It's the main reason most of you are in this guild.
It's the main reason why I am in the guild
I haven't been on Gaia in like a month,
but lately I've been feeling so out of mind.
I'm visiting my family in California right now and I've been hiding my being gay. Though at home I'm more open than you would believe. It's really killing me, especially with all the hot guys in California.
I guess I just need someone to talk to.
I hate the way I have to hide myself, I just need someone who can be myself and more with.

well i can personally understand where your dilemma, i never told my family. only two friends know of it. but it will be difficult to find anyone while you hide it. trust me. your best bet on that is to simply break it to them as easily as you can. how well they will take it i cant say, but i do believe it will help tremendously. if they end up being ok with it dating should be a tad bit easier. thats really all i can think to say right now. : i may put more later...

Well, my parents are divorced. My dad lives in Cali and I live in Sc with my mom.
When I'm in SC EVERYONE knows I'm gay. My whole family knows... That's there.
But in Cali only my bro and cousin know. Not my dad, uncles, aunts, other cousins, and grandparents. Oddly it's hard to tell them. But I had no problem in Sc.
I guess it's because I'm never around them.

this is so weird...i have a friend who lives in sc and used to live in cali and her dad lives, well lived he recently got into a car accudent dont want to talk about it, there with her brother and her parents are divorced

Don't wait too long to be who you are...well...don't wait to fully let who you are out. It only makes things worse to hold it back. If those around you truly love you they will embrace and encourage you for being true to yourself; And if they don't...to hell with them...you can always find those that will. Finding someone won't get easier because of it...but it will take some of the edge off until you do find someone.

just came out to my parents a week ago....... thought they were 'ok' saying that they cant really do anything about it....but then they go on saying im not allowed to date guys, no sleeping with guys no joining any gay clubs or societies or going clubbing (pffft im here anyway x3) so for the past week my life has been um depressing well for me anyway...so i totally understand to some extent how you feel
