Kai yawned as he walked through the forest, effortlessly making little sound as he stalked around the place. He was hunting with his wolf, who was far away in another part of the forest. As far as he knew, this place was deserted in the case of other humans. He was wearing a jet black cloak, and the only thing somebody could see on him was a black scythe and composite bow on his back. He was caring several other concealed weapons. He took out his bow, moving slowly, breathing softly. And arrow sunk right into a deer's head, killing it. he smiled as the arrow hit, and the deer slumped to the ground. he did not bother muttering a prayer of thanks or anything else to the deer, as he didn't think it was required. IT was being to slow and not alert enough, so deserved death. Kai walked over to his kill, crouching down.
((Just realized this... does the colisuem battles seem like the tv show deadliest warrior to you?))

Teishoku stood on a tree about 7 feet off the ground. His bandit, Durzo was at his side, his eyes glowing as he watched not what was happening, but what would happen. Teishoku glared at the pale man clad in black. You've killed within my forest. You refused to even give thanks to Fede, the one that provided you with your kill. We have a problem. Without shifting his gaze, he spoke to his servent. Durzo.. As was the nature of their relationship, Durzo, had already seen what was to be said. Go check for others. You got it boss. He said as he jump from his branch to another, and disappeared from view. Apologize... Teishoku bit off the word with more venom than he'd intended. He wasn't in a good mood and he already didn't like this guy

Kai noticed the person leaving. That could be a problem. Kai took out a black whistle, whistling loudly and swiftly seven times. This was Kai's command to his pet, be alert. Kai now focused on this man in the tree. Kai back up, so that he was about 10 meters from the bottom of the tree. He pointed his bow at Teishoku, and began to speak. "Whatever, you Fede worshipers are a bunch of pansies anyway. I take what I want from the forest, and if something is too weak to get away, that's its fault. It's called natural selection." Kai sensed a battle would have to insure. He checked his weapons with his eyes, he had his weapons sheathed, and his 8 daggers and two hidden weapons were concealed. His cloak was buttoned up, so it could easily conceal things. "If you want to do something about it, come and try."

Teishoku leaped from his branch over the man's head. Mid-flight, he pulled out a needle, jabbed himself in the arm, and wiped the blood on his thumb. His hand transformed rapidly and by the time he reached the tree he was jumping for, his fingers had become dark brown from the tip to the knuckles. They were now as hard as stone. He dug his fingers into the tree and used the momentum to swing down. He spiraled around the tree twice leaving a trailing of five deep gouges in the bark where his fingers had touched it.
He reached the ground with a surplus of momentum and let go to the branch in a way that launched him, feet first, straight at the man.

Kai did not just stand and watch as the man began his attack, he needed to move. As the man stabbed himself with a needle, he put his bow away, drawing out Ivy snake. He faked not being surprised by the man's fist turning to stone. Showing that he was caught off guard by anything is a weakness. Kai examined the man's tactic as he came out him. He could try and dodge and get him while he landed. But that would be missing a chance! Kai charged right at the man, unsheathed a hidden scimitar as well as Ivy snake. Kai jumped up, but instead of a full jump, he did more of a small hop, extended his left arm towards Teishoku and slashing with the scimitar, and stabbing down with Ivy Snake. By the time this attack hard started, Kai was a little above Teishoku's feet, as Teishoku was almost done with the jump, and coming at a low angel so Kia could get over. By the time the beggar had gone by, the stab would be aimed at his pelvis, the slash at his neck. Teishoku had limited options here.

Woah! What the hell! Teishoku thought as his attack was made virtually useless. This man wasn't a slowpoke. Or even a common fighter. If Teishoku didn't know better, he'd say he came across a ninja. This was going to be one of his most difficult fights ever. All over a damned deer? I should've just let him kill it. I didn't even like that deer. It kept eating my food. Dammit, Fede Teishoku blinked. His thoughts were not on the fight and that was liable to get him killed. Act, react. Focus
Teishoku pulled his legs up to his chest and turned his lower body, completely destroying the attack he was preforming, but also avoiding the impromptu vasectomy that he would've experienced at the hands of the scimitar.. He cupped his right hand over his neck as he flew by and flinched at the sparks that resulted from the clash of sword against hand. Teishoku kept going, smashing into the dirt and rolling across the ground several times before stopping in a heap. He got up panting only slightly.
Teishoku pantomined taking a large swig of alcohol. So large, in fact, that his entire upper body leaned back in the movement. This was a traditional League of Beggar scare tactic meant to not only display their strength, flexibility, and knowledge of the arts, but also a way for them to loosen up their body and get into the drunken character he needed to use his moves effectively. Teishoku achieved his beggar's stance, knees slightly bent, his right hand close to his face, cupped towards him, while his left hand stood out straight, also cupped. He swayed from side to side, slowly. Guess i have to take this seriously he thought, slightly annoyed. Come.... He murmured as he stared at the black clad figure.

Kai cursed as his attacked failed. He hit the ground and rolled recovering again. He sheathed his two weapons as he noticed the man was.... drinking? In a fight? That was a surprise. As far as he knew, alcohol hampered fighting prowess and self awareness, so there would be two reasons this guy would be drinking. It could be a special type of beer or something, made to not hamper and perhaps invigorate or cause inability to feel pain, or he had some weird power. Kai watched as he beckoned him. This was gonna get interesting. This guy was most likely the toughest he had fought in a one on one battle yet. He asked for it when he told him to apologize.
He unsheathed Akatsuki, his ancient weapon. He held the blade in his right hand, moving it through the air, as if to admire it. It was extremely rare, and cause at least a couple million shillings. This was shown by the quality of the blade, with a black blade that had red clouds hand-painted on it, by no doubt a very fine craftsmen. One would usually use a sword like this not in battle, but hang it over a fireplace in a mansion. He quickly slash three times at Teishoku, except he was a good 10 feet away. Instead, three black line shaped waves flew at Teishoku, the first going horizontal, the second diagonal, the third diagonal in the other direction. These bursts had the cutting power of the blade they came from, and moved very fast, close to bullets. "Kuro Shunko."

((thanks i was looking all over for it. until i stopped to read the rest of the post))
Teishoku's head bubbled. The move he'd done was meant to pretend to drink, but in the heat of the battle, he'd completely forgotten that he'd been carrying some of his favorite alcohol on him. A special blend, 190 proof. It got you drunk almost instantaneously. oh hell, i wasted some of my best stuff fighting this guy. dammit...He thought, his mind starting to slow down as the drink took effect. He no longer needed to think 'act and react', for thinking would soon be beyond his capability. He would just do it.
His eyes were glued to his opponent and when the man unsheathed a large black blade from a hidden scabbard, it confused the beggar. He slashed at the air several times, sending odd waves of darkness straight at the increasingly intoxicated beggar. Teishoku's legs dropped from under him. It was half because of reflex and half because of the sudden increase in blood alcohol level. The waves passed over his head, cutting some of his hair off as well as severing the bottle he had let go of on the way down. Alcohol sprayed over teishoku, the ground and some of the trees. Oh dammit, this isn't gonna work he thought, trying to pick himself up. He was strong in drink, and it would only take his body a few more seconds to get used to its intoxicated status.
Teishoku struggled up and lurched into a charge, his hand's trailing behind him Hand to hand may be my only choice in this one He thought grimly, trying to weave from side to side without falling.

Kia frowned. This guy certaintly was flexible. What was he? So gay gymnast or something? How did he pull that off? Whatever. Kai was pretty sure he could make quick work of a gay gymnast. Kai also charged forward towards Teishoku, pointing his hand towards him. "Blood pulse!" Kai fired off the blast, and it flew at Teishoku, shaped liek a wave, if it hit, it would do considerable damage. Kai stopped as well, dirt flying as he skid to a stop, and he sheahted his original sword, pulling out the Arc Sword. He held it in front of him in case Teishoku survived that attack. This was starting to intresting. Kai still wondered how alcohol helped this guy fight. No matter. Kai now crouched down, his right leg extended, towards the explosion caused by Blood Pulse, his left leg contracted under him. his Acr Sword was held towards where teh explosion and Teishoku were, it's tip pointed to the left of Kai. Kai's other hand was placed over his sword hand, in an open palm shape.

Teishoku saw what appeared to be a heat wave launch straight at him. s**t! It was the most coherent thought he could make. He kept charging, knowing not what else to do. He braced himself by jumping forward with all of his might. He brought his fist up as the wave hit, struggling to battle through it and hit his target regardless.
When the wave hit, it was like a a gust of wind hammering his whole body. Had he been standing, it would've knocked him straight back. As it was, he'd jumped into it, increasing the force, but allowing for him to stay upright. He hit the wave shoulder first, for he was bringing his fist up for a punch. The wave smashed into his shoulder, sending stabs of pain throughout his left side. Teishoku gnashed his teeth and continued trailing forward, bringing his right fist up as the wave passed through him, leaving his clothes ripped and his left shoulder screaming in protest. By the time he'd gotten through the wave, his face was streaming blood from several cuts, his clothes were torn, and he had a maniacal determination plastered across his face. His right hand swung forward with all of his might, desperate to smash across the vampire's face as he started to come down from his jump.

Kai grimaced as the attack hit. The man kept coming at him. But at least at had done a considerable amount of damage. Kai shifted his weight backwards, preparing his counter attack as the beggar came down from his jump, Kai held his Arc sword in front of him, ready to charge. As Teishoku was about three feet away, he pushed of, and used Ether blast, propelling a large orb a magic energy at Teishoku, which would explode on contact. Plus, it was close to point blank. Kai was also hit by Teishoku's punch, and he flew into the ground. He was about seven feet away from the ether blast explosion. Kai switched to Akatsuki. He stood up. He had a sore jaw, and he was winded, but he could keep going. this man was strong. Kai's stance faltered a little bit, but he recovered quickly. He was sure he could win this fight.

dammit, I'm gonna lose. Teishoku thought, beginning to panic. The man simply had too many weapons. Too many powers. Teishoku was blown black by the power of the explosion. His entire front was bare and burned because of the explosion. He was clutching his chest as smoke slowly rose up from the burns. Teishoku was running out of options and running out of time.
Teishoku stood up unsteadily. He punched his fist, deep into a tree beside him. He yanked his fist out, ripping a large chuck of the tree out with him. Within his hand, he held plenty of small bugs, which he promptly crushed. The blood of the insects covered his hand, converting it to its normal status. He then swiftly drew another needle from his bracer and stabbed the fire rune on his finger. As the rune drank the blood his fingers began getting hotter and hotter. The heat of them made the burns he'd experienced feel, some how, not so hot.
Teishoku raised his hand, to show his assailant it's change in color. He wanted him to watch as his fingers turned a deep shade of red and caught fire. Teishoku punched at the tree he'd marred. His fist stopped a foot short, and flames spewed from it, engulfing the tree large tree in a steady stream of fire. He loosened the fist and the fire stopped streaming. He then turned to face the man with the multitude of swords. He held his flaming hand up and gestured for him to attack.

Kai smirked. He was gaining the upper hand on this guy. But he had to admit, he had a whole lot of fight in him. As he punched the tree, Kai switched weapons. He quickly rose his left hand and slid his Arc Sword into the sheath on his back. With his right hand, he grabbed Akatsuki from its back waist sheath, twirled it in his hand, and switched to his left hand. He stood at ready as the tree was engulfed by fire. He had to admit, that was impressive. But he didn't let that show.
"Well, I gotta admit, that is a impressive little fireworks display you got there. And you got quite a bit of fight in ya. But, sadly, this has to end. It was nice knowing you. Mind if I ask your name? Be nice to know who I kill." Kai said this with confidence, sounding arrogant, and perhaps threatening. But his foe seemed too tough to be intimidated by just words. It was time for actions. His Animal Sense was in full now, and his cloak was off, showing himself. He had bloodlust in his eyes, and his canines elongated and sharpened. It was go time. He lowered himself to the ground, ready to shred through this guy.
His voice picked up in pitch as he prepared to attack. "Okay then! Nice fighting you! But this is wait you get for messing with a Vampire!" He activated his Vampiric Speed ability, speeding up to speeds much more powerful than before. ((20 plus Agility)) He ran right at The man, darting left and right, staying close to the ground. At about 3 feet away, he jumped, pushed off a tree, and flew over Teishoku, passing by the flames, but not through them. They were hot, and he had scorched himself passing by them. He had minor burns on his right cheek. All through the jump, he was laughing like a creepy carnival clown. He landed roughly two meters behind Teishoku, took a step, and swung at his torso.
