These are custom skills. Rp samples are needed and must detail the mechanics of the skills very well. NOTE: This skills don't have to have some super game-breaking mechanic or anything. RP Sample:
Tai stood in front of the schematics pondering slightly. the drawing on the board resembled a metal human, in an eerily similar way. He chewed on the end of his pencil while he contemplated his next decision. After scribbling, erasing, and re-writing several times over, He finally yelled out happily, knocking over a bucket as he finished.
Running over to his suit, he began to screw, and bolt thick pieces of armor on certain spots that he had over-looked. Once finished, he outfitted the armored suit with an over-sized sword. backing up from his masterpiece, he looked at it through his fingers as he held them up to make a picture frame around it.
"Time for a test drive..Yeah~"

Element: NA Range:NA Requirements to use: Needs 500 words to work, each time it's used Description: Allows the user to take scrap junk and metal, and turn them into useful parts for his inventions. RP Sample:
Tai dumped the box fool of discarded metal onto his desk, and began to finger through it. He picked up several chunks of metal, and through a few more over his shoulder. Grinning happily, he put two specific pieces aside, A large metal piece of Pshychedium, and several steel balls. He got up from his seat, and brought over his tool kit from the juxtapose table. welding several of the balls, after he split them apart, He fused the panel, to the Psychedium slab, and with several size and shape adjustment, made a new armor panel For the Budoka's arm.
"Yeah, that's gonna work out nicely; and the added protection from psychic attacks would be appreciated."

DECLINED.
The ability to turn junk into useful pieces of armor and weapons jsut seems over powered, even if it costs 100 words, that's a small price to pay. You pretty much have limitless items at your disposal wherever you go.

Skill name: Frozen Illusions RPC Name: Tsuyujimo Ikemen Element: Ice Range:Long Requirements to use: Magic = {X>1}. Description: The user can flash freeze molecules of water in the air and vibrate them at frequencies that mimic brain waves. This allows him/her to create pseudo-senses within the mind of his/her enemy. The first and second tiers of this skill have must charge for 10 posts (including from the start of battle). If Magic = {1 < x < 31}, the user has the ability to instill images, sounds, etc. into the mind of the enemy, causing confusion for 5 posts. Any melee attacks from the enemy now have a 50% chance of missing and causing self-damage. Any spells cast by the enemy now have a 50% of misfire, although in this case no self-damage. If Magic = {30 < x < 68}, the user can also control the voluntary bodily functions such as walking and speech; thus, the enemy is immobilized for 5 posts (the enemy can still cast any spells that do not require chants or ritual dances, but is under the confusion effect). If Magic = {x > 67}, the user has complete control of the enemy's nervous system and can control it at will (this includes stopping the heart, lungs, inter-neurotic transmission). This portion of the skill can only be used after 50 posts of battle have passed. RP Sample: "I approached him with confidence. He was a small young man with a thin frame, and I, being a 30-year-old man of a husky structure, thought that I could outwit him in battle with my experience or at least overpower him with my strength. I walked forward sword drawn. Then, for no reason at all, he started smiling. I asked why, but he did not reply. Seconds later, I started seeing copies of him appearing all around. I heard him speak these words without even moving his lips: 'Surprised? This ain't even the half of it.' I tried to reply, but my lips were frozen. I tried to look around, but my eyes stayed in place. I tried to get away, but my legs wouldn't allow it. Declined Overview: A very unique, and interesting, way of creating illusions. But the requirements are bit too low, considering the effects it has on its target. Range: For such waves to reach a distance that would be considered long-- such as the range of a short bow-- they would have to be quite powerful. With that said, wouldn't the skill carry the risk of self-damage, since the user would basically be in the center of the waves source? Perhaps you could reducing it to a medium range skill? Requirement to use: If I read it correctly, X signifies the user's Magic Stat, thus for one to be able to use Frozen Illusions, one would need to have at least a 2 in Magic, correct? Now, if you think about it, that would be quite a low requirement for such a skill that can cause attacks to miss and self-damage to occur. Not to mention the ability to create images, sounds, and all manner of illusions in an enemy's mind. Descriptions:Magic = {1 < x < 31}: Same problem, imagine a NPC that could hide itself and/or avoid/sustain damage for 10 posts-- the number of posts required to charge the skill. That NPC would dumped the majority of their Stats into Agility and Endurance, and placed a 2 in their Magic. After 10 posts, the skill takes effect and the target is instilled with the image of a dark cave for 5 posts. Then after just 1 post, that ninja-like NPC could deal a fatal blow. A suggestion would be Magic = [30-50] Magic = {30 < x < 68}: I see little problem with the maximum requirement, but the minimum requirement is a too low. This is an illusion skill, the most powerful of the types of skills, as such it requires a bit more Magic, correct? A suggestion would be Magic = [51-80] Magic = {x > 67}: As for the final level, the problem is once again the Magic required. The 50 post requirement is ingenious, but it was not that specific. 50 battle posts from whom? The target? The user? Both? A suggestion would be Magic = [81-100] RP Sample: Last but not the least, the RP Sample. The RP Sample I believe is used to see how one would use the skill in a RP, be as descriptive as possible. I saw no indication of a 10 post charge, nor the usage of water molecules to create illusions. Please work on it a bit more so as to showcase how the skill can be used. It is a powerful and unique skill, don't let it settle for average descriptions of its usage.

Skill name: Almalgation RPC Name: Valerius
Element: N/A Range: Short-Range Requirements to use: Must be taught by Valerius, Students cannot be light aligned, Students must offer something of value to the teacher Description: Amalgation is a forgotten skill encoded into the genes of most biological organisms. Valerius learned to unlock the secrets of this skill and copy the traits and skills found in other species by reading, copying, and reproducing portions of their genetics. In order for this skill to be used the victim must be either unconscious, dead or have their durability or endurance statis lower than the users.
However if the victims is conscious and their Magic is at least 10 points higher than the users, Amalgation will not be effective because of mystic interference. Amalgation requires physical contact to be effective and the duration of contact determines the skills and traits copied. When Amalgation has been sustained for enough time the user starts to absorb memories and experiences, granting them experience points from the vicitm.
1 Post allows for 2 traits/skills of the users choosing 2 Post allows for 3 traits/skills of the users choosing 3 Posts allows 5 traits/skills of the users choosing along XP [Total XP/10] and recent memories. 4 Posts allows all traits/skills to be absorbed along with XP [Total XP/5] and half the memories.
Every post this is used the Endurance Stats of the user loses 5 points, which will be returned 1 Rl week later. RP Sample: A white gloved hand tightly gripped the skull of the traitor, winding long fingers into strands of crimson hair. Despite the struggles of the bound captive she felt the solid grip of her captor tighten and erupt into a wave of psionic energies that scattered her thoughts throughout her brain. A powerful vacuum seemed to materialize within her head, extending groping tendrils that probed the depths of her mind and slithered deep into her skin. Veins bulged against her pale skin and her jaw dropped as scarlet eyes rolled widly in her sockets.
Her captor felt the rush of information along his hand, directed towards his brain where it would be decoded the distributed to the proper organic facilities. Minor changes in his anatomy sent quivers throughout his stomach and the river of knowledge and experiences were sifled through at speeds exceeding that of life. When the process finally finished the dazed captive fell to the floor, feeling deeply violated and stunned, from the chaotic psychic intrusion. Valerius felt his body changing to accomdate his newfound skills and experiences while his mind searched the girls memories for information. He stared at the vampire and smartly turned on his heel, striding away from the alleyway without a word. Casually he lobbed a violet sphere of flames of his shoulder, bathing the captive in infernal light and feeding off her rapidly disentigrating flesh. A violent explosion tore through the alleyway, shredding bricks and metal aside as the awakened energies raged within the small confines of the two structure. Violet light shone like a beacon in the night sky, reaching into otherly dimensions and drawing vile creatures of hellish design to spawn from the infernal conflagration. Leathery wings extended and claws tore through the flesh of horrified villagers as the flames called out to more monstrosities.

Skill name: Kurafutoshi RPC Name: haven't decided yet.....in the process though >.>
Element: ....art? Range: Long Requirements to use: Nothing really. I guess, at least 60 magic. And must be taught. Description: The user is able to customize the elements of Art. Similar to Konan (from Naruto), the user may change their body into paper. But, Kurafutoshi takes it one step farther, adding attacks in the ability. He can explode the pieces of paper at a distance. Finally, like Sai (also from Naruto), he can use ink to create his custom objects, ranging from swords to tigers. The paper is proven useless if any liquid is sprayed on it, and the ink is destroyed by a strong enough force. However, the user may create as much objects as he wants, if he has enough ink. Using both of these elements, the user of Kurafutoshi is a master of Art.
RP Sample: Sai (only a temporary name) rode on his "creature" that he had drawn not too long ago using his Kurafutoshi. The creature was made of ink, feeling like both a solid and a liquid to the touch. Suddenly, a blast of magic headed towards Sai. He jumped off of his ink creature, staying clear of the blast. However, the ink creature had gotten hit, and exploded into a puddle of ink. It rained down to the ground, useless to Sai now. Sai looked up as his body began to change. It was changing....changing into paper! His coat, his arms, his legs, everything was slowly being separated into numerous sheets of paper. Soon, he was nothing more than numerous sheets of paper being blown through the sky.
The enemy who fired the blast look puzzled. A sheet of paper landed on his face, being blown calmly by the breeze. Another landed on his leg, and then another on his shoulder. Soon, numerous pieces of papers were sticking to teh enemy, not wanting to get off. Sai's face appeared in one of them, his expression calm. "Good bye..." The sheets of papers all exploded at once, blowing the enemy to pieces. The only that could be seen from the explosion were numerous pieces of paper being moved through the sky, mysteriously heading in the same direction.

Before I go on, I'm not sure if this skill exists already. If it does, then yea. my bad?
Skill name: Alchemy RPC Name: undecided yet....
Element: any Range: Mid-Range Requirements to use: 50 magic to use without a circle. also, you have to be granted permission from the inhabitants of the Garden of Eden. (just make something up) Description: Basically, this is alchemy. If you don't know what id does, look up Full Metal Alchemist. You can transmute objects to your liking, create weapons, etc.....
Transmutation Altering an object to your liking. This can be used to change metal into gold (fake gold), create weapons out of stone, etc..... Must have 40 magic to use with a circle. Must have 60 magic to use without a circle.
Decomposition Must have at least 15 more magic than your opponent. Making contact with a physical object, you can break the object down, decomposing it within its elements. This can be used on humans, though only on a limb at most. Can only use twice per battle, 20 posts apart.
RP Sample:
Alphonse (temporary name) ran towards his enemy, who's eyes grew wide. The enemy jumped up in the air, Alphonse missing his target by a few inches. He clapped his hands together and laid down on his knees, his hands making contact with the stone floor. He raised his hands slowly, a sword forming out of the stone. Alphonse gripped it in his hands, looking at the stunned enemy.
Alphonse charged, swing his sword towards his opponent. The guy dicked, and kicked Alphonse's hand. The sword flew out of his hands, landing somewhere in the jungle that surrounded the two. The enemy smirked at the sight of his victory, becoming cocky. Alphonse outstretched his arm, making contact with the enemy's leg. "Decompostion!" The enemy shrieked as he felt his leg burning. The skin ripped apart, separating from the bone. Alphonse let go, feeling exhausted after using that difficult move. The smell of burning flesh was in the air, making Alphonse cringe his nose. The enemy's leg appeared only bone and muscles, his flesh nowhere to be seen up to his inner thigh. The enemy continued to scream, laying on the ground. Alphonse couldn't even imagine the pain he was in, so he ended it quickly. He killed the man quickly, stabbing a sword through his heart. Alphonse gave a quick prayer to Eden before clapping his hands. He touched the ground and made a makeshift lift, made solely of Stone. Having a better view of teh jungle, he saw his group not too far away. "There they are...."

Skill name: Illusion Magic RPC Name: Meitei Genkaku
Element: Dark or something Range: Any range Requirements to use: Just need to be taught by an illusion specialist. Description: I've had some of these approved, but i just wanted to make sure everyone knows the spells.
Illusion Magic (used for battle as well as everyday life) i transfer my magic into the minds of the opponents, causing illusions..... I have learned some Illusion spells during the course of my life time
Clones: This casts the illusion that clones are created. The number of clones change depending on how much magic he has. At Meitei's regular state, he can create 6 clones. The clones do not do any damage, however, Meitei usually combines this with his Illusion of Pain, making the clones seem as though they are physical. Lasts for 5 posts. Must have at least 10 magic more than opponent.
Sunlight: This creates the illusion that the sun's light rays are beaming in on the opponent, blinding them. Meitei can normally hold this illusion for 5 minutes (2 posts). Must have more magic than opponent.
Weight: This casts the illusion on the opponent that their body's are carrying weights somewhere on their body. Normally, Meitei can create an extra 100 pounds on each of a person's limbs. Lasts for 5 posts if magic is 5 more than opponent. If magic is 10 more, it leasts for 10 posts. If magic is 20 more, it lasts for entire battle. Can use once every battle. Agility is decreased by 10.
Deception: Meitei can select an object, of any size and shape. The object then takes the appearance, smell and feel of Meitei. This is usually used to make an opponent attack an ally or used for escaping. Lasts for 3 posts. Magic must be higher than opponent.
Unnoticeable: Meitei can make himself or anyone else unnoticeable. This is not only restrained to sight, for he can mask their sight, sound, smell etc... He can hold this illusion for 5 posts and a maximum of 5 people, though he can't attack while using it. Can use once every 15 posts.
Pain: One of Meitei's stronger illusions. This allows him to control the pain of a human to an extent. He can temporarily numb the pain he is suffering or increase the feeling of pain in somebody else. Depending on opponent's magic, it deals different amounts of pains. 5 more it a small headache or stomach ache. 10 more is a feeling of being kicked or punched hard. 20 is feeling of being stabbed or shot. 25 more can disable an opponent for 3 posts due to pain.
Sickness: Meitei cats an illusion on the opponent. The body is tricked into believing that a virus if out into the system, causing it to sneeze and cough for unnecessary reasons. Must have 10 more magic then opponent. Agiltiy and Endurance is decreased by 3.
Disguise: Meitei can allow himself to look, smell, and feel like anyone he has seen before. He must have the person in mind and must remember them perfectly. If not, the illusion becomes sloppy. Can last for 6 post. Must have 10 more magic than opponent.
Bondage: Meitei screams, creating a unique sound. Whoever hears it will be feeling as if there body is chained down or any part of there body is held together by chains. Even without physical intervention from an outside force, the body is robbed of all mobility, and consciousness itself progressively fades away. Lasts for 5 posts. Can only use 2 in a battle, at least 10 posts apart. Must have 10 more magic than opponent. Agility is decreased by 5.
Temperature Control: Meitei can control an opponent's temperature to a certain extent. He could warm up or cool down the opponent;s body. This can make situations more comfortable, or can be used as torture. Must have 10 more magic than opponent.
Memory Search: Meitei must touch the victim's head to use this technique. The victim goes "back in time" reliving events that have occurred already. This also causes them to say anything they have said in the past and perform any actions they have in the past. Meitei can view these situations and can see things that the user has otherwise forgotten. It is basically a "time reversal" techniques, going far as back to one week. Can go back as far as 20 posts. Meitei cannot use this in battle. Must have 20 more magic than opponent.
False Surrounding: Meitei can create a false surrounding, making the new area any place he would like. This is useful for covering up someone's tracks or just throwing off someone's sense of direction. He can use this on up to 5 people at a time. Must have 10 more magic than opponent. Lasts for 5 posts.
Nightmare: Meitei can create the victim's worst nightmare, making them witness it. It may be a past memory or an old fear. This may cause the victim to suffer from trauma and temporarily stun them. Must have 10 more magic than opponent. Lasts for 2 posts by opponent. Perception: Meitei uses this illusion on himself as well as others. He can slow things down in his eyes, increasing the time to counter and what not. He can also speed up the movements in his opponent's eyes, leaving them less time to counter. Meitei can hold this illusion for a whole battle, one of the main advantages of Meitei's illusion spells. Must have 10 more magic than opponent. Lasts for 10 posts, but can only use once per battle. May turn it off if he wants and use it for later. Opponent's agility is decreased by 5. Metiei's agility is increased by 3.
Persuasion: Meitei looks into the eye of any opponent, affecting their brain. He persuades them to do things, the brain receiving the information. While strong people can hold off the illusion, they are still fighting off a strong wave of persuasion to do something that Meitei pleases. It can be to move a body part in one direction to deciding on a decision. Eye contact is necessary. Must have 15 more magic than opponent.
Earthquake: Meitei strikes the ground, making a loud noise. The ground shakes and the effects of Earthquakes occur. This is not real, but good for throwing off an opponent's balance. Must have 5 more magic than opponent.
Nature Control: Meitei must make eye contact. To the opponent, Meitei can control everything in nature. He could make it rain, snow, sunny. He could change the position of the trees, the temperature. He can change change the shapes of clouds, the density of the floor. He has complete control of nature. This is useful for scaring an opponent, for nothing can actually hurt the victim. Lasts for 10 turns. Must have 20 more magic than opponent.
Immortality: Meitei uses this to appear immortal. No matter how many times someone strikes Meitei or stab him, he appears to take no damage. In real life, however, he can be damaged and injured. Good for intimidation. Lasts for 8 posts. Must have 10 more magic than opponent.
Melting Flesh: This will cause an opponent to feel and see the flesh on his bones slowly waste away. The look of this is will cause tremendous fear and pain. Must have 10 more magic than opponent. Lasts for 3 of opponent's posts.
Suffocation: Meitei must make contact with opponent's throat. After this, the opponent will feel as if they are choking and out of air. Meitei must have at least 30 more magic than opponent.
Age: Meitei must make eye contact with opponent. The user will slowly "age", growing old and wrinkly. Their movements will slow and they will run out of energy quicker. Lasts for 8 posts. Meitei msut have 15 more magic than opponent. Agility and Endurance is decreased by 10.
All illusion spells can be canceled if Meitei wills it. If someone has 10 less magic then Meitei, they can cancel illusion with 1 post. If they have 15-20 less magic than Meitei, they can cancel it with 2 posts. If Metei has 20 more magic than you, it takes 3 posts. If you have 25 less magic than Meitei, you must harm yourself. If the victim of a certain illusion harms him/herself, they can also cancel the illusion. Though, they must hurt themselves appropriately for the illusion to go away.
Illusion that needs 5 more magic than opponent: Victim can punch themselves really hard or attack something that has a hard surface. A bruise basically.
Illusion that needs 10 more magic than opponent: Victim needs to break a finger or toe or bit their tongue.
Illusion that needs 15 more magic than opponent: Victim must stab themselves with a knife, sword, or anything similar in a minor area of the body (hand, hip, feet)
Illusion that needs 20 more magic than opponent: Victim must cause serious harm to themselves. Stabbing their leg or cutting off a finger will do.
RP Sample: Meitei grinned as he drank his sake. A guy nearby was screaming, tellnig everyone he was suffering from a nightmare. Meitei knew that he was in enemy territory, but he couldn't help but laugh. His illusion was working better than he thought. He jumped up in front of a group of soldiers. They eyed him suspiciously, their weapons drawn. He clapped his hands together and touched the ground, his expression still cheery. The ground shook, a loud noise being heard by everyone. The soldiers fell, losing their balance by the earthquake. One of them looked up at Meitei. "Who...Who are you?" Meitei became unnoticeable, dissapearing from everyone's eyes. "I am Meitei Genkaku. Bringer of Nightmares. Starter of Earthquakes. Minion of the Shadows." He left, struggling to keep himself from laughing. Illusions were a good asset. A good asset indeed.
