- Needs To Be Lvl 40
- Needs Runic Passway
When a Pokemon Evolves From basic Evolution to 2nd it Gets 150Hp And 25PP, When It Evolves from 2nd to 3rd It Gets 250Hp and 50PP.

For a Syther to Evolve it needs Metal Coat

For a Onix to Evolve it needs Metal Coat

For a Riolu to Evolve it needs Friendship
