1) Banners have to say '~Wish Upon a Star~' somewhere on it.
2) Make sure that the text is legible
3) Banners have to be appropriate according to TOS
4) Banners have to be your own
5) Submit your banners as posts in this thread.
6) Any banners you submit are free for the guild and it's members to use in any way, shape, or form.
