Chances are most of you were ahead of me on this one (most were) but I feel it's necessary to point out that you all NEED TO BUY FIREFLY AND SERENTIY. RIGHT FOOKIN NOW. I DROVE FOR A GRAND TOTAL OF SEVENTY MILES YESTERDAY TRYING TO FIND A BEST BUY THAT HAD A COPY OF "FIREFLY" BECAUSE I WANTED TO USE MY GORRAM GIFT CARD ON IT!
SEVENTY DAMN MILES FOR THIS DVD SET.
And it was SO worth it.
Buy Firefly and Serenity on DVD. DO EEEEET.

I was one of those people who saw Serenity, without really seeing much of Firefly. Only two episodes in fact. The one where they rob the train, and the later one where they get in big trouble with the guy they were supposed to rob the train for (odd it worked out that way). I then asked for the Firefly set for Christmas, and am about halfway through it (last ep I watched was "Jaynestown"), and plan to watch Serenity again after finishing the Firefly set. Because it's cool and stuff.

I've watched 10 eps in two and a half days, and will probably complete the series before Sunday.

I've had the Firefly set for a while now, though it took me long enough since all my friends wouldn't shut up about it. After I watched it I wouldn't shut up about it either though. It really has grown through word of mouth because it's a great show. Of course I had to rush out and see Serenity when it came out, I'll probably buy it on DVD too.
