Description: Located in an open-roof stadium is the ring where the first round fights will be taking place. The sound of wild cheering from the many fans that have congregated here fill the arena in a loud uproar as cameras zoom in on the action to broadcast the fights all over the world. The floor of the arena is a glossy hard floor with the logo of GTB painted in purple and pink upon the white sheen.

Field Measurements: The fighting area is a perfect circle with a 50 yard diameter. The walls that keep the fighters away from the spectators are raised up to ten feet.

Ten Count Boundary: The ten count begins whenever the fighter is knocked out of the bounds of the fighting area, such as into the spectator seats. The flying count out is also in effect, which means, if you stay above ground by your own will for more than ten seconds, you will be DQ'd.

Fight Ends: After 11:59 PM on Jun 16th. That means when it becomes Jun 17th, fights are over.

A winding pulse shot throughout the air as the rippling shouts of the crowd roared like rolling thunder across the hallways and grounds of the stadium. Heat tumbled up and down in the seats, anxiety welling within the grasp of every man, woman and child strung throughout the packed theater. Refreshments were passed at a brisk pace as the announcements rung out, a distant and feeble cry compared to the impatient sneers calling out for satisfaction. All the same it was business as usual at the GTB this year, the people flocking to the event in swarms that seemed to dwarf the year before, likely due to the constant expansion the tournament seemed to enjoy. It really strummed on like this each progressing year, continuously becoming a bigger, stronger entity with a mind of it own.

"A great spirit, this is." Jurie said as she pressed a sigh from the depths of her chest, relieving some of the tension pressing against her heart. "A spirit of virtue and tolerance, true only in the nature of unraveling the fine lines between two frayed grasps meant for understanding. Leave it true with but an ounce of doubt and it will crumble." She stood to her height, a good few inches below six feet, as her voice carried on in its lull and wonderment, soothing in its own way as her expressions grew slack and relaxed. "Carry yourself with strength and instinct to find yourself upon the peak of a new, broad horizon." Her sandy-gold eyes glistened with a sense of excitement as they panned across the room, the purest sensation of sincerity welling within as they examined the final scraps of her equipment in the locker-room.

"I will not falter Mister Locke. I will not fail. With the spirits as my witness, I shall grant you my strength today."

With her final words the blacksmith fastened up her gauntlets tight across her hands, the metal fitting comfortably around her grasp in thin sheets and notches to keep up with a crescendo of flexibility and durability while not sacrificing much, if any, mobility. Her leather garbs straddled her body tightly, leaving only a small gap of breathing room to keep a comfortable fit. Embroidery strung across the leathers, the designs depicting various detailed stories of spiritual denizens and other sorts of tales, though few would likely be seen as anything but fancy knit pipe dreams. All the same... at least to the one who knit the details in...

They were very real.

"Jurie! Jurie Arks? You're going live in 10!" The attendant chimed into the room from the cracked door. "We'll be expecting quiet a show from you little lady. Don't let us down!"

A sharp pang of surprise rang out through that body for a moment, finding herself a bit too deep in thought to notice even the loudest of disturbances the crowd had to provide. The man seemed to snap her to though, and to that the woman would give a nod, moreso to herself than anyone else. After last year's fiasco there was a bit more pressure from the staff to keep tabs on her. No doubt Midus had his hand in some of this. No matter... Nobody seemed to approach her about the disappearance yet, a full year after the event cycled. Maybe if she was lucky the news simply died down. Became history.

Ignorance was bliss, after all.

"Coming!" She'd cry out to the voice before patting across her sides against those trusty blacksmith hammers of hers. Taking only a moment to double check her equipment and to let out a final sigh of anxiety, the blacksmith would find herself rushing out the door and down the hallway to the roars of the crowd.

"Alright... Its showtime!"

The screaming crowd was calling for their gladiators. Such carnage filled the air; maybe more positivism would have made Seth smile. With the sun high in the sky the arena was dried with the defeat of others before them. Wild chattering and random flashes once again enticed their warriors to the ring to battle. The folks behind the scene could be seen running around and speaking through their communicators. Attempting to organize such perfection would be a hassle seeing at who they were dealing with. Gaia the land of beauty and carnage was parched for blood. Would Jurie and Seth answer them?

Seth was running late. He was backstage wandering around the hallways obviously lost. I mean with a huge production like this no one was to be found. Nothing more annoyed him than pure negligence.

“What the hell is going on around here “ He muttered as he flicked a cigarette into his mouth. Snapping in a lazy motion a shinning flame washed over his face but dissipating rather quickly. But it remained long enough to light his cigarette. Taking a drag he removed it from his mouth “….What the hell is going on here …HELLOOOO?? !!! “

His wandering brought him to an archway with shining light. Almost like one of those door when your about to go to heaven. He grinned when the roars and screams of the crowd filled his ears. It made him, it is what he lived for. Raising his head, he takes in deep breathes taking in the sweet smell. A curious little man came scurrying around the corner as if he was looking for someone important

“Mr mr Locke we must hurry. Come with me to the ar- “ He was abruptly caught off guard by swift hand motion by Seth. Placing his index finger over his own lips signaling for the man to shut the ******** up. But that wasn’t enough “Sir if you would take the time to f- “

“..Shut the ******** up “Seth sneered as he walked out the arc leading to the center ring. As he exited like a curious child into the morning sun he simply peered at all who awaited him. He didn’t care too much about his opponent right now he was soaking up the new found energy of the crowd as they got louder upon his entrance. Stopping momentarily to look around he mustered up the energy to move forward closer to the ring.

Mere steps would turn into strides as he ran full speed at the ring. Hopping off his left leg he launched him self into a layout. Much known by acrobats, layout leaded into various complex flips and maneuvers. But Seth did something simple; using his full strength he launched himself 10-15 some off feet into the air at an arch that would land him near the center of the ring. Respectively on land one would brace himself and stand up. Seth was different he landed on the balls of his feet, a more dangerous technique cause if done incorrectly foot problems could develop. But now one his feet he stood tall.

AttennnnCHHHUUNNNNN!!!!!

Seth was now ready to rumble. Nothing could stop him now with the crowd driving him. Not only did he care to much about hem, but he needed this for himself. Adjusting the straps on his gloves to make such things snug. He didn’t want them slipping off when he punched a chick in the face. A spark of electricity would arch off his glove as he lowered his hands down to their sides. If one eyed him up and down he stood exactly 6 feet tall. Two hundred and ten pounds of pure muscle. His blades strapped to his back, and the various other items hidden upon his body. His tactical vest looked very stylish for something that was meant for protection. Folding his arms in front of him he waited

“…Cmon darling !!..Lets begin this “

Heidi was running around the inner structure. She was looking for the door that would lead her closet to her seat. Why was she here because she wanted to see her childhood friend fight? Childhood friend wasn’t what they were though, long time lovers off and on. She ran past concession stands looking for those double doors. Many workers behind the scenes looked at her in amazement as her C cup breast bounced up and down while she zoomed down the empty hallways. Her long bluish hair flying in every which direction.

…I can’t miss this for the world…
…Its been a long time...

Heidi thought to herself as she turned a corner finding her mystery door. She pushed it open, and the crowd was roaring. She was relieved that for once the attention wasn’t on her. Heidi being wanted in many areas of Gaia was always on the move, it was crazy for her to even appear at a tournament with major police and security presence. But Seth was important to her.

…He fell off the grid about a year back….
…..I or his father hasn’t heard from him in about 13 months
….Now he shows up on the roster for the GTB….
…..No coincidence he shows up

The brisk wind now blew her hair away from her face. Her troubled eyes gleamed toward the grounds as she stood there in the doorway. With her arms crossed out in front of her, her body shivered in fear. “…What if he doesn’t want me here?” She whispered to herself. Brining her hand up to push her hair behind her ear she looked up. “…No…I can’t think of that now, he needs my support “

Taking small steps forward she looked up at the crowds and watched as they peered down on their warriors. Then suddenly their roars got louder as if something amazing happened. Her head spun around as now fixating on the main stage. Moving closer to the railing she saw her hero, she saw her Seth. Now her heart was filling up with happiness for him. She amazed herself at the amount of love she had for him. Her right hand found its way up to the necklace around her neck. A platinum butterfly necklace with diamond studs all over. It was a gift from Seth long ago. How long ago sounded nice to Heidi right now.

…..I guess we can’t go back now…
…..The past curses us, but the present binds us…

Sniffling she cleared her throat and let go of her necklace.

“SETTTTHHHH!!! WHOOOOOO!!” She started to yell with a smile on her face. Though it made her sad that they have been apart for so long she was here now. Now was what Heidi wanted. Now was what she needed

It wasn't much of a wait, at least not to the blacksmith who turned her eyes about the crowd in a slightly nervous fervor. Her frame shuttered for a moment as she felt the intensity picking up in the air, the crowd growing restless for the second combatant to come forth into the fray. She'd spent the short wait stretching out at the side of the ring, loosening up all the tight ends as her chest puffed out in soothing breaths, her eyes closing tightly as she concentrated on blanking out all thoughts in her mind. Jurie slipped slowly into a state of slight meditation, her body focusing at the most subtle sounds while blocking out the uproar of everything else around. It wasn't long before her focus came across a set of steps jutting out from the opposition's entryway.

Then came the vault and the talk, both of which Jurie didn't pay much mind to. Rather her eyes fixed upon the weapons on his back and the way he seemed to carry himself about, granting a bit of attention to his size somewhere in that mix. It didn't take long for her lips to purse up in a slight grin as she uttered out a few challenging words herself.

"Blades..." She started, her words almost sounding dismayed by the solemn tone as she raised up her hands from her sides, the grip of her fingers loosening and spreading out over the air in front of her chest. "They're not a good tool for learning, Mister Locke." She turned he gaze back to his eyes and smiled gently, loosening her gestures and expressions back to a modest pace.

"Oh well... I'll do what I can... In your own way."

Spiritual energies surged around her hands, the power cracking sparks across those metal gauntlets as it began to take shape. The first, fixed within her outstretched hands, came into the form of a broad sword, the energies of the blade, while first rigid and jagged, soon smoothed out and filled out with a graceful shape. The second came to across her left forearm, a buckler fastened tight across her forearm while the energy wrapped about to tighten the shield into place. A ring of energy, rippling between various ambient shades of violets and greens, shimmied down her arms towards the newly formed weapons and soon poured into the flickering energies to build a new foundation.

The flow stopped, the weapons solidified, and she turned to brandish the shimmering, translucent items at her opponent.

Jurie didn't waste time jumping into action after that. She soon found herself bounding towards the enemy at a quickened pace, swiftly closing the gap to about ten feet. Once at this range the blacksmith would slide into her stance, her body relaxed and balanced while keeping a simple ease throughout her movements to keep herself centered. Her body flowed with a sense of reservation and grace, never really jerking or stopping on any one point in her actions. It was the tome of experience backed by just enough power to make its elegance just as pressing as it was deadly.

Her first strike came in an instant, the loose fit of her limbs swaying together in a mechanical unison which lashed out towards her opponent at a downward angle, the tip of the 34" blade gripped in her right while aiming only to scathe the man's front-most exposed limb or torso, whichever came first. While this shot out her left came up a bit to create a readied defense for any resistance that might come its way, those eyes flickering through all of the opponent's movements as she pressed forth into the fray.

Round 1 has officially begun.

The women spoke but her words only echoed mummers in his had. His eyes still fixated on the crowds of people in the stands. As he tightened himself up he somewhat yawned. His mouth opening widely, and then he heard her. It was Heidi, Seth was not a human. Far from it infact and when his beloved Heidi yelled he would know. Without thinking he looked in its direction taking his focus off the battle for a second. His vision was beyond compare as his retina had pin point accuracy and clarity. His ears would pick up on the crackling of a unknown energy but he still wouldn’t look in his opponents direction.

“….Where is she ?! “ He yelled to himself. Then he heard the girls movement. His face quickly turned back. Seth couldn’t locate her face. In doing so he saved his own life. The girl came at him very fast, normal for a combatant of her size and stature. It was expected. This, this was now a battle to Seth and he needed to see it through. His legs was the first to react accordingly.

…..Fight start

Thud

Thud

Was all to be heard as he took two quick steps backwards. The feint sounds of his equipment would almost jingle as he moved. His speed was near blinding as Seth showcased his intricate footwork. Speed was what he would use to dance around her ill executed strike. His dance would take him to his right, which would be her left. Seth got into the groove his arms swiftly moving up in a guard like motion. The downward strike indeed would have a recovery time and this is when he would strike. Pushing forward he lets out a power right straight to her buckler.

“SsssHa! “ yells the man as if he was shadow boxing. His aim wasn’t to damage but to rattle her. The power behind the strike was enough to knock her off her balance, but not enough to cause her serious injury. The strike was fast and precise, must like a flash kick it had little to no recovery time. Moving his body like a well oiled machine he expected a counter attack. Why would Seth do this ? Merely to feel her out, see where she was at. In the meantime he was storing energy, the black tattoo whipping down his right arm would begin to glow. One without prior knowledge of Seth would think of it as a pretty parlor trick. But Seth wouldn’t let the cat out of the bag just yet

His own words were but a blur to her, paying little-to-no mind to it at all. Such things were part of the game for the two it seemed, ebbing out a confirmation before pounding out another blow. The difference though, was that Jurie saw the motion rolling out, kept her wits and focus about her, keeping an eye on his shifting dance as he backed away from the weapon and its full range. This was all expected, a test of her own against the man's reflex and wit. Sadly for him though... he wished to test her as well.

That was his first mistake.

Executing a punch at the buckler, fast or not, would prove to be a blunder on Seth's part, as Jurie wasn't simply going to let him dance around without chase. Rather she kept her body facing the man, pivoting on the balls of her feet as the slash went through. With this in mind, she'd parry the blow upwards and out, jutting the blow off-course over her left shoulder as she angled her shield in place.

Leaving a nice, easy target for her sword.

A ring of energy shot out her right as this went on, the powers slamming down into the cascades of violet of the sword which sent a resounding crack in the air, chips of energy flaking off the sword as it hummed with a silent power. But that was the extent of her attack, a soft warning to the man of the promises bared within as she shuffled herself back a few steps and out of his range. Did he notice the warning? Perhaps... perhaps not, though she tried to be subtle about the simple motion it would take to end him.

Though she did keep an eye on the man's movements just in case he tried to pull something with his free hand. Her right was readied just in case with a counter, the flowing tensity waiting to lash out as she brought her arm inward a bit.

If all went as planned the two would stand a few paces apart. Assuming he didn't advance the woman would cry out to the man, her voice patient and calm with a sense of a gentle caress behind her tone.
"Come, Mister Locke. Draw your blades less you wish me to cast mine aside." She prepared an energy in her arm, just in case she'd need it. "I don't look kindly to striking an unarmed man."

The girl was very responsive to his attack. His punch was a miss, deflected indeed, it was retracted. The sudden burst of energy spoke to him waking him up to the dangers this woman possessed. Indeed Seth didn’t want to be spared but then again he couldn’t tell her what to do. His eyes gazed over into hers while his heart mellowed and his breathing got sharp. She took a momentary retreat rather than strike him down. This he didn’t understand

….I don’t get this one….

He grinned as he slowly took a few steps back. “Draw my blades ? “ He chuckled abit clenching his fist. This would send blue sparks of electricity jumping around his knuckles, accompanied by a purple flame that would wash over his chest. Then dissipating rather quickly. Shifting his stance he reached behind him drawing the long sword attached diagonally to the center of his back. Swinging it around with great speed he stuck it into the ground beside him. A loud THUNK resonated across the battlefield. Arched over enough about to sprint towards her his left hand rested on the hilt of his Dao.

….Clarity

His mind and body would move as one, Seth’s left hand twisting the blade around to be drawn reverse style. A very common assassination technique to dispatch enemies rather quickly. His free hand wavered by its side preparing for the worst. Ice cold thoughts filtered through his mind of defeat, common for Seth. “..say when “ No more words needed to be said for Seth would now speak with his blade. Sidestepping to his left his feet dug into the ground. His body felt the shifting of weight as he pushed back, and then ran forward. Essentially launching himself at the girl. A burst of purple energy surged through the air as he took off. The sound resembled that of ripping paper.

…..Resolution

He wanted to see what she would do, how she would react. He didn’t draw his blade, for he didn’t need to. Seth was fishing for a counter attack nothing more. His feet were much stabilized for he needed to stop on a dime. A small click would be heard as he popped the blade from its sheath and readied it for battle.

Her gaze never wavered from her target as he popped the blade out and struck the ground beside him a sense of doubt starting to linger within her mind. This only lasted a second though, as it did seem to sharpen a bit as she glanced over at the blade. A thought crossed her mind, a sudden nervous shockwave unraveling throughout her body as he readied himself for battle. Her breath heaved a single time as to ease the tension prickling up her spine, soon finding her body loose and relaxed once more as her mind focused at the task at hand.

'Good.' She thought to herself quietly as she raised her sword upright to close the distance between the two, both of her hands resting on the grip of the sword in a balanced fashion. Her resolve hardened and her eyes lost that momentary doubt held within. 'We're on even ground now. So push harder, Mister Locke. Do all you can to break me, to beat me. Cast aside that doubt lingering in your eyes and face me head on.'

'And find the means to better yourself along the way.'

Her thoughts shifted back into instinct as the man charged forth, taking on his assassin's stance. Jurie pounded the reserve of energy into her blade once more, causing the blade to shimmer with a translucent blue energy which seemed to mold into the cracks of the weapon, solidifying it once more. While the violet power still hummed within the weapon, it seemed to dim some, though still a deadly force seemed to curdle within.

It was then she'd act.

Her arms extended in a swift thrust towards the man's center as he came in, the intended point of impact slamming into the man's chest at full reach were he to continue forward so recklessly. She had a sense though that he wasn't aiming to just wildly charge in. No seasoned fighter did such things and the blacksmith could tell from his stance, his grip that he had more than a day or two wielding those weapons against his foes.

So she made a feint with the thrust, popping her arms forward in a convincing fashion as though she truly intended to run him through while reserving the energy in her arms to prepare for his reaction. What would her true move be? Well... who could say? It all depended on just what our noble student decided to do with this little thrust of hers.

Either way, she was ready for the worst, her gaze concentrated and waiting for the slightest motion to set her plan into action.

Fluttering thoughts filled his head at the wrong time. Slow motion surrounded his body, his mind processing it all and taking in the utmost detail. Nothing was on his mind but pure carnage. The purple flames now raced down his left arm as if they connected with Seth’s feelings. Exploding with rage the cinders shout out like sparks. The girl thrusts outwards as if to skewer him on her blade. Using momentum against such an agile foe was a bad idea. But then again the girl no dumb soul. She had the spirit of a warrior and Seth wanted to test it.

….Mistake..

His left foot crossed in front of his right moving ever so soft at an left angle. Her blade was now less than a yard in front of his chest, but still he moved forward. Buckling his legs to grip the ground more, his elevation lowered so that his ear was at level with her blade , almost parallel. Such a level wouldn’t be too low to attack, but as he moved himself closer to the ground his speed heightened. His blade swung around in unison as her blade whisked past his face, Seth took in a deep breath as she moved forwards and he propelled himself at her. A near miss it was, stands of hair flew through the air imitating a direct hit to his skull.

“Arrrgggg! “ He yelled. The Oxtail Dao stayed clenched in his fist but his wrist now twisted around till his palm faced directly upwards. He didn’t stop until the tilting the blade until tip of the blade pointed to his right shoulder blade. His violet eyes pulsated brighter as if peering into her soul. Precision was what he aimed for, his right hand pushed behind the back of the blade. The now electric current crackling through the blade and he pushed through her.

It sounded like a quick stampede as his feet moved swiftly past her the blade aiming to slice deep into her side. If it was a direct hit a numbing feeling would hum through her body as a wave of crimson spewed out of her side. A dangerous blow indeed. Even if it was a pure miss his speed would try and guarantee his safety as the attack would leave him behind her and ready to attack again.

If someone took their state of minds and compared the two, they'd find a vast difference in mind frames, almost like a quarter flipping into the air, awaiting the clash of metal to ring out to see which side came on top. While both held a sense of nirvana in the moments they shared, their surface thoughts nothing but reactions to reactions, Seth's mind seemed to tremble with a far more vibrant note of ferocity while Jurie... She was as calm and tranquil as could be. It was like stepping into a dojo for the girl and for the guy... stepping into a war zone.

Two sides to the same coin.

Though unlike coins, blades were easy to manipulate on a moment's notice, especially to one with such experience as Jurie.

She caught sight of his body moving to dodge the blade almost immediately, such a dramatic change in stance and posture making it all too easy to see just what he intended to do. Hell... he couldn't have made it anymore obvious what his intentions were if he screamed them to the girl he was rushing to so carelessly. But Jurie didn't let that distract her from what she needed to do. She'd shift herself to the side the moment she took notice of his stance shifting, making it so that he was aiming to slam into her head on rather than to her side. From here she would pivot to the side on her back ((left)) foot while bringing her front ((right)) foot in a sweep behind her so that she'd come sweeping over to his left side, her body a good space away from any sort of hope of being slashed or stabbed by a reverse grip.

Assassination grips... Swift they may be. Defensive they may be. But ranged... their grip was not.

Jurie, on the other hand, would gain full benefit of range from her balanced stance. For as her body went through its motion, so too did the movement of her blade, the thrust having stopped only mid-way from the feint. It was now in a good position for a swift slash which could be aimed just about anywhere she pleased. The blacksmith chose to angle the blow to come coursing across top half of his sword arm across his collar-bone and through his bicep as he passed by, the bite of the blade running deep enough to do some serious damage if he couldn't evade it or parry it in some way.

A slab of power would slam down into the blade once more and the energy would pick up its quiet hum.

Were all to go as plan, she'd spin on the balls of her feet to face the man after her attack, readied to clash once more if needed.

This girl was very agile and wise to keep up with Seth. She was making the shot in this match, even though it had only begun. Heidi’s voice echoed through his mind as he prepared what to do next. This girl was moving away from him, Seth could see it in his peripherals and this was a bad sign.

Missed again. Was this girl as fast as he was or was she dancing circles around him. His mind chuckled because this wasn’t the first time a women has danced him into circles. His feet slows him down and he fells her blade engrave itself across the metal plating on his back, it wouldn’t stop until it sliced him down to the top of his bicep. Like a cracked wall the blood began to branch off down his arm, trickling softly. It hurt. It hurt more than it should have. Seth’s body shook for a moment as he pivoted on his right foot to face the girl. Following through, the blade twisted around his fingers slicing through the air. It lashed out in a traditional wushu coil technique. The execution was late, for it should have been used to deflect her strike but it was still fast enough to knock away her blade.

The blade would swing over to his left side wrapping around his right hand as it tucked it. In its path it would clash with the women’s blade. Stabilizing his footing was key now as he paced forward putting pressure on the lady. The purple flame surrounding the blade sends spark in all directions. The concussive force was low but still enough to let her feel it. But he wouldn’t stop there the blade would then swing over his head reversing it. As he did so the flames followed almost creating a barrier around him. Indeed it was distracting but all in good reason.

The flames would seem as if they had life lashing and pulsating outwards in the ladies face. Just as he finished the reverse wrapping he drew his arm back for a moment then lashed out in a lunge. A shuffle of his feet mustered the power to make this attack worth while. The angle of the blade would land it near her midsection. The point of impact indeed would damage, based on his distance away from her almost 6 inches could penetrate her. It was deep enough to cause damage. If blocked it her defense would come with a price. This purple flame washed over the blade protecting it and its master, such strike upon it uproars a concussive force that would damage the attack more than its wielder. Pushing out his chest Seth took in a deep breath. Pain shot up his right arm, as it should, even with all the adrenaline running through his body he still felt it.

...That hurt....

...It still does....

Seth finished his attack into defensive stance. Now his eyes were open and he knew what this girl could do. Purple orbs now peered as her with a pair of gritting teeth. This man had many tricks up his sleeve, many have yet to be revealed

Hoshi-!

The blade slapped across the broadsword with a massive clap as Jurie's eyes kept themselves fastened upon the man. Her body turned with his as he sped by, her weapon curving to the side to keep the momentum from the deflection Seth just gave. The Broad sword dipped down for a soft moment before curling back up in a swift, circular motion until the blade came overhead. This movement, itself, took less than a blink to perform, thanks to her own efforts mixed with the power Seth provided. The two together would continue the motion forward with an incredibly swift, powerful slash that would speed down towards the man's exposed forearm as he readied to lunge forward.

But what of the flames? Magical, spiritual, or anything of the sort, flames were still flames and Jurie held no distinction where it drew its power from as they danced across her face. This didn't bother her in the least. After all, she was a blacksmith. Half the time she was performing a trade that dealt with a constant source of heat whisking across her face. A momentary heat flicking across her cheeks was likely more comforting than annoying by now, causing no more than a squint as she doubled over her focus to keep herself trained on Seth's movements.

Though distraction or not, if the flames would do damage to her from the sword's contact to the man's arm, so be it. There would be no way she would know of the flame's true power until it was too late. It may cause her a good deal of pain, but with the amount of power she had sailing at the man's arm, he would be left with nothing but a stump as a result, for the power in her strike and the humming power in her blade ((four times sharper than any standard broadsword)) would be enough to cleave a man in half with ease. Take that to an arm, even if it were armored, and you'd have the same result.

Though she didn't chance a miss, not even for a second. especially with the possibility of a lunge coming in. It was here that she'd release a trump card of her own.

Mists of Creation
A means of releasing the heat generated from the forge ability. This heat is released as a cloud of steam from Jurie's body, much like one would see when heated iron is plunged into water to cool and is passively activated after the forge ability, though the heat can be captured and released at a later time if chosen to do so at the cost of comfort, as the heat will well within the user's body instead until released. For each weapon forged a radius of 5 ft. becomes coated in a heavy fog for a single round of posts.

Two weapons, ten feet of fog.

This would come rolling in as she brought her strike down, the steam from her body fighting back at the heat baring out from Seth, a distraction in itself. It was here that she'd twist the center of her body sideways, the incoming lunge ((were it to press forth)) catching her side with a clip as it grazed by a soft chunk of meat, causing her to let out a sharp exhale as it came in.

Nothing life-threatening, but it was going to hurt like hell for a while and cause a bit of pain to ripple up her body, especially when paired with his fire starter act.

Either way this would send her reeling back and away, using the steam as a cover as she soaked in the possible drawbacks of her actions.

Seth was surprised the girl still came at him as he was coiling and wrapping. Not only was he doing that he was reading his end game technique. The flames weren’t just flames they were growing in intensity and power at a very fast rate. His eyes closed for second then shot open his right eye now exploding with bio-kinetic energy. The lunge came out and then the women activated some sort of power, fog? In fact it looked pretty and it reminded him of the Barbados’s assignment. To make a long story short he fought twelve trained assassins in pure darkness. It was all about sound and feeling the change in wind currents around him.

…Damn this isn’t good.

The lunge didn’t strike what he intended. But the fog was there. In pure instinct his wrist leaned backwards beginning a reverse wrapping technique. Why mess with a good thing right? Especially when it protected you in previous engagements. Seth was already buffering his defensive counter measures

Seth finished his attack into a defensive stance....

And so his blade would find it once again clashing with hers on this occasion. But this time it would be different, it would slide across the length of her blade, spark and flame sets the area ablaze pushing aside her fog. Seth had found her, yes it was fog but she couldn’t hide the sound her feet made, or stop her breathing patterns. Seth was trained to hear these things in the direst situations and for once his skills were called to battle. Seth wasted no time as he pivoted on his left foot after the clashing of their blades once again. What Seth didn't factor in was the raw power behind her strike, factor in the speed it came at him Seth was lucky to even defend. The collision pushes his blade deep into his hand, his forearm buckling under the force of the strike. Taking in a deep a shallow breath he pushed forward with his attack, his face registering the pain in his arm.Following in his stride with his right foot, he leapt forward .

A serpent like flame washed over seths body as it power from its master. A wild swing the attack would be. Pure raw power behind it with unyielding energy. Enough to break armor, weapons, and bones. Seth’s power was raw kinetic energy, kinetic energy was all around us, and most of that energy when combined with skill was a very dangerous power to wield. From his positioning the attack was aimed to go across her buckler, ending at her stomach area. With such a wide field of striking he knew he would hit something, he didn’t know if the girl could navigate around her own fog, be he was willing to test her.

[Exploding Serpent */ **]
(Closing)
Charge cost: 3
Range: Touch/Impact
Des: A very dangerous attack that does high damage. This attack exhausts kinetic energy at dangerous levels, and aims it towards foes. The raw kinetic energy outburst forward through a hand strike. It has a very high chance of breaking defenses, breaking armors, and or weapons.

*Causes fire like singes. Burns through basic clothing, and materials.
** Bio-kinetic based attacks drain’s at Seth’s fatigue. It also hurts him physically from long usage. (Which includes: explosions)

The force of the attack would be a force that his opponent could not turn down [in pain]. If it clashed with any of her weapons they would most likely crack and or shatter [Though he didn’t know if they were real weapons, cause they materialized at the beginning of the match] This attack was originally created to be used as a hand strike but still any gathered kinetic energy could be projected through his blades. But much like any kinetic attack it possessed concussive force behind it, similar to an explosion of the sorts. It wasn’t uncommon for bones to break behind the force of such attacks and or people to fly unheard of distances.

Make no mistake this attack was a double edged blade. It would hurt Seth in return, he was fast but even he couldn’t escape hit own powerful explosion. The impact alone sends Seth flying in the opposite direction, his back collides with the ground and he slides a distance before stopping and springing to his feet. The force was enough to fracture two of his ribs and send blood flying from his mouth. Keeping his balance proved most difficult because he wobbled back and forth, his vision growing fuzzy then clean again. His right hand drop his blade and his left swung over to hold his side

“s**t” He yelled his mouth frothing with blood. Licking his lips, he drew up all the blood in his mouth than spat it to the side before standing to his feet. “I’m not out yet” His breathing was heavier now with the fractured/ possibly broken ribs. Seth looked bad , event though he risked the chance of hitting nothing but air, he wondered how he opponent looked. With this fog he wondered when it would end.

Seth Vitals: 57%
Damage: Two Fractured Ribs/ Cuts /Lacerations from explosion
Battle Mode: Oxtail Dao… Dropped
Energy Fluxuations: Erratic/Shattering Exhaustion [Stabilizing]
Charge: 2
