much. I can't condone a "lightsaber" type weapon that allows you to slice through almost anything. I think that it would be ok if it could block maybe up to 3 A-ranked techniques, 5 B-ranked techniques, 8 C-ranked techniques and any number of D and E ranked techniques (though obviously some techniques can't necessarily be "blocked" per-se such as clones, but I think you get it), and then it would have to disappear. I think there should also be like a six or seven post cool-down for the technique that begins after being dispelled, and it shouldn't be able to be used more than twice per fight. These are my suggestions, feel free to argue your points if you think the rulings unfair and I will be more than happy to listen.

RPC Name: Kay Aburame
Name of Summon: Taokaka
Description: Taokaka, of course, is from the game blazeblue. For RP purposes though, we shall say that she is a lesser demon Neko who was born to a Neko family in the land of fire. This family, though not a clan, was very tight and mystical in their own right, and bound themselves to be invisible to human kind and others who interact with them. As a baby, Taokaka was exposed to humans by accidnet, and as such grew up wanting to be around them. Later in her life, she stole scrolls from different villages, learning al she could and then replacing them. She determined from the scrolls, and the history that she had read about, that she could be used as a summon, and formed a personal contract, which she gave to the baby human she met, Cain Aburame, who at the time was still within the leaf. her skills are not like most ninja summons. She is quite like a inja herself, able to use wind jutsu up to Jounin level without handseals, and being wise beyond her years as to a lot of clans and blood lines, and she even has slight knowledge of demons, as in she can identify their chakra types. She is extremely fast, and has three sharp claws that retract inside her sleeve. She is a bit playful and rebellious though, and will only truly "obey" Kay when it is a matter of life and death, making her valuable then, and a good distraction any other time. She also has a secret technique that alows her to shoot herself forward like a rockted and ramm through most defenses, making her ideal for escpaing barracades or taking down a good defensive measure.
RP Sample:
"Stop hiding from me boy!" the rouge anbu ninja called to Kay as he continued to destroy the area searching for him. Kay bit his thumb and did a few quick handseals. "Summonin jutsu!" He yelled as the anbu turned with a grunt and threw a demon wind shuriken at him. Kay smiled as the smoke cleared and his neko friend stood before him, the shuriken growing closer. "Meow!" she yelled as she blew out a ball that deflected the shuriken. She turned and tackled Kay. "Meow! You summoned me! Too bad it's because you need Kaka to kill some one," she said rolling over and faking dispair as the anbu scratched his head. "Shut up and take him down Taokaka!" Kay yelled kipping up and drawing his two katana. Taokaka stayed sprawled out in a cat nap as Kay feended off attacks, bot woke up as she heared and smelled blood from both parties as it hit the ground. After all, Kay was only a chuunin, and the man was a well established Anbu.
"Fine, taokaka will help you meow," she said bouncing up high into the air suddenly and becoming surrounded by a white aura as she flew towards the man with incredible speed. He was spart enough to jump back, Taokaka creating a crater in the ground and frowning. As he landed Taokaka used some serious speed to move him with her claws extended. She slashed, light and wind left behind on the path her claws took create a beautiful light show. She jumped over him and wind gathered in her lungs. The ninja turned around to see what she was about to do and tried in vain to get away as Kay hawked him from behind (meaning he chased right behind him) and stabbed him through the back. As the anbu fell to the ground, Kay disappeared seemingly as Taokaka blew wind from her body, clearing much of the forset as well as crushing the man under the weight of trees. As Kay sheatehd his swords and bowed before the mans final resting place, he smirked seeing Taokaka asleep in a tree and released his summoning jutsu, sending her back to wherever she had been originally.

RPC Name: Akaishi Name of Summon: Genesis Raphsodos Description: He Is the Anti-thesis of the One winged Angel. He is the one created to balance out the power.  He Constantly when not in battle reads his book, and even in battle, During his Conversation makes allusions to the Goddess who is in his book. He is aproximatly 25 years old, And his weapon is a Rapier with Brid motifs on the Hilt. He has two brothers, Which shall only be known at this time as W and N. He was once comrades with A,S, and Z. But those are long Bygone years. He will occasionally Give his thoughts on what the missing Final act of Loveless could be, and has been known to randomly Begin quoting it. Even though it changes constantly as he delves deeper the story of Loveless. He is a right handed swordsman, And has his Black wing on his Left as against his counterpart's Left handed swordsmaship, and a wing on the Right. He was mortally wounded by his counterpart, And told them not to worry, That it wasn't anything to be worried about. He lived with that wound for seven years, Before finally Going into Limbo. He was then Healed by The " Goddess " the one he alludes to in the story of Loveless. Genesis Can never actually be killed, And only Feins death, And appears later. ( If he is supposedly killed in battle, He will appear to Akaishi later, Fighting him for control of the summoning skill for his life ) Special abilities Held by Genesis: Katon Affinity: He Can use all of the Katon jutsu up to his Summoner's Rank, Depleting his chakra supply, and making his time to leave go faster. Chakra cost ??? Raiton Affinity: He can use all the Raiton Jutsu up to his summoner's Rank, Depleting his chakra supply, and making his time to leave go faster. Chakra cost ??? Suiton Affinity: He can use all The Sution Jutsu up to his Summoner's rank, Depleting his chakra supply, and making his time to leave go faster. Chakra cost ??? Apocolypse: My friend, the fates are cruel

The arrow has left the bow of the goddess- LOVELESS Act IV Genesis floats into the air, a huge Seal apearing on the ground Beneath him, He focuses his Chakra into the Area above the Seal and Rains Lightning down upon his foes. ( This takes all of his chakra and is treated as multiple uses of the Lightning Beam technique ) Chakra Cost ??? Black Feather: My friend, do you fly away now?
To a world that abhors you and I?
All that awaits you is a somber morrow
No matter where the winds may blow- LOVELESS Act III This ability is used when He reveals his wing, when his time is almost out ( Under fifty Chakra points ), and the opponent still isn't dead, or Running away from Akaishi. His wing becomes Revealed and Can block up to c rank techniques, And it can also fire Feathers ( Hence the Name black feathers ) That act as Senbon, But have a Dark chakra around them that burns like fire. Chakra cost 10 Black Flurry: My soul, corrupted by vengeance
Hath endured torment, to find the end of the journey
In my own salvation
And your eternal slumber- LOVELESS Act IV This technique also utilizes his Wing, He gets into close quarters with his opponent, And wraps his wing around them both. He begins to Fire His feathers Rapidly, Dealing massive amounts of damage as well as causing Burns on his opponent. If his opponent Dies within this attack, then Hs wing will Begin to shrink , Disappearing completely along with Genesis and The Opponent's body. Chakra cost 15 Dark Energy: Infinite in mystery is the gift of the goddess

The wandering soul knows no rest- LOVELESS Act I This is mainly for Theatrics, But can also help in some cases. Genesis Begins to Radiate dark chakra, And he can spend half of his chakra to insert it into an opponent. ( This is mainly an anti-konaga ability ) This will not only cause slight pain, But Make the person's chakra tainted, Making their decisions lean more towards the dark side. Chakra cost 5 Osmose: Dreams of the morrow hath the shattered soul
Pride is lost
Wings stripped away, the end is nigh-LOVELESS Act II This is one of Genesis's greatest attacks. He grabs his opponent and Dark chakra begins to converge on his hand, It bores it's way into his opponent and begins Leeching out their chakra. ( 5 pts for every turn he is attached ) This is easily Broken by doing anything offencivly. Chakra cost 5 Regen: There is no hate, only joy
For you are beloved by the goddess
Hero of the dawn, Healer of worlds- LOVELESS Act II This Is probably Genesis's only Healing attack. This attack can be used on himself, Or on Akaishi. It functions as Life preservation Technique, Mixed with blood coagulation, Flesh binding, and Healing Hands Major. Suprisingly this takes not much of Genesis' Chakra, only taking about 15 pts to use. * Note: Genesis Gains 50 chakra for each rank that The summoner has, Making his time longer each time his summoner gets stronger. He can last outside of his Parameters, but not while in battle. ( Meaning he can stay with Akaishi as long as needed, as long as no one wishes him ill intent ) ** Note: His Affinities Allow him to use any Jutsu of that element with half of the cost. ( Excluding Kage/Sannin Rank Those he has to pay triple for ) *** Note: Apocolypse Uses All of his chakra remaining and Makes multiple Lightning beams, Aimed for Multiple enemies, Or just at one, The Beams arc, and Converge on the opponent, Being released one after another. They can move to hit the Target better. ( He cannot use this while above 75%, or below 50% of chakra left ) **** Note: When summoned He Reads aloud from his book He then sets it down where he was summoned, and begins to fight. When the war of the beasts brings about the world’s end

Description:
Misaki is a wolf that has the ability to use a chained sickle to protect herself and Sosay. She is skilled with the art of sneaking around and using the chain sickle to attack her enemy’s. Misaki is loyal to Sosay and her only, unless Sosay say’s other wise. Misaki is usually a kind and gentle wolf but brought into battle, she turns into a blood thirsty animal. Her moves can be deadly and when combined with Sosay’s use of the katana they can become a deadly pair, if matched up with the right opponent.
Non-Elemental Jutsu:
Bloody Fang
Rank: E
Type: Ninjutsu
Description: When this jutsu is put into effect, Misaki’s teeth all grow razor sharp from her chakra coating them. She is then able to rip through her enemy without worrying about chipping/losing a tooth. This attack can be VERY painful if it comes into contact.
Wolf’s Lullaby
Rank: B
Type: Genjutsu
Description: This genjutsu is placed in effect when Misaki isn’t in the enemy’s sight. From there, she sits down and raises her head, letting out a melodic howl that when reaches the enemy’s ears places their sight in a different world. The person that gets affected is simply placed in another world, or so they think. They no longer see the battle in front of them but instead they see a hill with Misaki sitting on top howling a melody to a full moon. They see themselves sitting in a field of wild flowers and find themselves unable to turn their attention away from the beautiful sound. (to break free of this genjutsu the opponent has to either somehow distract themselves from the sound, get a fellow shinobi to break them out of it, or use Genjutsu Release. It doesn’t work on the summoner)
RP Sample:
Sosay say behind a large oak tree, her head cocked so she could hear if there was anyone nearby. She had managed to keep her breathing quiet so that she didn’t give her position away. Sighing out quietly, she bit her thumb, letting the blood flow from the wound. Swiping her bloody thumb against the palm of her other hand she began to form some hand signs. Finishing, she placed her hand upon the wet ground in front of her, while whispering, ”Summoning Jutsu!” After saying the words, a cloud of cherry blossoms appeared, swirling around in one spot before bursting into white sparkles, leaving behind a light pink wolf. Misaki gave Sosay a smile as she sat there pretty as can be. ”Well it’s been long enough. I was wondering when you were going to summon me again!” the small wolf exclaimed. Sosay chuckled quietly as she raised her hand and petted the creature upon the head. ”Yeah I missed you too Misaki! But now’s not the time for catching up. I need your help. I’ve got a shinobi on my a** and nothing I try will get them off.” she explained, slowly standing up, Misaki following and standing up herself. ”Well then. Lets go get him!” Misaki replied, her tail wagging fast, excited for a battle.
Just then a masked shinobi appeared, squatting on a branch as he looked down at the two below. ”Well now. Are you going to stop playing hard to get and allow me to take that pretty eye of yours?” he asked, eyeing the wolf with interest. Misaki let out a low growl as she looked up at the shinobi sitting upon a branch. Sosay quickly snapped her head up to spot the shinobi, cursing under her breath. ”You wont get my sharingan! No matter what!” she yelled up at him, her hands clenched tight into fists. ”Well that’s not what I wanted to hear!” he pouted, disappearing from view. Sosay spun around just as Misaki jump up at the man, clamping her teeth down into his arm, blood coming from the new wounds she made using her bloody fang technique.
Sosay jumped back, katana in hand as she watched the man scream out in pain, swearing at the wolf as he tried to get it off. ”Hmph! Guess you underestimated Misaki’s sense of smell.” Sosay sneered.
The second she got the words out of her mouth a loud whimpering noise echoed throughout the forest. The shinobi had managed to punch Misaki of his arm, kicking her off into a bush, staring at Sosay with a thirst for blood in her eye’s. Eye’s widened, Sosay stared at the guy as he started coming towards her, already forming hand signs. ”Rikujou Shougekiha no jutsu (Earth Release: Ground Shockwave)” Sosay watched as he forced his hand to the ground, ready for any attack that came her way. Placing his jutsu into affect, he sent a ground shockwave at Sosay, not giving her a chance to dodge. Sosay was hit with the jutsu and sent backwords into a large tree, knocking the breath out of her. Falling to the ground she gasped out for air, as the shinobi walked towards her. ”Now your mine!” he stated, now right in front of her. Pulling out a kunai he got ready to swing at her. Sosay closed her eye’s and waited for the kunai to connect with her body but nothing happened.
Opening her eye’s and lifting her head at the enemy, she noticed he was just standing there like a statue only shaking slightly. Just then she could hear a soft noise in the distance. ”Misaki!” she whispered, finally catching her breath. Standing up, Sosay held onto her katana, holding it up at the enemy. ”Now your time is up. You were never destined to have my eye’s. Fool!” she snapped at him, taking the final swing. The masked shinobi fell to the ground, his body now lifeless.
Walking into the bushes, she spotted Misaki. ”There you are girl. Are you alright?” she asked, kneeling down to inspect the creature more closely. Misaki gave a friendly wag of her tail, as she stood up and licked Sosay on the cheek. ”I’m fine Sosay-sama! Nothing a little rest wont help!” she exclaimed taking a step back. Sosay nodded her head, patting the wolf on the head one last time before she would be needed again. Releasing the summoning, she watched as Misaki disappeared into a bunch of cherry blossoms, the wind taking them off. Standing up Sosay started back on the path in which she had gotten distracted from.

Alright Guys, I said you can use your Imagination, but no summoning humans. That just makes no sense.
@Kay: You have had the summoning since you were a child? Summons dont work like that.
It seems like this summon was made to give you information about nearly every clan and/or demon instantly, with the whole "It knows a lot about every bloodline and clan, and most demons."
ANY wind Jutsu? Thats a bit over powered.
What is the rank of the secret technique?
@Kumo: ............No. Thats WAAAAAAAAAY too overpowered for a personal summon. Seriously guys, look at the manga. A personal summon is like Guy's tortise, or Kidomaru's spider, or the Rashomon wall.
@Sosay: Wolfs Lullaby has to either be a higher ranked technique, or have less power.

RPC Name: Togusa Name of Summon: Hypnotoad Description: Hypnotoad is a large toad-like creature that has large oscillating multicolored eyes and emits a droning hum. His eyes glow all the time. The toad apparently uses these as a power of hypnotism on surrounding people and animals RP Sample:Togusa was walking down the road one day whe...whe.weALL GLORY TO THE HYPNOTOAD!!!!
