Don't you wanna go for a ride Down to the other side Feels so good you could cry Now won't you do what I told you!?
Landry emerged from behind the curtain in a his wrestling gear, a look of pure unadulterated sin etched across his face. The whole world saw Landry's true colors last week when he turned on Phoexfire during their tag team match, the only question remained was...why?
"Introducing first from Denver, Colorado, weighing in at 245 pounds, 'The Hearbreaker', Mike Landry!"
I remember when you used to be shy Hey once we were so fine you and I Now why you gotta make it so hard on me!? Yeah it's hard on me... And i'm sorry but it's not a mistake And i'm running but you're getting away!
Landry began marching down the ramp, slowly and purposefully. He could feel the anxiety and the discomfort exuded from the fans in the arena over what had happened. Only a week ago the entire crowd was cheering whole heartedly the seemingly reformed Mike Landry for all the efforts he was putting forth to change the Diva's division and booing Shanahan for being a punk and attacking Landry for seemingly no reason. But now the roles have reversed, and only now are the discovering that Shanahan was activing virtuously the whole time and that Landry was the villain.
Eventually he hopped up onto the apron in one vertical leap and slid through the ropes. He bipassed his usual pose on the turnbuckle and instead requested a microphone from the ringside attendent.
"I suppose...that all you people here tonight think you deserve an explaination for what I did to Phoenixfire last week...don't you?"
The audience boo'd Landry for his arrogance, once again the real Heartbreaker reared it's ugly head.
"Well guess what? You don't!"
Which caused an even bigger uproar to erupt from the audience.
"YOU don't deserve an explaination! MATT SHANAHAN doesn't deserve an explaination! PHOENIXFIRE that filthy tramp doesn't deserve an explaination! You want to know who deserves one!? I do! I do I do I do!"
The fans were sick and tired with Landry's whiney tone, once again the world was revolving around him.
"I MADE Phoenixfire what she is today! I changed her from a washed out flash in the pan former champion, into the single-most recognizable Diva of ALL TIME! I devoted all of my time and efforts to perfecting her style and technique, I gave her EVERYTHING SHE POSSIBLY COULD HAVE WANTED! AND SHE DENIED MY AFFECTION!"
Landry was turning red in the face as his fury became palpaple. This has clearly been eating at him since last week.
"I offered her the world...and a kiss...and she refused me. She broke my heart...and so...I did the same to her...AND TONIGHT! I'M GOING TO DO THE VERY SAME THING TO EACH AND EVERY ONE OF YOU! I WILL BEAT HER WITHIN AN INCH OF HER LIFE! I WILL DRAG HER LIMP BODY AROUND THIS RING FOR ALL THE WORLD TO SEE! I WILL BREAK HER BODY TO THE POINT WHERE SHE IS UNRECOGNIZABLE TO A MORTICIAN! I WILL END ALL THAT IS PHOENIXFIRE ONCE AND FOR ALL! SO SAYS THE HEARTBREAKER..."
Landry dropped his arms to his sides, panting heavily in an attempt to calm himself down before he continued with a soft and somber tone.
"So Shall It Be..."

'The Wicker Man' by Iron Maiden played as Matt Shanahan walked out from behind the curtain, his arrogant smirk finally showing again. He walked down the ramp, his baseball bat swinging by his side in his right hand. After so long, Shanahan was glad to show the world that he was right about Landry. He climbed into the ring and grabbed a microphone, not letting go of his baseball bat. He knew Landry would take any chance to get in a cheap shot or two, and he wasn't going to risk it. The music faded as Shanahan stared at Mike, both men apparently anxious to start the fight.
"I won't be long, I promise... I'm too eager to kick your a** to be very long... I just want to ask you... How does it feel to have your heartbroken, in front of millions? Did it feel awful, 'Heartbreaker'? Did it... Hurt? I hope it did. But after tonight, your heart ain't the only thing that's gunna be broken."
Matt dropped the mic and backed up into his corner, waiting for Phoenix. Or even, waiting for Landry to dare to make a move.

Phoenixfire had put off her entrance for as long as she could. She ached physically and emotionally after the latest match she'd been in and despite the best efforts of the backstage workers, there was nothing to convince her it was worth it to put herself in harm's way like that again.
The camera panned in on a huddle of the workers around her backstage as she frantically tried to push her way back through the hallway and towards escape. Phoenix was growing more and more frustrated by the minute and it could be told by the faster her speech got the more she argued.
"I don't care what booking says. I'm not going out there, not after last cycle. I'm scared and I don't want to go, so move. The man about broke my ribs and bruised my side to kingdom come. God only knows what he'll do now. Get out of my way now."
Phoenixfire began to put more force into her efforts to leave the premises and began to throw punches in hopes to hit an array of places but one of the production team from the trailer gave her some shtick about obligations and being brave and facing Landry. She shook her head in the negative as she muttered to herself about not wanting to face the tyrant. The production assistant and a few others took her by force to lead her towards the curtains. Phoenix began to shout for security as the production assistant craned his head towards the backstage crew to tell them to pass on the message that Phoenix was on her way and to cue her entrance theme.
"Security! Let me go! You can't do this to me! I never consented to this! Get your hands off of me!"
The man who led the group shouted for the horde to release her at the curtains and push her through, causing her to stumble several steps through to the platform before the ramp to ringside. She had become the exact antithesis of the lyrics of her entrance music after the last match. Phoenixfire looked like a deer caught in the headlights of a truck on the highway as she staggered around ringside with 'Monster' by Skillet playing in the background, afraid to face either of the two at ringside.

Landry pretty much ignored Shanahan and went right after Phoenixfire. The poor girl was obviously too shaken up to think straight, which made Landry's psychological advantage all the greater.
He leaned through the ropes, almost snarling like a dog as he reached out to try and grab her. He was chomping at the bit, aching with every fiber of his being to tear her to shreads.
"GET IN HERE! MAKE HER STEP IN THE RING DAMNIT! I WANT HER IN HERE NOW!" He shouted angrilly at the referee.

Matt, always being the opportunist, would attempt to kick the back of Landry's legs a few times. He wasn't aiming to take him out, he just wanted to distract Landry from Phoenix.

Phoenixfire flinched and scurried backwards away from the ring as soon as Landry gave the indication that his main focus was her. He craved her destruction and if she could stave that hunger off for just a bit longer, she was going to do everything she was able to. Her eyes lit up with fear under the arena lights and as much as it killed her to act this way, she knew she had good cause. The last cycle had scared her to death and she wasn't sure if this match would be any different. Phoenix cringed as she anticipated to hear Landry slip through the ropes and come for her but Shanahan had come to keep the snarling Landry at bay, aiming at his legs to get his mind on picking on something more his league.

Just when Landry made the move to try and bring Phoenixfire in herself, Shanahan nailed a leg kick on him that forced him to momentarily change his focus. Shanahan was here and was dangerous, so he turned around and tried to back him off with a few punches to the skull as he was the only outlet for his rage that was currently in range.

The God of Punks was hit with the punches, almost surprised by Landry's rage!... Almost. After the fifth punch, Shanahan for a short clothesline, wanting to knock Landry down!

Landry ducked the clothesline and ended up behind Shanahan, attempting to temporarily take Shanahan out of the picture with his patented Tiger Drop.

Shanahan felt how badly Mike wanted to hurt Phoenix as his baby-maker was crushed, causing him to fall over onto the mat!
"... YOU d**k!"

Landry stood over Shanahan, prone on the floor after the deceptively 'legal' maneuver. He could have followed up and beat on him more, but that wasn't his concern. Instead he climbed outside of the ring and began giving chase to Phoenixfire, wanting nothing more than to get her in the ring so he could do whatever he wanted to her.

Phoenixfire had taken refuge in one corner at ringside, watching in disbelief as Landry fought back against Shanahan before fixing his sights back on her. This didn't come as a surprise, knowing how passionate about her destruction she was. Phoenix knew he would make chase and made a straight sprint for the entrance ramp and the curtains. Her only hope would be to escape into backstage and hold Landry at bay for as long as possible. Landry would find her soon enough and there was no doubt she'd have to defend herself to the end, but now was not the time.

Landry pursued her relentlessly, knowing that the same people who brought her to the ring would probably try to keep her there.
Landry was patient as this was a multiperson match and there would be no ring out count, so he was content to hunting the poor girl like a dog as long as it took.

Matt looked up from the canvas and saw Landry chasing Phoenix, letting a low "********..." escape his mouth. He pushed himself up to his knes and began to roll out of the ring, his speed limited due to his aching groin.
