The Mist Ninja Academy is the top ninja school in all of Water Country. Students from all over come in the hopes of becoming a full fledge ninja. But the road to ninja is not easy. In order to pass to the rank of genin, one must do the following:
Learn the 3 basic jutsus: Substitution, Transformation, and Clone
Learn 1 suiton ninjutsu
Learn 1 suiton genjutsu
Learn the first stage in any particular mist Taijutsu Style
By completing these 4 requirements you will be granted the rank of genin.

A little girl started down the hallway and found the classroom. She looked like a boy if people looked at her clothes but she was female. Chessa fiddled with her fingers a bit wondering why she was so nervous. After a few minutes she finally slid the door open and looked around the classroom.

A large muscular man walked through the halls of the academy. It was his job after all, teaching the next generation. The slight tinkle of bells could be heard as each foot hit the ground, it was the bells he had tied into his hair. More of a strategy than a decoration. As he approached the classroom he saw the girl (...or was it a boy?) standing there with his one good eye, the other being covered by a headband like arrangement. He stood behind her/him and smirked. "I suppose you're my first student?"

Chessa turned to look at the man and got more nervous form just looking at his body tone. "Uhh...yes. I'm Chessa." She said, showing she was a girl by her voice and turning around to look at him.

Matsuya nodded and slid past her into the classroom, a task not easy for him because of his height and size. "Ah, so you're a girl then." He sat at the desk and rested his head on one arm. "Come in Chessa. We've got work to do." Matsuya eyed her, trying to gather strengths and weaknesses. This was all, of course, for her sake. He needed to know what to teach her to best accommodate her and her fighting style.

IT was harder to squeeze by her frozen to the ground body with the giant fan on her back. Chessa finally moved inside the classroom. "Eh...wait...." She smacked her face when he noticed she was a girl. "You never told me your name." Chessa raised a eyebrow at 'work'.

Matsuya's eye blinked as she raised an eyebrow at him. "My name? My name is Matsuya Komihachi, Mizukage. But you may call me Kenpachi if you wish." There was that title Matsuya had given himself. He believed himself the strongest man in Kirigakure and so far no one had challenged him. "I'll be teaching you what you need to know to be a genin. Easy stuff really."

"Ok...Kenpachi?..." She said. "...So thats the Mizukage." She nodded at him when he spoke again. "Ok lets start." She grinned with her light brown eyes all payed attention and she clasped her hands together once.

Matsuya closed his eye and sighed. "Alright. So we begin." He made a gesture to the board behind him. "The Bushin no Jutsu. A simple trick that can't do much. But it's a building block nonetheless." Matsuya made a single handseal and a clone popped up next to him in a cloud of smoke. "They're easy to dispatch as well. But if they can stay alive long enough they may confuse your enemy." Matsuya sunk his free fist into the clone, making it disappear. "Now you try. The instructions are on the board."

She made her eyes go big as the little girl nodded in excitement. She rarely acted girly and dispissed it. Chessa saw him do the hand seals and tried mimicking them.[1/4] Chessa needed to focus her chakra next but wasen't use to controlling normal chakra and almost extended her shadow to catch his desk's shadow. That would of been akward and embarrassing.[2/4] She watched him punch his clone away and made a frown. "Dosen't that hurt??" She asked, focusing her chakra.[3/4] Chessa finished that and focused on creating a simple clone. A poof of smoke appeared and it looked like she was looking into a mirror! Chessa nearly fell back at the sight.[4/4]

Matsuya flexed his fist as she asked the question. "Hmm? No not really. I've been in to many fights for something like that to hurt me." Matsuya nodded as she completed the jutsu. "Good. That's the right idea. You make a clone of yourself like you have and the enemy has a hard time telling which one is which."

"With that body build not even a demon would be brave enough to fight you..." She mumbled quietly. "But one hit can make it go poof!" She looked at her clone and slapped it pretty hard as it went poofy.

Matsuya smirked as he heard the girl mutter. "That's right." He pointed to the board again. "Next is the Transformation Technique. A simple enough technique. It changes your appearance so that you can hide your identity from enemies." Matsuya made a handseal and a puff of smoke enclosed him. As the smoke cleared he was no where to be seen. But one would notice the small welsh corgi sitting on the desk. It barked at Chessa as it sat, wagging its tail.

Chessa smiled big as she ran up to the dog and hugged it tight. Forgetting it was the Mizukage for a bit till she finally realized and stood back. "Eh, sorry!"[1/4] She rubbed the back of her head and started on the justu and tried the hand seals first. She formed the one Monkey seal for the justu first.[2/4] Chess focused on transforming into Kenpachi himself for the next step. But she was gonna change a few things of him.[3/4] A couple minutes later a poof of smoke covered her and when it disappeared a female Kenpachi was standing there. "Eh you have wierd hair Mizu-sama." She said and transformed back, hugging the dog again.[4/4]
