I just got the Sims 2 for Mac and my brother (Buggadiddy) owns it for PC. I've decided that along with my usual everpresent meand my lover sims I'm going to make sims of Erik, Raoul, and Christine on my computer.
My brother already has an Erik sim... and though not very deformed, amuses me greatly. When I went to turn it on I saw him sitting down at the organ playing away and promptly fell over laughing. He'd even built a lake around the house. I'm going to work on a more... lair-y one tonight and I will post pictures.
If anyone else owns the Sims, I urge you GREATLY to make PotO sims and post screenshots here. I will post some within a day or so.
I put this here just in case it was a little too off topic... if it is okay for the main thread can someone move it back there?

I made an Erik sim a while back, using the Body Shop. *Is obsessed with customizing her sims* I didn't particularly like all the Gerard Butler-based sims that can be found floating around out there, as I am not a fan of Gerard Butler, but I made him all Leroux!Erik-y, with sunken eyes and genereal skullike appearance. And then I put him in a house with two girls and had them fight over him. It was amusing.
I deleted that neighborhood though, because I wasn't really playing it, and it had like...three families in it. But I maaay just make another Erik sim sometime.
*Is currently trying to texture some hair for an Alexis sim, though she is having an annoyingly difficult time to get it to work right*

Oh! That reminds me of something I found on Youtube.com Sims2 Phantom Music Vid!It's real good for being done in Sims2. I understand how hard it is to manipulate those little buggers into doing just what you want without them being little whiney babies. I play it and had the first Sims too. Both are as addictive as crack Life cereal.

That was amsuing, I love how they're so un-involved when walking down to his lair (way to go Erik, scratching your armpit will totally help seduce the ladies >.>....) But I was mightily impressed with the backgrounds and enviroment...But the chick "singing" at the end gave me a chuckle, it reminded of the 1998 phantom with that girl that has obviously never sung in her life becuase she looked like she was having an orgasm while singing. xd

Ooh, teh Lex0rz has screenies too! Not really Phantom related, but of my pride and joy Sim: She has custom skin, eyes, hair, and a few custom clothes. It was fun making her, though it was a pain in the a** at times. That's her singing Karaoke. She's pretty good, too. Oh yeah, I love this pose. I spent the entire day at FM there. Fun times. Aaand she's doing yoga. Not sure why, but I like to watch her do it. Oh man, I love her. Just so awesome!

Try saving your pictures in .png format. Gets much better results than .jpg which can murder or at least seriously maim the details of pictures. That's what I do, and it really works a lot better.

And, PNG is a smaller format.

I got this using the camera which I believe will only do jpgs, because I'm just too lazy for screenshots domokun I married off Jareth and Sarah from Labyrinth for a Laby-obsessed Sim-less friend of mine, and, naturally, invited all the PotO Sims in the neighborhood to this event. I've got a weird mixture of Leroux-based and ALW-based Sims, so... From left to right, not counting Jareth who you can recognize by the mess of blonde hair, Phillipe, Meg, (mostly hidden by Meg) Erik and Christine's son Christophe lolz, Mme. Giry, Christine, Erik, and Raoul (In the back). Rest of the Sareth wedding picture are here if you're interested ninja

Ooh, that's nice for a picture taken with a digital camera.
Actually, I think screenshots are easier to take than digital camera pictures, 'cause you can just paste them and save 'em, but meh. I get some pretty good jpegs out of my digital camera too. But saving a file in that format yourself seems to kill it. It's odd.
By the way, Saknika, actually PNGs are larger than jpegs. Try saving the same file in both formats. The PNG will be bigger. *Has done this myself 'cause I'm a nerd*

I daresay I have almost mastered the little-known art ninja
