So, as some of you may know, nothing makes me crazy like posers. There's just something bout people being fake that I absolutely hate.
But so many people are like that these days. (Maybe they always were, I dunno.)
I was thinking about the guilds that I'm active in on here. In one everybody is always trying to be creepy/insane, in another everybody is always trying to be gangster, in another everyone is trying to be whimsical and eccentric, in another everyone is trying to be bad a**/evil, and in another everyone is trying to be a ditzy bimbo. And it's so obvious that they're all trying so hard, but none of them really are.
And then I thought about the Xena Guild. And it hit me. You guys are the realest people I know. I never get the feeling that people in this guild are trying to be someone they're not.
And I know this may all seem sappy and silly and such, but I wanted to tell you lot how much I appreciate that. In fact, I'm not sure you guys really understand how impressive you actually are, in that way.
People with the courage to be honest with themselves and everyone else about who they really are, are very VERY hard to come by.
So, I guess I just wanted to say, thanks for keepin' it real. wink
