I'm excited! I love double battles, so triple battles will be even more fun. :3 And now we can put the trios against each other! Birds VS Dogs, etc. ^-^

It seems a bit chaotic for my tastes, though I guess we'll have to wait and see how it actually goes when it's finally released here.

I agree with everyone that kind of feel that the 3 on 3 battle is a little over the top since it would be almost overkill if someone brings nothing but Ubers, a mixer of a wall/staler, rain/sun team, and a quick way to get yours or opponents to lose all their pokemon pretty quickly (i.e. using earthquake or explosion while your team uses protect/immunity types).

Kyrenx is right.. mind you when I use Charizard and his heat wave there's a chance I can faint all three pokemon I'm battling.. Stack that with other pokemon who know moves that hurt more than one opponent.. Now if I was into competitive battling I'd be PISSED off if someone dropped half my team with a single move...

I actually like the idea, but then again it makes my two favorite p[okemon even better. Now I actually love the fact that gear has minus or plus, that way one of my Minun or Plusle can get 2.25 times special attack!

And F.Y.I. Putting (SPOILERS) in the title is moot if you put the thing you're spoiling there as well. Put the spoilers in the post and not the title of the thread to avoid ruining the surprise for other people. Please try to be careful about that.

I think it's over the top as well. But alchemist brings up a good point. It would be fun to see trios going against each other (not only birds and dogs, but lets say Groudon, Kyogre, and Rayquaza against Palkia, Dialga, and Giratina). Stuff like that would pretty cool but other than that it will be chaotic. I guess we just have t wait and see how it turns out.

I like how you put SPOILER and then proceeded to put the actual spoiler in the threat title.
I think it'll be more like a classic RPG. I'll have to see how it turns out.
