So, I know nothing of javascript, but am looking to implement a small script on a website to detect whether IE is being used and, if so, not display a script I have implemented for graphical scrollbars.

I'm absolutely clueless as to how to go about this, even after a thorough google. No clue how to implement.

The basic idea would be...

if IE -> do not display div named 'Scroll' or the script that goes with it.
if Firefox/Chrome -> continue as normal.

Unless, that is, there is some way to make the scrollbars on http://pugslie.webs.com IE compatible. I'm finish the layout, but the scrollbars are just...
