In the mist of the Cloud Village is one of the largest and most towering buildings in Raigakure. The building holds many offices,departments and of course,the Raikage's building. It is a frisbee like building that has windows all around. It leads to another set of stairs that end upon the roof;during which is were the Raikage trains when he's not visiting the village or helping young students out.

 Xemnas sat back in the chair that was rather designed for taller occupants. His head was just breaching the halfway mark on the chair and it unfortunately brought a couple of stares to those that haven't seen him before. He was possibly the smallest Kage of all the 5 nations but even so,he wouldn't have gotten the position if he didn't show he had the power to protect his village. Stretching and swiveling his chair away from the stacked paper work,Xemnas looked over to the bustling village of Kumo. A great sunny day,only a few clouds in the sky and it even wasn't that hot. It definately was a good day. Ehh....Paper work can wait on a day like this..... He thought as he was about to slip out of the chair until he heard his door slam up. Mentally,he prayed he wouldn't hear paper slam on his desk. And wouldn't you know it,not only did he hear paper slam on his desk but even felt the wind that it created. More paper work..... Xemnas sighed and shook his head as he turned back around to look at the mounds of paper work. Shaking his head,Xemnas stared at the paper that now started to form mountains around his desk before finally slamming his head on the edge,"Good grief......"

Senkei walked into the tower whit his two blades on his back and his semi long hair covering one eye, " Raikage-same, could you please train me..." he softly said as he bowed before him " I wish to give my life for the village but, I cannot do this whit out jutsu..." he said as he looked to the side and walked to the window and took a deep breath. Xemnas looked up as he heard one of the doors open. Looking up from his pile of papers he heard the student explain his situation as he sat back in the seat and sighed as he thought,We need to employ some new Academy Teachers.....But..... "I see......And you are...."Xemnas looked up to Senkai giving a brief evaluation before scrambling through the documents and picking up a grey folder and prying it open. After a few seconds Xemnas said softly,"Senkei,right? Assassin type fighter and from your test you are rather tactical in the field. That's good...."Xemnas said brightly even though Senkai wouldn't see his smile with the half mask covering his face."But this is just paper work...."He said as he tossed the folder behind him and stood up looking to Senkai sighing;mostly because despite the age difference he could tell that he'd be a teacher to a student who would be looking down at him when the time came. Who ever said milk helps you grow he'd promptly shove a Chidori right up their....,"So Senkai let's head to the Academy Shall we?"Xemnas said smiling before he 'Body Flickered' into a burst of static electricity.

Senkei smiled as he walked down the stairs " My first day of training, this is gonna be great..." he said in a sarcastic tone as he walked down the stairs and headed into the academy.  S E N K E I A K U M A

As Kay and the snake arrived at the same time, he walked into the office and sat across from the Raikage. "Hello there Raikage dono," he said nonchalant. "How are things here?"

Xemnas entered his tower from the Academy as he saw his secretary. He blinked as she had a little....worried expression which was usual since Xemnas was the main thing that brought her such worry."Eh......Clarissa-chan is everything alright?"He said scratching the back of his head as the woman bit her lip and and nodded."Is is about those papers? I....will get to those documents soon,very soon. So don't......it's not about that is it?"He said as he saw her face change that he didn't finish filling out the documents before her mouth opened like a whip,"Raikage-sama!? You haven't done ANY of the documents?! They've been sitting on your desk for a week!!! What could you have possibly been doing??"She asked sternly like a scolding mother as Xemnas silently moved to further hide his book 'Come,Come Paradise' before he heard the long sigh,"In any case....that can wait. Kay of the Sand is here to visit you."She said sighing at her Raikage's laziness. He was a brillant man,and a warrior at heart but about as lazy as a sloth. Xemnas though did raise his brows a bit as he heard who had visited him as he nodded,"I see........Hold off my appointment until after this meeting."He said as Clarissa gave him another stern look as he smiled underneath his mask,"Don't worry I'll get started on those papers."He said as he backed up from the daggers she was sending him through her eyes before making his way up to his tower.
Coming to his plateau,Xemnas put back on the large,over threaded Raikage cloak that all Kage's had to wear before entering the room. Smiling a little Xemnas spoke out,"Ah.....Kay of the Sand how are you doing?"Xemnas asked brightly as he entered the room. He rather hated the guy,not for his looks but his height differential. Xemnas was looking like a kid in the large Raikage's cloak,and not to mention he had to truly crane his neck to look up to Kay's face;but despite all the despair in his physical features the power that continuously radiated from that form showed why he retained the ranking and prestige of Raikage. Taking his seat,which had the same overly large outlook compared to the size of Xemnas,he turned to fully face Kay as he placed his hands calmly on the desk,"And things are well in Kumo. Have a couple of students actually heading off to visit your village,which I hope is doing well itself."

"Indeed Raikage," he said barely noticing his small build. He'd sen it much too often. "I came here not just for pleasure, though you always are," he said seriously. "I came here to further my training a bit, I wish to learn one of the cloud village taijutsu, and maybe a few Cloud village ninjutsu," he said. In truth, he was here to test the strength of the cloud village, in case he ever decided to burn it down.

Xemnas placed his elbows on the desk and folded fingers in a twine while resting his chin lightly on top as he listened. His dark brown hues narrowed lightly but the bands that further covered his face made it rather impossible to tell his current emotional expression."I see......well I think we can arrange that."Xemnas said as he'd let him learn the normal Cloud Taijutsu. The Taijutsu that he created would be hidden and only given to a select few students;needless to say he didn't trust Kay much. Not that he had done anything but the guy didn't seem like the person you could give a dagger to and turn your back."But how about this.....My students need to learn some puppetry....and who better to go to learn it than the sand. I don't think I'd mind teaching you a bit of out Cloud Taijutsu if you gave them a couple of scrolls to further their skills. For they are the future."He said with a smile from underneath his mask.

Kay puulled out a scroll and read it''s contents. He rubbed his chin and then looked back at the Raikage. "It would appear these terms are reasonable," he said. He was reading up on puppetry and the Kumogakure infrastructure. He looked at the raikage, noticing that he could not see his face. Needless to say, Raikage would be smart not to trust him, Kay has a way of being a silver tounged devil, as well as deceptive like a snake. He nodded. "Very good, should I escort these students to Suna immidaitly? Or would you like someone else to come along?" he asked politely. His snake hissed at him. Yes, babysitting is very boring, but forming an alliance with Kumo is a good idea in case we decide to make an enemy of ourselves. he thought. He looked to Raikage with a smile, a fake one, but still a smile.

Xemnas smiled and nodded,"Glad we can make a deal Kay. I'm sure you will like our Taijutsu style."He said as he leaned back,now showing his face which had a more relaxed look,though he still was apprehensive in a sense. Not truly dropping his guard for a second."And there is no need. They rather,have already departed to leave towards the Suna so you can rest easy. I'm sure you are at least somewhat tired from your trip here."He said as he rubbed the back of his head a little before sitting back in the seat.

Kay smiled and looked at Raikage. "Your kidness does an old sannin well," he said though he wasn't all that old. He was fairly new at it infact, but he made no bones about it. He figured anyone whod judged him based on that was another loose end to tie up. "So, Raikage, what would you say to forming an alliance with Suna?" he asked getting to his actual point. He rolled up his scroll and put it away, and with a smile he added, "In case something were to go wrong among the many great countries?"

Xemnas nodded and smiled lightly. He laughed a little at Kay calling himself old,especially when there were much older one Sannin's out there."An alliance with Suna huh? I think that would be good. I doubt any of the other villages will want to,or even try to,go to war at anytime soon.....But you never know."He said as he reached into his draw and pulled out a pen to write up an Alliance Pact just in case Kay didn't bring one himself.

Kay pulled the alliance pact he'd been given permission to write from his pocket. "You never know when things are going to get... hostile," he said deceptively. "Good to know you're on my side," he said with a smile, crossing his arms as his snake hissed again. It stared intently at the Raikage, as did Kay.

Xemnas nodded,"Hai....I think it's good to know someone has your back yes?"He said brightly even though he still rather didn't trust the man. But,maybe that could be changed over time;one should never go through appearances only! Looking and reading over the Pact to see if there was anything that may make.....interesting conflicts,Xemnas signed the back and slid it over to Kay,"All is there."He said as he leaned back looking back at Kay from underneath his bangs but his eyes did catch the accompanied snake out of his peripherals. Not giving it direct eye contact but not letting it truly out of his sight either as he kept the atmosphere....strictenly pleasant.
