First and foremost comes my quest for Sparkalator. > U>
He's a serious sort of Pokémon with a possessive streak when it comes it his trainer. He's larger than most Jolteon and was feared and avoided because of it by his peers, which made him grow up to be a lonely induvidual.
When he injured himself one day, he (sort of) got help from Raiden who seemed just as alone as he, and this convinced him to stay with the trainer. He hasn't left Raiden ever since (despite the ridiculous, childish nickname he was given >:0).

Please state what colors the markings are): A picture's worth a thousand words. ;D (Although I guess I should mention this here: he has small markings on the corners of his eyes that may be hard to notice. The corner of his mouth has also been erased to give him a sort of frown.)

Secondary quests. Would love to get these Pokémon ASAP, but they're not my main concern.
Erebos, or "Eros," as his trainer often calls him, is a stoic, no-nonsense Mightyena of few words. He was abused as a Poochyena and grew up to be an aggressive Pokémon, oftentimes snapping at anything in sight.
At least, until Genesis (a Rocket Grunt) stole him from his original trainer. Although it took some time, she eventually managed to get Erebos to warm up to her. However, by then he was too old. He didn't grow up to be a playful, loveable little Pokémon. He still remains a dark, unsocial Mightyena, but he has a deep sense of gratitude and reverence for Genesis for rescuing him and is extremely loyal to her.

Markings on pokemon (explain in detail, if possible. Please state what colors the markings are): Markings will be up to the colorist (but I will have final decision on what they look like. IE: A colorist could add some swirls and I'd say "can they be a shade darker?" and whatnot). The Mightyena will be darker than the standard, with a white sclera and blood-red eyes. I'd like it if, for edits, it could have a snarling expression and possible some old wounds, such as scars, torn ears, etc. (Preferably no missing limbs, however.) Maybe with blood on his muzzle dripping onto the floor?

Lemon and Lime are a mischevious pair of twins (one normal, one shiny). They're almost never seen without the other and enjoy playing pranks. At a young age, Sparkalator saved them from a tight fix, and they've been playing tricks on him ever since. (A perfect way to thank someone, amirite?)
No matter what they do, though, they mean well. They... just have a problem with seeing everything as a game.

Additional Pokémon I'll probably quest for when all Pokémon from the posts above have been obtained. No history or anything behind them yet ('though if one is made, I'll probably move it to the posts above). Just think they'd be nice Pokémon that would fit well with some of my characters.
Anything in the Meowth / Pidgey / Zubat line that's capable of evolving. A Growlithe / Arcanine with a collar or a handkerchief / bandana around its neck would also be epic. (Mina)
Raikou (Raiden)
Lugia / Mew / Lucario / Absol / Honchkrow (Genesis; Not all of them, of course. Just ideas I'm playing around with.)
Any Pokémon for a Rescue Team. Ninetales are cool. |D Rattatas / Raticates are cute, too. (Wild)
