According to information posted in a Japanese MacDonald's, there will soon be a Wi-fi event for all Japanese Gen 4 games to give players the Pikachu Ash has in the Anime. No further details are currently known.

From what I've heard, it would most likely be Bashful-nature and similar to the NZ Pikachu, have the egg move: Present. Of course, that is just speculation.
In a related topic, there are 2 events being given out at McDonald's in Stuttgart, Germany:Jirachi - June 26th through July 15th
Pikachu - July 31st through August 27th
For the US, I've heard word of the Engima Stone Event for HG/SS, that should be upcoming something this year (been speculated for the late Summer), as well as the distribution of the 10th Anniversary Mew (though I am unsure who that will be for).

Well, I'm gonna guess Iron Tail, Volt Tackle, Thunderbolt...and I can't remember the fourth move Ash's Pikachu has. Since Serebii says it'll be based off of the one in the anime, It'll probably have the moves it currently knows in the anime thus far. The fourth move might be a special one, but I'm not sure. I do like that we'll be getting the Enigma Stone and (Finally) the 10th Anniversary Mew. I do hope that the pokemon company has realized that just because Mew is available in MPR doesn't mean we all have a Wii and access to it. The rest of us need our Mew too!

If it's anything like Trainer red's pikachu (i caught it from him to see if it had a good nature....it was Bashful gonk and i bred it for VT pichus blaugh ) I'll just get the pikachu for the attached item if there will be any. and if light orb is attached to it like Trainer Red's pikachu had. I'll just add it to the collection >.< and if any of the fellow guild members want a light orb for their pika ill give them one 3nodding
EDIT: The only thing i mainly hope for with the event pikachu is that the nature is the best if possible and that at least one stat is maxed out >.< That would be good and maybe I'd use it in a meta game battle 3nodding
