Nicknamed "Riu". Mika's husband and a Protean from the Western Sect. Once a traveler, he settled down with Mika after meeting her on a trip. Also wise. More of a playful personality. Easygoing and funny. Riu aids the Protean Eterna from a distance.

Nicknamed "Drew". A skilled and highly respected admiral of the Germanoslovakian army. Unmatched in swordsmanship, shuriken, and martial arts. Quite skilled in magic. One of the past Eterna and able to transform into a serpent at will.

Carol Nighthawk

Drew's younger sister. Unmatched in ranged techniques. A famous ambassador of Germanoslovakia. Swift and agile. Shares a liking of dogs with Drew. One of the past Eterna and able to transform into a pegasus at will.

A mild-mannered rogue. A master at stealthiness and quickness. Something of a puzzle; sometimes random. Has an interesting sense of humor and way of talking at times. Skilled in magic. Cares very much for his loved ones. One of the past Eterna and can transform into a griffin at will.

Generous and giving. Able to laugh off troubles easily, yet knows when to be serious. Usually put on a joking personality. Uses straightforward and logical thinking; has acquired patience over the years. Able to communicate with any species. One of the past Eterna and can transform into a dragon at will.

Nicknamed "Joey". His magic skills are on par with Sky Yam's. Loves to experiment and takes on never-been-tried experiments. Knowledgeable, intelligent, and wise. Understands people well. Usually mild and cheerful, although he does become serious when the time calls for it. One of the past Eterna and commands the element Psychic.

Alexander Fu

Nicknamed "Alex". Used to take everything with a grain of salt; however, through the years has become patient, caring, and wiser. Usually puts on a joking persona and hides his thoughts and feelings. Cares about his friends and is protective of them. One of the past Eterna and commands the element Light.

Grant Webster

A tall but silent person. Wastes no words and gets to the point. The quiet strength of the human groups. Stands up for his friends and has a strong sense of justice. Excellent at both swordsmanship and magic. One of the past Eterna and commands the element Water.

Aubrey Cookson

Laid back and content with what life has given her. Has an easygoing and charming personality. Also understands much about people and gives good advice to others. Enjoys listening to and playing music. Loves to write and draw. One of the past Eterna and commands the element Earth.

Star Mirror's younger sister, reunited after being separated for several years. The youngest and most joking of the human groups. A natural leader; sometimes gives commands to those younger than her. One of the past Eterna and commands the element Air.

Nicknamed "Toru". Sky Yam and Will Elyan's cousin and 8th king of Haruna. Deceased some time ago; came back to aid the Proteans as a starspirit. Kind and wise; a master of magic. A natural leader with much experience like his cousins. Protective of his family.

William Elyan

Nicknamed "Will". Sky Yam's older brother and Toru Elyan's older cousin. Past ambassador and High Magician of Haruna. Deceased some time ago; came back to aid the Proteans as a starspirit. One of the past Eterna alternates. Quiet and headstrong. Wise from his past. Very skilled in both magic and swordsmanship. Very protective of his family.

A legendary ambassador and High Magician of Haruna. Not much has been heard of her; she disappeared not long after creating and destroying the Tree, the "gift" that she and her friends created as Eterna. Highly skilled in magic and an extremely learned scholar. Wise and powerful. One of the past Eterna and can turn into a phoenix at will.
