Intr oOk, so, im gonna make a dust quest for a Tiger claw. Heres what i discovered on Wikipedia on the Tiger. Wikipedia The tiger replaces the lion as King of the Beasts in cultures of eastern Asia, representing royalty, fearlessness and wrath. Its forehead has a marking which resembles the Chinese character 王, which means "king"; consequently, many cartoon depictions of tigers in China and Korea are drawn with 王 on their forehead. Of great importance in Chinese myth and culture, the tiger is one of the 12 Chinese zodiac animals. Also in various Chinese art and martial art, the tiger is depicted as an earth symbol and equal rival of the Chinese dragon- the two representing matter and spirit respectively. In fact, the Southern Chinese martial art Hung Ga is based on the movements of the Tiger and the Crane. In Imperial China, a tiger was the personification of war and often represented the highest army general (or present day defense secretary), while the emperor and empress were represented by a dragon and phoenix, respectively. The White Tiger (Chinese: 白虎; pinyin: Bái Hǔ) is one of the Four Symbols of the Chinese constellations. It is sometimes called the White Tiger of the West (西方白虎), and it represents the west and the autumn season. In Buddhism, it is also one of the Three Senseless Creatures, symbolising anger, with the monkey representing greed and the deer lovesickness. The Tungusic people considered the Siberian tiger a near-deity and often referred to it as "Grandfather" or "Old man". The Udege and Nanai called it "Amba". The Manchu considered the Siberian tiger as Hu Lin, he king. The widely worshiped Hindu goddess Durga, an aspect of Devi-Parvati, is a ten-armed warrior who rides the tigress (or lioness) Damon into battle. In southern India the god Ayyappan was associated with a tiger. The weretiger replaces the werewolf in shapeshifting folklore in Asia; in India they were evil sorcerers while in Indonesia and Malaysia they were somewhat more benign. So from reading this, i have come to the conclusion, as the Tiger is a noble Creature, but sometimes depicted as a mean being.

About Him: Agressive, territorial, always ready to help a friend out, usually calm, It takes a lot to make him angry. When he does get angry, step back at least by 3. Cuz when he is angry, he will normaly just give out a big growl. Only friendly to people he know. If he doesn't know you, and you want to be friends with him, just approach him softly, and start being friendly. If your lucky, maybe he could like you.
Appearence: Tall, bulk (teen-adult), and friendly looking. His skin is coloured like a tiger. He will have a 王 on his forehead. His fingernails grow EXTREMELY fast and sharply. His hair is white and his eyes are white too.
Wardrobe: I dont know. you choose.
Powers:

Hmnnn. I guess I should just start...
Critique in general:
Lengthening pretty much everything would help considerably. Your information on the Guardian and the Dust is incredibly short. The longest piece of information you happen to have is the Wikipedia entry you ripped. With such little information there's not much other owner's or general RPers can go off of in order to decide whether or not your Guardian or Dust would get along with their Guardian or Dust.
Now for your Guardian:
You'll probably have to revamp everything you have listed.
Personally, it doesn't sound as if you read up on anything about Life Dust. Since LD doesn't take place on earth, there's no such thing as Nickelodeon. Also, it's a general rule of thumb in LD that a Guardian character should be of an appropriate age in which they can provide for themselves, as well as their charge. I'd suggest reading up on where LD takes place, and look up some of the other guardian's and quester's profiles for better information on what an appropriate Guardian Character should be like.
Expanding on the fact that LD does not take place on earth, the animals you have listed below as animals your guardian character would "protect" may or may not even exist on this world.
Putting down "No one wants to know." as a sexual orientation is a little juvenile. If the character is gay, that's fine. If the character is straight, that's fine. If the character is polygamous and will sleep with anything human with a hole, that's fine. The people in this shop do have some semblance of maturity.
Having Qaletaqa listed as "the guardian of all endangered animals" is very godmod-ish and therefore not allowed. Also it isn't an actual job...
As for the Dust:
As something that is a wild animal, as well as territorial and aggressive, having the Dust's personality being something that is overly friendly, which is how you're portraying him, is very out of character for the animal your Dust's essence comes from.
Going along the same lines as what is in the paragraph above, the powers of the Dust should also be in line with what the Dust's essence is. Probably something focused on the ferocity and power of a tiger.
And lastly the clothing.
Again, since LD is not on Earth and takes place elsewhere, clothes inspired by rap may not exist. Though the managers and artist will probably have the final say in that one. It's just my understanding since the land of LD and Earth are different, that sub-cultures such as the one you're referencing probably doesn't exist in the slightest.
