That would be the opening to Hiei''s Eizou Hakusho, I''m assuming. The girl with the wings is an image of the who most important people in Hiei''s life, Yukina and Mukuro. First, you see she''s encased and trapped in shards of ice. It''s Yukina as an adult and Mukuro with her face fixed. I have a more in depth anaysis of this music video (because I was that bored, yes) if you want to read it. I believe that opening gives a very insightful look at Hiei''s character if you think about it in deeper terms than "OMG Hiei''s hott!!!!!!"

Touya does have an excellent voice, and so does Mukuro. Kurama's voice is very good, and amusingly Yomi was operatically trained though the song isn't that smashing. I lived with a vocal performance major for a year.... I was lectured on all of this.
