Lucis held his card, looking at it before looking around and the shadows surrounding him as he called to them

Layla wondered onto the training field watching the boy mess around with his clow card. She wished her parents sent her to art school instead of this but this was more their thing than hers.

He turned and noticed someone looking at him, he smiled and held up his card callign it and sinking to behind her "Hey, my name's Lucis"

She took a step forward and nodded slightly as she addressed him "Hi, nice to meet you, i'm Layla." she said quietly.

She smiled at what Lucis said, she never forgot her manners, she was brought up to respect people and treat them as she wanted to be treated.
"I'm new here you see, i just got here today, so i thought i'd take a look around before i get settled in." she said more confident coming out of her shell.

She looked at the card and all its detail. She couldn't make her mind up if she actually wanted one or not, part of her thought it would be cool but part of her thought that she didn't want to get into such powerful things.
"I haven't got any cards yet." she said shaking her head.

She felt like he was showing off to her and she didn't like it but she held her expressions back and revealed nothing.
"No thank you. Im not stupid, i have a cousin who deals with them." she said smiling at him putting her hands behind her back.

Layla shrugged "Well i must be getting on, places to see, hopefully people to meet." she giggled. The waved to Lucis and made her back to the way she came.
