Alright ladies and gents! I love this shop, and I love running it.
But you know what I figured out? I can't do it alone.
It's to daunting. I can't possibly do everything myself, it's freaking impossible.
SO! Here's what I'm going to need in order to NOT shoot mahself:
A Co-Owner
A Thread Manager
A Owners list/list Manager
Another Certist
I think thats it. More colorists are forever loved, as always. But these are the spots I NEED filled<3
START DATE: June 19, 2010
END DATE: July 31, 2010 - possibly sooner

What the positions entail:
Co-Owning:
You will basically be my mini me. You need to have the right skill, mindset and wits about you to make the decisions I might have to make. In the event that I CANNOT get online, you, as the Co-owner, must be equipped to be able to handle these things.
If its something minor, or your just NOT sure, say persons etc must wait until I return.
I HAVE TO BE ABLE TO RELY ON YOU.
Thread Manager:
You will basically assist me and my future co-owner in getting things to the public. More or less if there's a change made, and we cannot do it at the time, or just need you to, you will make the announcement of this change. Your opinion will also be asked in shop changes or events.
You will also be asked to help us keep the thread/event threads up to date. Whether its bids or major changes, we will NEED your help.
List Manager:
You will be in charge of making sure the Owners list/Cosplay list is up to date. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT. If you wait and be lazy to update it you wont be able to update it easily. Trust me on this. If you take to long to update it I'll fire you from this position and find someone else =x=
You shouldn't fall behind because its easy.
** Just a note, whoever I hire must be aware that my word is FINAL. **
