Tori flipped through every dress in her closet, left to right and back again. She sighed as she held up dress after dress against her. Nothing suited her at this particular moment. This was suppose to be a fairly simple girls night out... However, all she could think of was dressing to impress. A common thing previous to Philip it was twice as bad now. Finally she just closed her eyes and jerked something out of the closet. She just went with it. Next shoes... oh heavens...
"I'm going to be late," she huffed as she glared at herself in the mirror. She ran the brush through her curls and quickly put it into an up-do. She grabbed the box that held her daggers and diary and tossed it into her duffel bag. She'd finish once she was in the cab.
It was ten minutes to nine when the cab pulled up to Faris' residence. Not to bad... not to great. She paid the driver and hurried out of the cab and up to do the door. She hoped that she wouldn't look as thrown together as she actually was.

Whether or not her friend was late didn't seem to concern Faris overly much. She figured Victoria would get there when she gets there and merely sat outside with her DS with her messenger bag slung over her shoulder. The young Gargoyle dressed as boyish as ever and even more so now than ever before. The most feminine thing about the tomboy was the fact that her hair had grown longer and she now braided it to keep it out of the way. Her tail tip twitched side to side as she leaned into a couple of the turns she was making in her game, endeavoring to become better at the racing game before she saw Evari again.
When the cab pulled up Faris looked up and closed the DS and moved to stand up. She bounced from foot-to-foot excitedly. She hadn't gone out with Victoria before so this should be fun!
It seemed like a good idea at the time to go on an outing, it sounded like Victoria needed it.
"Hihihi Vivi!" She chimed as soon as Victoria got out of the cab.

She gave Faris a quick hug and then pulled her towards the cab. She didn't want to have to wait for another when they were both ready as much as they could be. They could start their conversing in the cab.
"Sorry about that..." she said once they were both in the cab. "Well about a couple of things. The other thing would be because I was late."
"I'm really excited about this evening," she was still trying to catch her breath. After that night out with her sister she realized she needed more time with people other than Philip.

She returned the hug happily and as she got pulled into the cab she put her DS in her bag and she settled next to Victoria once they got into the cab. Faris tucked her wings closer to her body so she could rest her back on the seat as she gazed over at her friend with a small giggle, "S'fines! We are going now," she gave a fanged grin as she gave a small wiggle into her seat.
Faris nodded a bit, "Meeee too! I like goin' out! Mama was kinda unsures about it cause I never go far from the house at night most of the times," she shrugged, "but I promised that I'd be fine and that we'd keep eyes on each others!"

"Not to mention I'm armed and dangerous," Tori winked and giggled. Now that she wasn't in such a rush she had time to finish up what she was doing. She took out that box that held her daggers. "I'm sure glad your Mama let you out with just those stipulations."
"The last time I went out 'dirty' dancing was with Evari and that was sooo long ago," time had allowed her to loosen up a good bit. Her dirty was nothing like the dirty that involved grinding but it could be considered close.
"Oh, do you have a curfew?" She asked rather suddenly.

Faris laughed a bit and nodded, "Vivi is a dangerous girlie." She shrugged a little at Victoria's words, "She trustses me. Haha. She says Faris always good girl and I am~. Usually."
There was a small thoughtful pause before she responded, "I don' think dancin' can be dirty. Dancin' is just dancin'," it seemed like something the young girl firmly believed. If they had fun who cared? There was nothing dirty about having fun or so she thought. At the question of whether or not she had a curfew she paused a moment and fell silent.
Did she? She couldn't recall, "Newps!"

"I am use to ballroom so to me this is as close to dirty as it gets," she looked away and out the window. She was a bit red in the cheeks but in the lack of light it was hard to tell. "I kinda like it," she admitted.
After another moment she looked back in the direction of her friend. "I don't have a curfew either... we can party till we drop!" This night was becoming more and more interesting the more it got planned out.

She blinked at the word 'ballroom' what was that? Faris tilted her head from side to side as she listened to her friend speak and giggled a bit, "Ohs. I see. Umms...Vivi? What is the ballroom dancings? D'you dances in a room full of balls r'what?" Whatever it was it sounded rather difficult! She knew just how treacherous those balls could be! She and Evari had been trapped in a pit of balls once and it was absolutely horrible...Okay it wasn't that bad but still!
Faris pumped her fist into the air a bit, "Ja! Partyparties! If you wants you can stays the night at my homes if'n we need to sleepies later an' stuff?" The Gargoyle felt it was a good offer to make or she could spend the night at Victoria's and go home from there! Either way she was really happy to just spend time with a friend.

"Ballroom is a style of dance. A few in that group would be the Waltz, Mazur, and Quadrille," Tori grinned. "Waltz being a favorite of mine." She took a moment to think out the rest of how to describe the differences. "Dirty dancing or club dancing as most would call it involves a lot of bumping, grinding, and the like," she said as she twisted a finger into one of her loose curls.
"Crashing at your place sounds great. That is if your mom doesn't mind. Wouldn't want to intrude," she winked. "We'll have to make sure to stop on the way 'home' to get some junk food and stuffs so the party doesn't just stop at the club."
"Been up to anything new lately?"

"Ohs. I sees," Faris said with a small nod. She couldn't really say anything about it one way or the other but it was awesome to be informed about it. So she learned something new! As well as Victoria's favorite ballroom dance. Faris held her silence for a bit more before she asked, "You teaches me how to wa...wal-tz'e?" If Victoria liked it then it couldn't be all bad!
There was a small thoughtful expression before she shook her head, "Nahs. She would not minds so long as we's quiet when we wander in. Otherwise if we gets too loud we might wake my brothers!"
Something new? "Oh yeah I got brothers by the way! Wolfram and Robin," she giggled a bit. Faris sometimes forgot to talk about them since Wolfram was around her age and did his own thing much of the time and Robin was a toddler and usually around Luis.

"I can teach you the Waltz," Tori grinned. She was thinking about how fun it would be to teach her friend. Also, how nice it would be to have someone else besides Philip that knew how to dance her favorite dance. "But, we won't be able to do it at the club... to many people and not enough room," she sighed.
"Brothers! Wow!" They chatted on the phone a good deal but she couldn't recall Faris mentioning brothers. Well she knew now. She grinned. "I just have my sisters. Not exactly sure what I'd do if we 'gained' a brother..."
"Well if I think we aren't going to be remotely tired we can crash at my place or my aunts. But either way we have a plan," she winked.

"Yeah! New things to learn," Faris giggled a bit and swayed a bit in her seat as she listened to Victoria's concern about the lack of room. Huh! That did pose quite an issue but that could possibly be easily fixed. After all they wouldn't be around lots of people all night that'd just be a bit too crazy! Maybe... Either way, "We can waits until we are somewheres more quiet and less peoples, yus!"
She continued to sway in her seat quite contently as she nodded her head, "Yus, brother-faces. They are kinda annoyin'. Woof keeps takin' mah stuffs. Robin keeps tryin' ta get into stuff. S'kinda funny sometimes I guess but yah."
Faris nodded happily to the plans and giggled, "We'll figure it outs yes!"

"I'll have you Waltzing in no time," she grinned. "If you like learning I can teach you sign language as well," this time as she spoke she also spoke with her hands.
"Sisters do those types of things to... must just be a young sibling thing," she let out a dramatic sigh. "What ever will we do with them?" She giggled.
Just as she was about to respond to Faris Tori heard her phone go off. Instinctively she reached for it and pushed the green button. After several minutes she hung up and leaned forward to give him another set of directions. "Slight change of plans. Evari is joining up... didn't figure you'd mind," she said as she twisted a finger in her curl.

Faris gave a nod and stared at the movements of hands while Victoria talked, "That'd be kin'a neatos~," she replied wondering if that was what sign language was. Bunch of hand movements...Huh! That was kinda interesting.
She let out a small sigh of her own and flopped over onto her side where Victoria wasn't seated, "Put 'em on a boats and send 'em to an island far, far aways!" Faris let out a small giggle and shrugged, "They's okay I guess. Robin is kin'a cutes when he isn' bein' a buttface!"
The Gargoyle was about to ask who was on the phone when Victoria suddenly gave the cab driver a different set of instructions and then when she was addressed and told the reason she sat upright and her face lit up like a Christmas, "'VARI YAH!" She did a small fist pump into the air again trying to avoid hitting Victoria in the small space in the cab's back seat.

She didn't feel any better, really. Evari was still so confused, she didn't know what to do, but she knew she couldn't stay in this house any longer. She needed to get out. She needed to spend time with someone not her family. Evari loved Xai, and she...grudgingly was coming to accept Tyyne as her sister, but she needed to get out. And so her first choice had naturally been to call Faris and ask if she could come over, or if Evari could go there and play with Faris...but Faris wasn't home? Well that was a surprise! It was even more surprising to hear who Faris was out with...
...Victoria...
Her heard pounded and her breath caught, eyes wide and her skin glowing bright red. F-Faris was out with Victoria? But...but how did...when did they...wh...why was Victoria trying to take her Rissy? She thanked Luis for her help and said goodbye, staring at the phone after she hung up and pouting. That wasn't fair. This was her Faris, but she liked Tori too...but...but her Faris...but she was with Tori. She was torn; call Tori and spend time with her best friend and...Tori? Faris was her best friend, but Tori was...the reason she was hiding like she was. She had liked those kisses. She wasn't sure how to feel. Good? Ashamed? Ugh.
So she'd called Tori in the end, obviously. It delighted her that the girl agreed to change her plans to come and pick even Evari up, and so she'd quickly changed into clothes to go out in and hurried out the door, waiting on the front steps quite impatiently.
