# To allow all member to have the flash Stepping ability, However with a slight twist,

~ Soldiers - Normal Flash Stepping Speed
~ Officers - A quarter speed above normal Flash step ability
~ Lieutenant - Half speed above normal Flash step Ability
~ Captain - To be able to use utsetsmi at twice its normal speed, Thus leaving behind more after images as they move.

# To be able to shield their spiritual pressure Perfectly,

~ so that they remain undetected when stalking a target, They can only use this once in battle to give them a slight boost, but the second they actually attack its effect wears off for the rest of the match

I vote no for the first one, because, i understand that you need more speed in order to get the target and leave, but it depends on the individual for each thing to be able to happen. I will vote yes on the second one though.
