A percussion muzzle loading pistol kit. I can not make this up It's evidently never been completed, and I never intend to fire it, i nfact I'm not sure it was ever meant to function, but it's evidently past it's prime, but, here it is.

Del Amor That is so awesome! How much did you get that beauty for? Just five dollars. Some of the parts are slightly rusted and tarnished, so I might fix it up a little.

Yard sales are amazing, I always lay waste to my wallet during yard sale season.

Captain Amaranth It does look very ripe for tinkering with! Indeed. one idea I had was if we can get the hammer to move again maybe one cog possibly loose around the base of it and one loosk one on a screw that can turn with it.

I've decorated my whole apartment that way. I thought my mother was going to faint when I picked up a bag that had been the packaging for a king sized comforter, refilled with full length drapes and fabric in the colors I wanted, for a grand total of five dollars.
